웹은 제작과 사용이 간편하다는 이점으로 인해 사용인구가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 또한 웹은 지역, 성별, 연령에 관계없이 사용할 수 있는 보편적인 특성을 지니고 있다. 이러한 웹의 보편적 특징은 특히 장애인들을 위해서 웹 접근성이라는 용어로 사용되고 있다. 이러한 웹 접근성을 평가하기 위해 국내 정부기관 웹 사이트와 국제기구 웹 사이트를 비교 평가하였다. 특히, 웹 접근성평가는 평가자의 기준에 의해 평가결과가 모호하며 평가결과가 상당부분 왜곡되어 있다는 문제점이 있다. 또한 이러한 문제점은 데이터테이블에서 두드러지게 나타난다. 본 연구에서는 데이터 테이블의 왜곡된 평가에 대한 문제점을 도출하고 그러한 문제점을 수정하여 국내외 웹 사이트들을 비교 평가하였다. 평가결과, 국내외 웹 사이트의 데이터 테이블에 대한 웹 접근성은 많은 격차가 존재하였으며, 웹 접근성 준수 여부는 지침의 기술적 준수뿐만 아니라 웹 사이트 설계 시 화면 구성에 의해서도 결정되어 짐을 제시하였다.

Cities around the world have paid attention to public transportation as an alternative to reducing traffic congestion caused by automobile usage, excessive energy consumption, and environmental pollution. This study measures accessibility to subway stations in Seoul using a supply-demand-based accessibility technique. Then, the impacts were analyzed through land prices by use and segment. As a result of analysis using the multilevel hedonic price models, accessibility considering both supply and demand for the subway had a positive effect on both residential and non-residential land prices. The effect was stronger for residential than for non-residential. Further, among the accessibility measured by the three functions, the accessibility by the Exponential function was most suitable for the residential land price, and the accessibility measured by the Power function for the non-residential land price had the highest explanatory power. Also, looking at the impacts by land price segments, it was found that higher access to metro stations had the greatest positive impacts on the most expensive segment of residential and non-residential land prices. The results of this study can be applied not only to identify the impacts of public investment on neighborhoods, but also to support real estate valuation.

협력 시스템은 컴퓨터의 성능 향상과 네트워크 기술의 발전으로 인하여 분산 환경에서 다수의 사람들이 프로젝트나 어떤 작업을 동시에 수행이 가능하도록 하는 기술이다. 분산 환경과 개방형 정보 통신망을 이용하는 협력 시스템은 정보의 신뢰성이 보장되고 안전한 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 또한, 협력 시스템은 공유 객체 기술을 기반으로 함에 따라 공유 객체에 대한 보안 기술의 개발은 절대적으로 필요하다. 특히, 협력 시스템의 보안은 기존의 보안 정책을 그대로 적용하기보다는 각각의 협력 시스템의 특성에 맞게 새롭게 구성되어져야 한다. 본 논문은 실시간 산업 디자인 협력 시스템에서의 보안 프레임워크 중 접근 제어 프레임워크 부분에 대하여 논하고자 한다. 접근 제어는 사용자 정보, 세션 정보, 공유 객체 정보에 대한 접근 제어로 구성되며 사용자 정보 접근제어와 세션의 접근제어는 접근자의 접근 정보에 의해 정의된 규칙에 따른 정보에 접근을 제어하며 공유 객체 접근 제어는 공동 작업을 원활히 하기 위해 주체와 객체사이의 정보를 이용하여 제어하는 특징이 있다.

Owing to recent advanced techniques in information and communication technology(ICT), our daily life has been changing very quickly and our life style has also been affected greatly. In the current knowledge and information society, the disabled can have a right to enjoy benefits of advanced ICT technologies. However, there is a barrier called digital divide so that the disabled have some difficulties to communicate to the world with ICT technologies. In this sense, our job is to close digital divide and let the disabled enjoy benefits of ICT technologies. Recently there have been some research works to close digital divide between the disabled and the non-disabled. Among various attempts to close digital divide, improving web accessibility for the disabled is the biggest concern since web is a still representative tool among ICT tools. The purpose of this paper is to propose some practical guidelines for improving web accessibility for the disabled. The proposed improvement guidelines are developed based on the existing web accessibility guidelines and are upgraded for more adaptable to the disabled. Our principles are based on the following philosophy. First, any input transmission must be more confirmed. Second, prevent any instant request. Third, allow the disabled to record or store the contents if necessary. Fourth, reduce physical movement for the disabled. Fifth, provide more interaction tools for the disabled.

웹은 디지털 정보화 시대에 정보를 제공하는 가장 보편적인 매체이며 이를 통한 정보 습득이 보편화 되어가고 있다. 대학기록관의 웹 기록은 대학이 소장하고 있는 기록물을 이용자가 웹을 통하여 보다 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 한다. 본 연구는 국내 대학기록관 웹 사이트의 현황을 보다 정확하게 파악하기 위하여 자동화 평가 도구 K-WHA 3.0을 사용한 접근성 평가와 WebQual 4.0을 이용한 사용성 및 정보품질평가를 수행함으로써 객관성과 주관성 각각의 측면을 모두 고려하여 평가결과를 도출하였다. 또한 웹 기록에 대한 관심을 높이고 활용방안을 모색하기 위해 잠재적 이용자들을 대상으로 선정하여 사용자 경험에 기반한 설문조사를 실시하여 각 대학 별 대학기록관의 웹 기록 구축 현황에 대해 평가였으며 이러한 사용성 평가에 대한 분석을 통해 향후 대학기록관 웹 기록 관리의 발전방향을 제안하고자 한다.

IT기술의 변화에 따라 금융기관의 정보보호 또한 안정성을 보장하면서도 새로운 비즈니스모델에 적합한 보안대책이 요구되고 있다. 금융 어플리케이션의 보안은 정보의 기밀성, 무결성, 가용성을 만족하는 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 시스템과 네트워크, 그리고 보안사고에 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 내부 사용자에 대한 적절한 권한 부여와 접근통제가 요구되어진다. 정당한 사용자가 접근하여 발생하는 보안 문제, 즉 내부자에 의한 악의적인 행위나 오용, 실수 등에 의한 기업의 피해는 외부자에 의한 의도적인 공격보다 피해 규모가 크다. 따라서 정당한 사용자로 인증을 받았다고 할지라도 업무처리에 있어서 필요한 최소한의 권한만을 부여하는 것이 필요한 것이다. 이를 위해 금융기관에 적합한 접근통제가 필요하다. 역할기반 접근통제는 적용범위가 제한적인 강제적 접근통제와 분산된 보안관리로 중앙에서 통제가 어려운 자율적 접근통제의 단점을 보완하고, 실제 업무처리에 적합한 특성을 갖는다. 하지만 기존 역할기반 접근통제를 금융기관의 다양한 금융 어플리케이션에 적용하면 다음과 같은 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 첫째, 금융 어플리케이션에서 사용되는 역할 추출 및 관리가 어렵다. 둘째, 다양한 비즈니스모델이 원하는 직무분리가 복잡하고 어렵다. 셋째, 악의적인 내부 사용자가 역할을 변조하여 과도한 권한을 가질 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 역할기반 접근통제에 인사정보 연동을 통한 효율적인 역할 추출 및 분류방안과 역할관리, 직무분리의 세분화 그리고 역할의 안전한 관리를 위해 X.509기반의 권한관리 기반구조(PMI)를 이용한 권한관리 기술을 금융 어플리케이션 환경에 효율적으로 적용하는 방안을 제시한다.

In current information society, there is a barrier called digital divide. Due to this barrier, the disabled have difficulties to communicate with the world. Recently, with advanced smart techniques, smart devices become necessity for the disabled. Currently improvements of smart application accessibility become a great concern for the disabled. The purpose of this paper is to present some guidelines for enhancing smart application accessibility for the disabled. The enhancement guidelines are developed based on the existing mobile accessibility guidelines and modified for better adaptability for the disabled. Our principles are as follows: minimizing blue light emission from smart devices, automatic focus on input window, action trace, font color change, emergency notification by motion, gesture recognition, control location, scrolling avoidance, auditory service for visual warning, and icon literation.

OpenMP 프로그램의 수행 중에 발생하는 자료 경합과 같은 병행성 오류는 디버깅을 위하여 반드시 탐지되어야만 한다. 그러나 이를 탐지하는 것은 어려운 일이다. 접근사건의 발생 후 관계를 기반으로하는 경합 탐지 기법은 프로그램의 수행 중에 발생하는 스레드의 병행성 정보를 식별하기위한 레이블을 생성하고, 생성된 스레드의 레이블을 기반으로 공유변수에 접근하는 사건을 접근역사를 통해 감시함으로써 경합을 탐지한다. 이러한 경합 탐지의 방법에서 레이블 생성을 위한 NR 레이블링 기법은 병행성 정보생성 시에 지역자료 구조를 사용함으로써 병목현상이 발생하지 않으며, 접근역사에 저장하는 레이블의 크기가 상수 값을 갖는 공간적 효율성을 제공한다. 또한 부모스레드의 정보역사를 정렬된 리스트 형태로 가져 병행성 정보 비교 시에 이진탐색이 가능하므로 시간적 효율성을 가지는 우수한 기법이다. 그러나, NR 레이블링은 레이블의 생성시에 부모스레드의 정보역사를 유지하기 위해서 내포 병렬성의 깊이에 의존하는 시간적 비용이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 부모스레드의 정보역사 유지를 위해 상수적인 시간 및 공간적 복잡도를 갖도록 NR 레이블링 기법을 개선한다. 합성 프로그램을 이용하여 실험한 결과에서 개선된 기법은 최대 병렬성의 증가에 따라 레이블의 생성과 유지시 기존의 기법보다 평균 4.5배 빠르고, 레이블링을 위해 평균 3배 감소된 기억공간을 요구하며, 내포 병렬성에 의존적이지 않음을 보인다.
