This study empirically analyzed at domestic manufacturing and service firms to find any moderating effects of enterprise management strategies and information-oriented development strategies between enterprise characteristic factors and IT adoption performance. Task characteristics were analyzed based on information provision extent, system quality and perceived effects while environmental characteristics based on competition extent, external pressure, environmental uncertainty, etc. As a result it was found that strategic suitability factors had a moderating effect between adoption performance and task characteristic variables such as system quality and perceived effect, environmental characteristics such as competition level, external pressure and environmental uncertainty. However, strategy suitability was found not to have any moderating role between task characteristic information provision extent and adoption performance. These findings indicate that enterprises need to plan and implement corporate management strategies and information-oriented development strategies in close coordination for new IT adoption and spread.

As information security(IS) is recognized as a critical success factor for organizational growth, organizations are increasing their investment in adopting and operating strict IS policies and technologies. However, when strict IS technology is adopted, IS-related techno-stress may occur in the employees who apply IS technology to their tasks. This study proposes the effect of IS-related techno-stress formed in individuals on IS policy resistance through IS strain and proves that task-technology fit mitigates the negative effect of techno-stress. Research models and hypotheses were presented through previous studies, and the secured samples were used, and structural equation modeling was applied to verify hypothesis. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that IS-related techno-stress (overload, complexity) affected IS policy resistance through IS strain (anxiety, fatigue), and that task-technology fit moderated the relationship between techno-stress and strain. This study suggests a strategic direction for improving the level of internal IS from the viewpoint of suggesting ways to mitigate the stress of employees that may occur when IS policies and technologies are adopted.

국내 전자상거래의 표준으로 채택된 ebXML에 대한 관심이 집중되면서 앞으로 전자상거래 솔루션에 대한 제품 개발이 활발히 이루어질 것으로 보인다. 현재 제품 출시 초기 단계에서 제품의 시험 및 인증의뢰에 대한 대비책을 세우기 위해 ebXML 표준적합성 시험, 인증 모델의 개발이 절실하게 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ebXML 적합성 평가를 위한 시스템을 설계하고, 메시지 서비스의 적합성 여부를 판단하기 위한 테스트 요구 사항을 추출하여 각 요구 사항 항목에 대한 테스트 케이스를 정의한다. 본 논문에서 설계한 적합성 테스트 도구를 이용하여 ebXML Messaging Service의 표준적합성 시험. 인증을 위한 평가 기준을 제공할 수 있으며. 국내/국외 기업체의 ebXML 솔루션 제품 개발에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

The relevance feedback process uses information obtained from a user about an initially retrieved set of documents to improve subsequent search formulations and retrieval performance. In the extended Boolean model, the relevance feedback Implies not only that new query terms must be identified, but also that the terms must be connected with the Boolean AND/OR operators properly Salton et al. proposed a relevance feedback method for the extended Boolean model, called the DNF (disjunctive normal form) method. However, this method has a critical problem in generating a reformulated queries. In this study, we investigate the problem of the DNF method and propose a relevance feedback method using hierarchical clustering techniques to solve the problem. We show the results of experiments which are performed on two data sets: the DOE collection in TREC 1 and the Web TREC 10 collection.

본 논문은 웹 기반의 정보 여과 시스템인 WAIR을 이용하여 사용자의 기호를 학습하는 방법을 설명한다. 제시된 방법은 여과된 문서들에 대한 사용자의 반응을 관찰하여 각 개인 사용자의 프로파일을 학습한다. 사용자의 기호를 가장 잘 표현하는 단어들을 찾는데 강화 학습을 사용하였다. 기존의 방법은 사용자의 명시적인 적합성 평가(relevance feedback)를 이용하여 검색 또는 여과 성능을 향상시킨 반면 제시된 방법은 사용자의 기호를 묵시적 적합성 평가를 통해 학습한다. 여과된 문서에 대한 사용자의 행동을 통해 사용자의 명시적 평가를 추측하는 것이다. 약 7,000 여개의 HTML 문서에 대해 7명의 사용자가 약 4주 동안 실제 웹을 대상으로 웹 문서 여과 실험을 실시하였다. 제시된 방법은 기존의 적합성 평가를 이용한 정보 여과 방법보다 각 개인에게 보다 적절한 정보를 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 LTS(Labeled Transition System)로 명세화된 철도 신호 제어 프로토콜의 동작의 정확성을 형식기법을 통해 검정하고 적합성 시험을 위한 시험계열을 자동으로 생성해 주는 도구로서 프로토콜 검정기와 적합성 시험 계열 생성기를 개발하였다. 본 도구는 과거에 사용되었던 비정형적 방법의 많은 오류와 모호함을 제거하고 프로토콜 개발시간 및 비용을 절약해 줌으로써 철도 신호 제어시스템의 안전성 및 신뢰성을 보장해 줄뿐만 아니라, 다른 시스템에도 응용되어 검정 및 시험을 효율적으로 수행하게 해주는 도구이다.

본 연구는 이용자 지향적 평가의 의의와 타당성을 규명하기 위하여 연구과정에서 개인의 지식과 상황 및 인지적 요인의 변화에 따라 이용자가 인식하는 검색문헌의 적합성을 평가하는 기준들의 변화를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 방법은 이론가설을 설정하고 이의 검증을 위하여 실제 연구문제를 가지고 있는 5명의 이용자를 대상으로 그들의 연구과정에 따라 적합성을 평가하는 기준들과 그 기준들의 변화양상을 관찰하는 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과의 분석에는 빈도분석, 상관분석, 일원분산분석이 활용되었다. 그 결과 연구자들은 연구과정에 따라 적합성을 평가하는 기준이 다르게 나타났으며, 평가자에 따라서도 각기 다른 평가기준이 사용되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

최근 급속도로 발전하고 있는 생체인식 분야는 상업적인 활성화와 이에 따른 사용자의 신뢰성 확보를 위해 서로 다른 생체인식 제품들의 상호호환성과 상호연동성을 고려한 표준화된 생체인식 데이터 및 API에 대한 기술 개발을 하고 있으며, 이러한 생체 인식 기술의 표준화는 제품들의 호환성 측면에서 매우 중요하므로 생체 정보를 이용하는 모든 제품에 대하여 시스템과 소프트웨어에 대한 표준적합성 시험이 요구될 것이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 생체인식시스템 응용 인터페이스 표준 규격인 BioAPI에 대하여 표준 적합성 시험도구를 개발하기 위하여 우선적으로 BioAPI 표준규격에서 명시하는 필수함수에 대한 표준적합성시험을 수행하였다.

세계 각 국은 산업 및 정보의 의존성에 의해 모든 정보를 한눈에 볼 수 있는 시대로 변모하였으며, 사이버 공간 그 자체가 정치, 경제사회, 문화 등의 기본적인 생활 공간으로 자리 매김하고 있다. 따라서 사이버 공간을 보호하지 않을 경우 안정된 정보사회 구축은 불가능하다. 특히, 정보보호의 대상이 특정 국가적인 정보 보안에 국한되지 않고 기업 및 사회의 정보 등으로 확대되고 있어, 국가적으로 국가 안보뿐만 아니라 개인의 정보보호를 위한 새로운 제도와 조치가 절실히 요구되는 시점이다. 따라서 본 고에서는 복합 기능을 갖는 정보보호 제품의 보호 프로파일 개발을 위한 기반 연구로 요구되는 대체 평가 방법론에 대해 고찰해 보고자한다. 특히 북미를 중심으로 표준화가 진행 중에 있는 CEM을 기준으로, 영국을 중심으로 유럽의 적합성 표준으로 추진 중에 있는 SCT와 ISO/IEC에서 제시되고 있는 적합성 테스트 방법론인 ISO/IEC 9496 및 보증 프레임워크인 ISO/IEC 15443에 대한 자체 취약성 분석을 수행하고 자각의 평가 방법론간의 상호 연관성과 비교 분석을 통해 복합 기능을 갖는 정보보호 제품의 보호 프로파일 개발의 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다.

한글 부호계의 올바른 사용과 이들의 표준안 채택은 한국어정보처리 제분야에서의 적합성과 한글 문화창달에 기여성등을 먼저 검토해야 할 것이며, 그리고 한글 부호 제정사에서 갖는 위상과 정보교환 및 정보처리 기술에 어떤 영향을 끼칠 것인지에 관한 학문적 평가가 요구된다. 이러한 결과는 궁극적으로 한국어정보처리에 있어서 그 한계성의 제거와, 새로운 컴퓨터 기술의 개발에 원동력을 제공할 것이다.
