This study attempted to measure the usefulness and success of technology information management system, by analysing the cases of the enterprises and R&D institutes with respect to information management practices. It also presented an conceptual model for technology information management on the basis of general recognition and views of information managers as well as analysis of Critical Success Factors(CSFs) of technology information management, which may be a guide post for a systematic information management.

정보 통신과 반도체 공정 기술의 급격한 발전으로 나노기술이 가까운 시일 내에 실용화되고, 유비쿼터스 환경이 도래할 것으로 예측된다. 나노기술 환경에서 사용되는 디바이스의 고집적도, 낮은 구동 능력, 배선 제약 특성이 정보 보호 분야에 사용되는 프로세서 구조와 회로 설계 기술을 크게 바꿀 것으로 예측된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 기술 변혁에 대비하기 위해 나노기술 환경에 적합한 차세대 정보 보호 프로세서 구조와 회로 설계 기술을 분석하였다.

모든 분야가 그러하겠지만, 정보보호 분야 역시 다양한 기술들이 접목돼 있다. 그중 암호 기술은 '암호=정보보호'라는 등식이 성립될 만큼 정보보호 제품 및 서비스의 근간을 이뤄왔고, 또 불과 몇 년전까지만 해도 암호학자가 정보보호 전문가로 대표되기도 했다. 물론 암호 이외의 다양한 기술들이 정보보호에 접목되고 있는 현 시점에서도 암호기술의 중요성은 여전히 유효하다. 다만 많은 사람들이 가장 기본적인 것을 간과하듯, 정보보호 기술 도처에 있는 암호 혹은 암호와 관련된 기술의 중요성을 미처 생각하지 못할 뿐이다.

World leading national science technology information institutes provide scientists with R&D information for increasing national competitiveness. Collection development policy is the guidelines for the science technology information institutes that identify information resources and connect them together to build an information network for supporting R&D. In order to draw main elements of the collection development policy for national level science and technology information institutes, this paper analyzed the policies of National Library of Medicine (NLM), British Library (BL), Canada Institute for Scientific and Technological Information (CISTI), and Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information(KISTI). The results of this study can be used as the guidelines for the science and technology information institutes for establishing collection development policy.

The purpose of this study is developing a information support system for R&D decision making to maximize economic results of the R&D. This system is composed of studying the model of work flow for R&D decision making, analyzing a technology information, connecting with the databases from KISTI and others, and valuing R&D technology on line. Especially in the case of technology valuation, this system is combined with the valuation model which supports knowledge information for helping more objective estimation.

The development of green IT for business will open up exciting opportunities for finding new and efficient way of doing businesses. This study is to contribute to a better understanding of green IT by carrying out the survey among IT users on the factors of green IT and IT users' perception to the GIT. Based on the literature study, a conceptual framework of green IT will be developed to investigate the relationship between green IT and the user's intention to use GIT.

국방과학기술은 중장기 기획문서체계에 의해 체계적인 기술기획이 수립되고 있다. 또한 합동참모본부의 전략문서와 연계하여 국방과학기술의 중장기 전략을 수립한다. 무기체계는 지휘통제, 감시정찰 및 정밀타격체계로 구성되고, 핵심기술은 정보통신, 센서, 플랫폼 등 8대 기술 분야로 구성된다. 국방정보 기술은 국방에 관한 정보를 생산, 유통 또는 활용하여 국방 분야의 제반 활동을 가능하게 하거나, 미래 전장운용 개념 구현 및 국방경영 효율화를 지원하여 국방비전 및 국방개혁을 달성하는 핵심 기능 역할을 수행하는 것을 의미한다. 국방정보 기술 개발의 목적은 한반도 전 구역에서 실시간 및 근실시간으로 요구 수준 및 정확성을 확보하기 위해 전장가시화, 네트워크화된 지휘통제, 효과 중심 정밀타격, 전쟁지속을 위한 인사, 군수, 동원 등 통합지원체계를 구축하여 미래전 양상과 국방정보화의 특성을 고려한 실시간 정보공유 및 관리 가능한 정보화 환경을 구축하는 데 있다. 본고는 국방정보 기술 체계 및 요소기술에 대한 특성과 적용기술 및 발전 방향을 살펴본다.
