In developing countries, economically under-privileged are mostly consisted of women, therefore supporting those women signify supporting the local society and the family. Advancement of women's economic status not only contributes to her family but also to the local society, nation, and to the global world as a whole. This paper is a research on local informatization and successful model in e-business for Indonesia, which established interactive research model networking with Korea-Indonesia Research Institution and policy-makers for two years and susggested practical research model through visiting Pekalongan. Through activated interaction between women enterprises and policy makers from Korea and Indonesia, the research paper seeks to create research based network and provide opportunities of information access and business matching to local informatized and e-business enterprises. In research adopted regions, city development project has been accomplished in human, business and environmental field since 2005, and have selected Pekalongan region where infra is settled to certain extent. With the information about Indonesia's city development project, investigation on Pekalongan's current geographical, humanistic status quo, the paper aims to and create Indonesian female e-business professionals, e-business user, e-business producers and provide successful model on Pekalongan's local informatization and e-business.

지능형 교통 시스템(ITS:Intelligent Transp-ortation Systems)은 점점 가속화되고 있는 정보화 사회에 알맞은 신속, 안전, 쾌적한 차세대 교통체계를 구현하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이의 일환으로 경기도 광주시 도시지역 광역교통정보 기반확충사업은 광주시 전역을 대상으로 '11년 6월 착수하였다. '12년 4월 SK C&C 컨소시엄이 성공적으로 완료하였다. 광주시는 본 사업을 통해 24시간 교통흐름 및 돌발 상황에 효과적인 대응 수단을 확보하였다. 그리고 실시간 교통정보를 제공함으로써 교통량 분산 등의 효과를 가져왔다.

지하매설물이란 땅속에 묻혀있는 상수, 하수, 전기, 통신, 전력 등 도시기반시설을 의미하며, 지상시설물에 비해 관리가 어렵고 예기치 않은 사고로 인해 많은 재산상, 인명상 피해를 입힐 가능성을 안고 있다. 우리는 서울 아현동과 대구에서의 대형 가스폭발사고, 도로굴착공사가 끝난지 얼마 안되는 지점에 또다른 매설물의 매설 또는 유지보수를 위해 중복공사가 일어나 교통에 혼잡을 유발하게 되는 경우를 빈번하게 경험하면서 도시의 동맥역할을 하는 이러한 지하매설물에 대한 체계적 관리가 시급함을 실감하게 된다. 특히 선진외국에서 GIS를 도입하여 지하매설물을 데이타베이스화하고 지하매설물 관리체계를 개발하여 지하매설물을 체계적으로 계획하고 관리하며, 대형사고를 사전에 예방하고, 사고가 일어난 경우에는 GIS를 활용하여 보다 신속하게 대처함으로서 피해를 최소화하는 실정을 감안할 때 GIS도입이 이러한 매설물에 대한 체계적 관리를 가능하게 하는 방안으로서 적극적으로 검토되어야 함을 느낀다. 본 글에서는 첫째, 이러한 지하매설물의 관리실태와 문제점을 분석하고 둘째, 현재 국가 및 서울시에서 추진 또는 계획 중인 지하매설물 관리체계 구축사업내용과 셋째, 지하매설물 데이터베이스가 어떻게 구축되고 유지.관리되어야 할 지에 대하여 간략히 살펴보고자 한다.

도시철도 유지보수 정보시스템 구축에서 차량정비 유지체계시스템에 관한 것으로 차량설계 변경 및 이력관리를 위한 도면시스템 구축과 차량조립의 각 부품별 관리를 위한 계층구조관리 시스템을 구축하는 것이며 또한 차량 유지보수를 위한 전자정비 매뉴얼 구축과 부품 설계변경 및 이력정보 관리를 위한 문서관리 시스템 등을 구축하는 것이다.

This paper shows a case study on the design of the schema of the information DB of the City-Train Standardization project. The process used in this case is : Database development, Schema design, and cross referencing of the data with the work process items. The DB and the schema was implemented using computer aided systems engineering tool Cradle■. We expect that the user can find the data and the related information very easily, quickly without omission.

최근 급속한 도시화와 국토개발에 의해 대규모의 사회기반시설이 확충되면서 각종 재해와 환경오염이 우리의 생활환경을 위협하고 있다. 따라서 체계적이고 효율적으로 시설물을 관리하기 위한 핵심기술로서의 GIS는 정보화시대에서 그 활용성이 높이 평가되고 있다. 이러한 지리 정보시스템에 비디오 데이터 연계 기능을 더하여 영상을 기반으로 직접 사용자와 상호작용을 하며 공간 데이터를 분석, 관리, 출력하는 비디오 지리 정보 시스템(Video Geographic Information System: Video GIS)이 GIS 분야에 있어서 새로운 연구 분야로 떠오르고 있다. 본 연구에서는 급변하는 도시지역의 시설물들을 실시간적으로 관리를 하기 위해 비행선촬영시스템을 통하여 취득된 비디오 자료를 데이터베이스화하고 이를 공간정보와 연계시켜 도시지역에 존재하는 각종 시설물을 관리할 수 있는 동영상 정보시스템을 prototype으로 구축하여 그 가능성을 제시하였다.

The nature of ill-defined planning problems makes expert systems difficult to acquire and represent knowledge for decision making in urban planning processes. In order to resolve these problems, a case-based reasoning method was applied to develop a spatial analysis system for urban planning. A case study was conducted in a residential land use planning process. The result of the study revealed the effectiveness of reasoning by the spatial analysis system and the possibility of its future application. More accumulation of information on other successful cases should be sought to yield better results

With the rapid development of information and communication technologies(ICTs) and internet technology and the explosive increasing of internet users, we can find almost every municipal information of local governments by visiting the home page without visiting the city hall personally. And in the case of urban planning information they provide many kinds of information to inform the policy and results of urban planning to citizens The differences of urban planning information from other municipal information, at first many information of urban planning should be presented as spatial data, so we have to provide the geographic information with internet GIS, and second to realize bottom-up decision making process the exchanging of information between citizen and government should be adopted as bulletin board system(BBS) and an questionnaire in internet In this paper I evaluated the sites of urban planning information in the homepage of local governments by many index. the index are composed with 4 categories 20 items on information providing, 3 categories 12 items on communication, and 2 categories 8 items on internet GIS. And as a result I introduce some high scored sites at each category, and propose that we have to recognize the internet as the technological media to broaden the opportunities for the community people to participate in the policy-making in reference to their political demands.

A number of previous studies have maintained that information technologies, due to their ability to overcome distance, can nurturing an innovative class of polycentric urban configurations, i.e., network cities. The present study intends to clarify whether any network relationship has recently been emerged among Korean cities by the advancement of information technology. The analyses focused on the geography of Korean national domains (.kr domains), and the hyperlink associations among three major types of domains, namely commercial, academic, and organizational domains. The study findings altogether indicate that the advancement of global economy and information era appears to be enhancing, rather than reducing the status of primate city. Seoul dominates the entire nation, forming an enclave in the production and consumption of information. Only the domains of educational institutes show network-like relations among local centers to a certain extent. The paper concludes with a discussion on the implications of the findings for future research and ‘spatial’ policy measures.

To supply the materials the right time, and the right place, it is required some information maintenance system to manage this procedure effectively. In this paper, we represent the standard products classification for EMU and the materials maintenance information system to manage the parts used EMU maintenance efficiently. The standard material classification is matched to G2B code made by the Supply Administration. The implemented material information system can perform various functions such as the inquiry of the number of stocks, the demand of the materials, and etc.
