최근 고등교육의 기회와 혜택이 일반인에게 평등하게 열려야 한다는 세계적 취지로 대학 및 비영리 기관에서는 다양한 강의 컨텐츠를 대중에게 제공하고 있다. 이러한 움직임의 일환으로 오픈코스웨어(OpenCourseWare, OCW)가 일반인들에게 제공되어 그 이용 또한 활발한 경향을 띤다. 이에 본 연구는 오픈코스웨어(OCW) 정보자원이 어떻게 이용 및 활용되는가를 알아보고자 국내 A대학 학생들을 대상으로 일대일 면대면 인터뷰를 수행하여 이들에게서 공통적으로 나타나는 이용 행태 유형을 이용측면, 컨텐츠 활용측면, 이용시 만족측면으로 나누어 분석하였다. 이를 통해 향후 오픈코스웨어(OCW) 연구의 기초적인 정보를 제시해 보고자 한다.

리테일 업계의 최대 화두는 다양한 미디어 채널을 상호 연계하여 방문고객체험을 극대화시키는 것이다. 리테일 매장을 방문하는 고객들은 이미 스마트폰을 사용하여 관심상품을 미리 조회해보고, 상품평도 살펴본다. 본 논문에서는 리테일 매장 내 게임체험 전용공간을 마련하고 방문고객의 게임 앱 사용행태를 분석한다. 이를 바탕으로 리테일 매장을 게임 홍보채널로 활용하고자 하는 욕구를 가지는 게임 스타트업 업체에게 사용자 체험 극대화를 위한 제안 및 분석자료를 마련한다.

This study examines the concept of knowledge management and knowledge sharing. Then, it identifies obstacles and um factors for knowledge sharing. Finally, this stud, analyzes knowledge sharing behaviors in terms of knowledge necessity, knowledge sharing, reward system, and communication channels. The suggestions of the study can be used to establish knowledge sharing in organizations.

This study investigates the information use behavior of Korean youths in a virtual information grounds. The concept of a physical information ground is expanded to include virtual spaces. A variety of hobbies and peer groups of Korean youths are considered to determine the characteristics of these youths. The study was formulated and conducted using group interviews for pretest and a survey given to respondents who are junior high and high school students in Seoul. It is expected that the findings and proposals will be used for planning educational programs and information services in school libraries.

This study aims to analyze region-based pedestrian evacuation behaviors and information offering effect using Social Force Model, which is micro simulation. All pedestrians were assumed to move to shelters through pedestrian roads according to guidance information at emergency situations, and the pedestrians were classified into adults and the handicapped. According to the results of the road network analysis and simulation analysis, the shelters to which pedestrians can move within the shortest time from each zone were selected as optimum shelters. From this study, the analysis showed that the information provision effects are informative even though total evacuation time increases due to the increase of pedestrian conflict. This study can be used as baseline data for urban area's pedestrian disaster prevention plans.

The real-time traffic information is considered to be the system to alleviate traffic congestion. An effective traffic information will help drivers make efficient travel decision, and network performance will be improved. To make efficient strategy of providing information, the analyst should quantify reduced congestion by the media traffic informations. Many other route diversion models considered only media-informations as information sources and ignored the impact of on-site informations such as visible delays and average speeds, which affect drivers' route diversion decision in practice. In those models, the effect of on-site informations could be treated to be the effect of media informations, and the effects of media informations would be over-estimated. The proposed model including the impact of on-site information can estimate the effect of media-informations. The results are expected to be applied to the analysis of traffic management policy such as ITS.

This study aims to obtain implications for educational information services for elementary school teachers by analyzing their information seeking behavior. The in-depth interview was carried out in-depth interviews with 11 elementary school teachers and it analyzed of the core roles and tasks of elementary school teachers, the required information and usage behavior of information sources. The study result showed that elementary school teachers perceived homeroom duties, teaching/learning activities, school duties, and other as their works and tasks, and the response to the importance of task performance was homeroom teacher, teaching-learning activities, school works, and other tasks. Also, elementary school teachers needed information in order of teaching-learning activities, homeroom teacher, school works and they used various information sources including web, interpersonal sources and book. Moreover, this study observed some factors that elementary school teacher mainly used web information source which other elementary school teacher developed and that they got teaching-learning materials from fellow teachers. Based on these findings, the author proposed teacher librarian share library based instruction materia in web resource, provide cooperative educational information service through learning community, and provide homeroom work material for elementary school teachers.

This study focused on the survey of academic high school students' information needs and their information seeking patterns. On the basis of its results, this study suggested school library services and programs. To do this, this study collected its data through survey and interviews. Specifically, this study discussed 1) the types of academic high school students' everyday concerns and the ways to deal with them. 2) the types and characteristics of their preferred information sources, 3) the school library services and programs for satisfying their information needs.

The purpose of this study is to effectively provide professors in the design field with information services by identifying their information use behaviors. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires after dividing the specialties of 110 professors in the design field into 4 areas. The results were made in terms of purposes of use and the acquisition channels, types of information sources, difficulties of information acquisition and the library use of the institution. Some suggestions were shown as follows: collection of gray literatures such as exhibition data, seminar data, reports and pamphlets, purchase of web databases in design field, information literacy education including the use of domestic and foreign design databases for the professors and the construction of web directories on the library web sites.
