This paper propose role base access control model that use context information for ubiquitous environment. Concept of access control that use context information assigns permission that can approach in some information or object in part. And do so that can assigned user in part to it and acquire permission. So it can approach in information or object. Therefore, user approaches in information or object in assigned role, and the role that is allocated ro own is having. So, do so that can secure information or utilization of object safety. Proposa1 model investigated lacking restriction item in GEO-RBAC model. So, it considered that present new restriction condition and role conflict in various case. Also, to GEO-RBAC model proposed suitable model, analyzed old model's advantage, shortcoming. And it presented proposal model to GEO-RBAC because improving this.
This paper proposes a novel approach for the model-based pose matching of a human body using Active Shape Models. To improve the processing time of model creation and registration, we use a skeleton-type model instead of the conventional silhouette-based models. The skeleton model defines feature information that is used to match the human pose. Images used to make the model are for 600 human bodies, and the model has 17 landmarks which indicate the body junction and key features of a human pose. When applying primary Active Shape Models to the skeleton-type model in the matching process, a problem may occur in the proximal joints of the arm and leg due to the color variations on a human body and the insufficient information for the fore-rear directions of profile normals. This problem is solved by using the background subtraction information of a body region in the input image and adding a 4-directions feature of the profile normal in the proximal parts of the arm and leg. In the matching process, the maximum iteration is less than 30 times. As a result, the execution time is quite fast, and was observed to be less than 0.03 sec in an experiment.
The generalized Hough transform (GHough) is a useful technique for detecting and locating 2-D model. However, GHough requires a 4-D parameter array and a large amount of time to detect objects of unknown scale and orientation because it enumerates all possible parameter values into a 4-D parameter space. Several n-to-1 mapping algorithms were proposed to reduce the parameter space from 4-D to 2-D. However, these algorithms are very likely to fail due to the random votes cast into the 2-D parameter space. This paper proposes to use internal gradient information in addition to the model boundary points to reduce the number of random votes cast into 2-D parameter space. Experimental result shows that our proposed method can reduce both the number of random votes cast into the parameter space and the execution time effectively.
Recently, various clustering techniques have been studied to efficiently handle data generated by heterogeneous IoT devices. However, existing clustering techniques are not suitable for mobile IoT devices because they focus on statically dividing networks. This paper proposes a probabilistic deep learning-based dynamic clustering model for collecting and analyzing information on IoT devices using edge networks. The proposed model establishes a subnet by applying the frequency of the attribute values collected probabilistically to deep learning. The established subnets are used to group information extracted from seeds into hierarchical structures and improve the speed and accuracy of dynamic clustering for IoT devices. The performance evaluation results showed that the proposed model had an average 13.8 percent improvement in data processing time compared to the existing model, and the server's overhead was 10.5 percent lower on average than the existing model. The accuracy of extracting IoT information from servers has improved by 8.7% on average from previous models.

Underground facilities were constructed as needed by various management organizations, the result of which was the disordered and scattered underground spaces. This phenomenon can be viewed as the main cause of safety accidents in the underground space. To solve this problem, research on systematic construction and management of underground facilities should be conducted. Therefore, to improve the accuracy and the quality of information and to facilitate the systematic construction and management of underground facility information, this study aims to establish a 3D data model that conforms to international spatial information standards for pipeline underground facilities and to implement the data model to enable visualization. The result of this study can be used to improve the consistency of information not only between underground facilities, but also the correspondence between above ground and underground facilities. As such, this study has academic significance in that it presents an integrated data model that includes various objects in the ground and underground spaces and enables interoperability between diverse domain data.

The data model for structural experiment information formally organizes the information involved in the structural experiments before the data repository using the data model is implemented. The data model is particularly required for the data repositories for the large-scale structural experiment information and the general information for various types of experiments, such as the NEEShub Project Warehouse developed by NEES. This paper proposes criteria for evaluating the organization and the use of design model for structural experiment information. The term of AVE(attribute value existence) indicates the ratio of attributes who values exist in objects, and then used for defining the Attribute AVE for the use of an attribute, the Class AVE for a class, the Class Level AVE for a class including its lower-level classes, the Project AVE for a project including all classes at class levels, and the Data Model AVE for a data model including projects. These criteria are applied to the projects in the NEES data model, and it is successively possible to numerically describe the evaluation of the use of classes and attributes in the data model.

In this paper, we studied on the building models of open educational resource service system for download or upload their own educational content to be shared with the others without worrying about copyright infringement. We first analyzed the building models of the international OER(Open Educational Resource) service sites. And then, based on these results, we present the new service models suitable to be built the open educational resource service system in phases. The proposed models have the flexibility to accommodate the needs of users and have the advantage that the copyright-related issues of the existing 'National Educational Information Sharing System' could be solved step by step.

Although solar insolation is the weather factor with the greatest influence on power generation in photovoltaic systems, the Meterological Agency does not provide solar insolation data for future dates. Therefore, it is essential to research prediction methods for solar insolation to efficiently manage photovoltaic systems. In this study, we propose a Dynamic Piecewise Prediction Model that can be used to predict solar insolation values for future dates based on information from the weather forecast. To improve the predictive accuracy, we dynamically divide the entire data set based on the sun altitude and cloudiness at the time of prediction. The Dynamic Piecewise Prediction Model is developed by applying a polynomial linear regression algorithm on the divided data set. To verify the performance of our proposed model, we compared our model to previous approaches. The result of the comparison shows that the proposed model is superior to previous approaches in that it produces a lower prediction error.
