어플리케이션이나 서비스에서 요구하는 인증, 인가, 감사, 암호화 등의 어플리케이션 정보보호 분야의 현재와 미래의 요구사항을 분석하고 이러한 요구사항에 대응하는 솔루션으로 ETRI에서 개발 중인 통합 어플리케이션 정보보호 기반구조를 소개한다. 어플리케이션 환경을 현재의 현황과 앞으로의 추세를 고려하여 인터넷 서비스 환경, 어플리케이션 통합으로 나누어 분석하여 현재 정보보호의 문제점과 이에 따라 새롭게 요구되는 정보보호서비스를 도출한다. 또한 다양한 정보보호 서비스들의 통합관리의 필요성과 이에 따른 요구사항을 분석한다. 새로운 정보보호 서비스의 제공과 기존 정보보호 솔루션의 통합 및 연동, 관리 요구 사항을 만족시키기 위한 기반구조인 통합 어플리케이션 정보보호 기반구조의 개념과 구조를 소개한다.

The object of this study is to empirically analyze the effects of information support quality and service quality on service satisfaction of department store. To investigate the purpose of this study, literature review and survey were conducted. for statistical analysis, factor analysis, analysis of variance(ANOVA), and regression in order by the contingency grouping method were used. In conclusion of this study are as follows First, The regression analysis had effects on information support quality and service satisfaction. Second, The Analysis of variance(ANOVA) and regression had effects on information support quality and service satisfaction as service quality factors. Result, The information support accuracy and service quality had additional effect about customer relation.

Recently, the trend of open innovation and web 2.0 change the information portal services. The importance of using information demand analysis is emphasized in planning service strategy. The issues of the study are how we can figure out the demand and how we can use it in enhancing service level. This study aims at presenting the result of green technology information users' interests and the service enhancement directions. For the information types, additive functions, open innovation needs, the relation between users' organization, main job title, and the involved technological area are analysed. Among them, the involved technological area of the user is correlated to the needs, so we illustrate the meaning of planning service strategy according to the technological fields. The main contribution of the study can be the customized service strategy proposal using the users' demand which can be different from one technology field to another.

The academic information analysis service is including automatic recommendation of reviewers and analysis of researchers' accomplishments. The service of recommendation of reviewers should be processed in a transparent, fair and accountable way. When selecting reviewers, the following information must be considered: subject of project, reviewer's maj or, expertness of reviewer, relationship between applicant and reviewer. The analysis service of researchers' accomplishments is providing statistic information of researcher, institution and location based on accomplishments including book, article, patent, report and work of art. In order to support these services, we designed ontology for academic information, converted legacy data to RDF triples, expanded knowledge appropriate to services using OntoFrame. OntoFrame is service framework which includes ontology, reasoning engine, triple store. In our study, we propose the design methodology of ontology and service system for academic information based on OntoFrame. And then we explain the components of service system, processing steps of automatic recommendation of reviewers and analysis of researchers' accomplishments.

오늘날 인터넷의 백본 발달과 더불어 수많은 응용 서비스들이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 응용 서비스는 인터넷 초기 출현 시에는 웹, 파일전달, 이메일 등의 well­known 서비스가 주축을 형성하였다. 그러나 최근 인터넷의 폭발적인 사용과 다양한 컨텐츠의 요구로 unwell­known 서비스가 매우 많이 등장하였다. 또한 인터넷에서 작동하는 트랙픽을 모니터링하여 (un)well­known 포트를 사용하는 패킷의 PDU 정보를 보고서 응용 서비스의 유형을 찾는 기법은 트래픽 분석자에게 매우 유용한 정보이다. 본 논문에서는 TCP와 UDP 위에서 동작하는 (un)well­known 포트를 사용하는 패킷의 PDU 정보에 의한 응용 서비스의 유형을 찾는 트래픽 분석 기법을 수행하였다. 이러한 분석을 위하여 수많은 트래픽 중 활용도가 많은 응용 서비스를 추출하기 위하여, 안동대학교 네트워크에서는 ethereal에서 제시된 netflow 및 tcpdump 기법을 활용하였다. 추출된 트래픽의 분석을 위하여 그 서비스를 PC에서 구동시켜 ethereal 트래픽 분석장치로 모니터링하여 분석하였다.

본 연구를 통해 개발된 웹기반 가뭄아틀라스에 탑재되는 가뭄인벤토리 지도서비스 모듈은 GIS기반 가뭄상황관리를 위해 일정 수준의 가공이 필요한 다양한 GIS 가뭄분석정보를 제공하여 가뭄 대응 업무 담당자가 공간에 기반한 가뭄분석 업무에 사용함을 주목적으로 해당 서비스 모듈을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 지도서비스 모듈은 JAVA 언어로 개발되었으며, 오픈소스 기반의 Geosever와 Openlayer를 적용하여 167개 시군을 대상으로 가뭄 관련 분석지도를 제공하는 서비스 모듈이다. 지도 레이어별 가시화를 통한 중첩분석이 가능하며, 사용자 필요 시 해당 분석지도를 다운로드 받을 수 있도록 개발을 진행하였다. 상세 제공 정보로는 가뭄 분석을 위한 면적정보와 통계정보로 이원화하여 서비스를 제공하며, 개별 가뭄인벤토리 지도는 지역별 차트정보와 속성DB 테이블을 같이 지도화면에 표출한다. 주요기능으로는 가뭄인벤토리 지도서비스 창을 활성화하여 사용자가 필요한 가뭄인벤토리 지도를 체크하면 가뭄아틀라스 지도화면에 가시화된다. 체크된 가뭄인벤토리 지도는 테이블정보 표출과 자료 다운로드 기능을 제공한다. 해당 서비스 모듈의 관리 및 사용 방법으로는 가뭄인벤토리 지도데이터를 GIS 데이터셋화하여 Geoserver에 로딩하며, 로딩된 지도데이터는 WMS(web tilemap service) 포맷으로 변환한 뒤, 각각의 분석지도가 가지고 있는 속성DB정보를 고려해 지도 스타일을 적용하였다. 웹 브라우저 표출방법으로는 Openlayer 기반으로 GeoWebCache를 생성해 가뭄인벤토리 지도를 웹기반 가뭄아틀라스 상에 표출한다.

This paper was studied on policy direction of information service for aged welfare. An element on social changes is as follow: economic problem, medical problem, leisure problem, alienation problem. Solution of this problem needs information service. Information service is Telecommuting service, home shopping service, medical support service, medical information service, telemedical support service, internet service, and knowledge studying support service. The results of this study is as follow: First, aged welfare organization must be constructed. Second, Network for aged welfare must be constructed. Third an aged must be utilization of information service. Fourth, policy of nation must be changes. Fifth, information service of aged welfare must be developed.

본 논문은 서비스 제어 시스템(Service Control Point : SCP), 서비스 교환 시스템(Service Switching System : SSP), 그리고 지능형 정보제공 시스템(Intelligent Peripheral : IP)을 물리적 구성 요소로 하는 차세대지능망 (Advanced Intelligent Network : AIN) 서비스중 주요 서비스인 자동콜렉트콜(Automatic Collect Call : ACC) 서비스에 대한 지능형 정보제공 시스템에서의 자원 제공시간 (점유 시간)을 분석한 것이다. 차세대 지능망 구성요소들이 연동되어 서비스되는 상황에서 지능형정보 제공시스템에서의 서비스 시나리오를 제시하였으며, 특수 자원에 대한 자원 제공 점유 시간을 분석하였다.

교육정보를 공유하는 방식은 기술의 발전과 교육 방식의 변화에 따라 바뀌고 있다. 이 논문은 기존의 교육정보 공유 방식들을 분석하여 세대별로 구분하고 운영 중인 사례를 살펴본다. 그리고 새로운 교육정보 공유 서비스의 특징을 기존의 공유 서비스와 비교 분석하여 차이점을 기술하고 제4세대 교육정보 공유 서비스라고 명명한다. 마지막으로 제4세 교육정보 공유 서비스의 특징을 지닌 실질적인 사례들을 찾아 분석한다.
