모방일 마케팅이라 하면 아직도 단순히 SMS를 통한 광고로 인식하는 사람들이 많다. 그러나 단말기의 발달에 힘입어 '귀' 마케팅과 같이 통화대기음을 이용한 마케팅 상품인 '비즈링'부터 모바일 멀티미디어 동영상 광고인 NATE MoA, 코드를 이용해 휴대폰의 간단한 조작만으로 무선 인터넷에 접속하여 이벤트 참여가 가능하게 이벤트 넘버(별별이벤트넘버)까지 모바일을 매체로 이용한 마케팅 상품이 속속 등장하고 있다.

정부는 지난 2005년 1월 27일 위치정보의 유출, 오.남용으로부터 사생활의 비밀 등을 보호하고 위치정보의 안전한 이용환경을 조성하여 위치정보 이용 활성화 도모를 위해 법률을 제정한 바 있다. 정통부는 이 법률의 위임사항 및 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정하기 위해 하위법령 제정(안)을 마련했다.

Based on two cross-sectional Time Diary data. this study examines the change in internet use pattern of Koreans. Building on the literatures on Digital Divides, it traces the changes in frequency, diversity and specific purpose of internet use and tries to identify factors affecting these changes. The results show that the frequency and diversity of internet use increases across five years. They also reveal that the usage gap in internet between genders increases While the usage gap across social economic status still exists. The implication of these results are discussed.

Universities have been investing in their information systems to keep their management functions working efficiently and effectively. Thanks to these efforts, faculty members and other university employees can perform their tasks efficiently almost anywhere and anytime. Several universities embarked upon information systems projects to take advantage of emerging information technologies in their administration and management. Only a limited number of universities have achieved their objectives; some others have been even tinkering with the idea of abandoning their newly developed academic information systems. The development of academic information systems often start with a relatively high risk of system failure. Sometimes, these systems encounter unforeseen obstacles or fail in systems development. These universities with problems also can overcome these issues by collecting their wisdom. The mindfulness theory is suitable for dealing with implementing academic information systems. This research analyzes an academic information systems development case from a mindfulness perspective, and also addresses its research implications and theoretical contributions.

We would like to study and develop the optimized WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) considering project's range, schedule, cost and human resources management with defining phased work in main task and preceding and escorting relationships for effective small and medium enterprises' informatization through standardized PSDM(Production System Development Methodology). For more systemic and effective system built-up, it introduces production information with WBS study which is appropriate for the small and medium enterprises with setting up management items for enhancing system's reliability, quality, productivity, smooth communication among the participated enterprises such as the small and medium enterprises, IT enterprises, and supervision enterprises, and operational support including maintenance of the built system. This study is purpose of helping a lot of the small and medium enterprises and IT enterprises to build up the systems more effective and reliable within planned schedule using the standardized methodology.

This study intends to portray the everyday lives of senior citizens in Busan metro area in terms of the information use and behaviors. Employing basic qualitative data collection tools such as interviews and participant observation, the study attempts to illustrate information needs and behaviors of the aged population in their everyday lives. This paper specifically focuses on the following characteristics of information need and information-related behavior of the aged: types of everyday concerns and ways to cope with such concerns: information literacy levels and motives to get information literacy education: and characteristics of information channels of everyday information seeking and information gathering. The role that interpersonal sources play in their everyday lives has been emphasized. Some suggestions to enhance the levels of information literacy of the aged were added as conclusions.

2010년과 2011년 서울에서 발생한 집중호우와 2014년 부산에서 발생한 집중호우의 발생으로 막대한 재산상의 피해와 사상자를 냈다. 2010년 9월 21일에 발생한 집중호우는 1908년 관측시작이래 가장 많은 비가 내린 것으로 기록되었으며 주거지 4,727호, 상가 1,164호, 공장 126동 등이 침수되고 13시를 기준으로 강서지점의 경우 시간당 98.5mm의 기록적인 강우를 기록하였으나, 관악지점은 5.5mm에 그쳐 두 지점간의 시간당 강우량의 편차가 약 200배 가까이 차이가 나는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 최근 도시지역에서 국지성 집중호우가 증가하고 있으며 지역별 강우 편차가 크고 이에 따라 침수피해발생 여부도 지역에 따라 달라진다. 강수의 공간적 분포와 그로 인한 침수해석은 도시돌발홍수 예경보 시스템에 있어 무엇보다도 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 도시지역 돌발홍수 예경보 시스템 구축을 위한 정량적 강수추정 QPE(Quantitative Precipitation Estimation)기법에 따른 수리 수문학적 영향을 평가하는 것이다. 정량적 강수추정을 위해 AWS, SKP, 레이더 자료를 활용하여 250m의 해상도를 가지도록 크리깅을 적용하였다: QPE 1은 34개의 AWS의 지점우량을 지구통계학적 기법 중의 하나인 크리깅을 이용하여 산정한 기법, QPE 2는 AWS와 156개의 SKP의 강우데이터를 크리깅을 이용하여 산정한 기법, QPE 3는 광덕산 레이더를 이용한 기법, QPE 4는 AWS, SKP, 광덕산 레이더 자료를 조건부 합성한 기법이다. 월류량을 산정하기 위해 도시유출해석모형인 SWMM을 강남역 일대를 대상으로 구축하고 우수관로 시스템으로 유입되지 못한 노면류(Surface flow)를 함께 고려하였다. 침수해석을 위해서는 DHM모델을 적용하였으며 2013년 7월 기간에 발생한 호우에 대하여 분석을 수행하였다. 비교수행을 위해서 인접한 서초 AWS와 강남 AWS의 지점강우량도 함께 고려하였으며 모의결과를 국가 재난관리 정보 시스템(NMDS)에 침수피해가 확인된 가옥 및 빌딩 정보와 일치여부를 적합도로 산정하였다. 산정된 적합도를 통하여 정량적 강수추정기법에 따른 수리?수문학적 영향을 평가하였다. 실제 침수흔적정보와 비교 결과, QPE 2와 QPE4가 가장 적합도가 높았으며 이에 따라 고밀도의 관측망의 구성이 도시지역 침수해석결과에도 적합할 것으로 판단된다.

According to the development of information and the possibility of utilizing the most effective were high hopes that a plan is in the area have. Planning process of data collection and analysis and forecasts necessary, because even before the introduction of information, logical reasoning and objectivity of the plan to increase the variety of efforts have been made at an early age. This research try to offer a foundation for the future direction of research. Firstly, land use information systems and related legal issues and sought to review the status. Second, the information system of land use and spatial planning and diagnosing the problem was related to the status of the system. This desirable to propose the development of informatization. Finally, the purpose and the information derived legal system's ability to exert maximum legal system of the maintenance and development of information systems is to propose.

하천정보의 관리기관이 다양하고 정보의 표현 및 분석단위가 관리주체에 따라 다르며, 하천정보의 체계적이고 종합적인 정책자료 분석 제공 기능의 부재로 인한 이수 및 치수, 하천 환경 등을 고려한 국가수자원종합계획의 수립을 어렵게 해왔다. 하천 및 유역정보의 관리단위를 일원화하여 국가적으로 표준화시키고, 유역정보, 수문정보 등에 대해서 국가 수자원 정보망의 형성을 통해서 하천정보의 유기적인 공동이용을 추구해야 한다. 또한, 정보시스템 구축에 있어서 시스템간 중복을 방지하고 상호 연계가 원활히 이루어져 대정부, 대국민에 대한 종합적인 정보 제공이 가능하도록 추진을 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천정보 신뢰성 높고 다양한 하천정보 DB 구축을 통하여 보다 편리하고 유용한 시스템 사용 환경을 제공 및 지원하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 하천정보서비스 구축사례를 분석하고 국내 실정에 맞는 하천정보서비스의 구축방안을 제시하였으며, 이를 위해서는 지속적인 중장기종합정보화전략계획 수립과 국내에 적합한 필수 데이터 항목도출, 데이터모델과 구축방법론 표준화로 체계적인 유지관리가 가능하도록 하여야 할 것이다. 또한 하천공간정보의 유통체계는 기존의 국가공간정보 유통 기구를 이용하는 것이 합리적인 것으로 사료된다.

RFID 시스템은 물품 등의 관리할 사물에 태그를 부착하고 전파를 이용하여 사물의 정보(Identification) 및 주변 환경 정보를 인식하여 각 사물의 정보를 수집, 저장, 가공 및 추적함으로써 사물에 대한 측위, 원격처리 관리 및 개체 간에 정보교환 등 다양한 서비스를 제공하며, 칩, 태그, 리더, 미들웨어 및 응용서비스플랫폼으로 구성된다. 이러한 RFID 기술은 반도체 기술의 지속적인 발전에 의한 컴퓨팅 능력의 급성장과 통신망 인프라의 융합화를 기반으로 이제까지의 사람 중심 정보화에서 사물중심으로 정보화의 지평을 확대시킬 수 있는 핵심기수로서 부각되고 있다.[1][2][3] 본 연구는 실용화되어 운영되고 있는 RFID미들웨어의 형태를 조사하여 연구하고, RFID 기반 EPC 네트워크를 이용하여 병원 환경에서 RFID태그를 리더가 읽은 후 태그정보와 병원정보를 매칭하여 병원환경에서 통합적으로 운영할 수 있는 미들웨어(Middleware) 인터페이스 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구를 진행한다.
