The purpose of this study was to investigated of the pre service teacher's information availability and concern and perception of coding education for young children. The subjects were 230 pre service teacher attending a A college micro politan city Questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis with SPSS Program. The results were as follows: First, the pre service teacher's information availability was smart phone usage levels that the most of all and the next was computer usage levels. Concern of coding education for young children that consequence concern was the highest and the next that collaboration concern, personal concern, information concern, refocusing concern, management concern. The other side unconcerned was most of least. Perception of coding education for young children that necessity perception, content perception, environmental perception was the over of mean. But operational perception was the low. Second, The information awareness, smart phone usage levels as each domain of information ability, usefulness of use was positively associated with Personal concern. But the information ability were negatively correlated with management concern. The information awareness was associated with necessity of coding education. The useful and ease of use of education were positively associated with content coding education.

In order to support various broadband multimedia servies in the future, we designed a well balanced WDM backbone network. In Korean network traffic environment, six regional centers are selected, link capacities between the regional centers are estimated from the PDI traffic model, and the overall network configuration is designed for the all-optical backbone network. Also, we designed a basic configuration to be able to protect minimum communication capability against link failure. A simulation study is carried out to verify the desired performance of the designed WDM backbone network. Simulation results show that performance of the backbone network is well balanced to support various communication services in Korea in the mid 2000s

As Internet CIS technology keeps improving dramatically, its use on ordinary people is widely expanded. Informatization of local government is accelerated by the introduction of e-government policy with the purpose of providing public information to the citizen. According to this, construction of Internet homepage is increasing very rapidly by each department of local government. However, the public information service using Internet GIS is very limited. In this study, we propose how to provide the regional information by using Internet GIS by analyzing the following cases; 1) homepages using GIS technology in public and private sectors in case of Seoul, 2) homepages using GIS of foreign local governments, 3) the Seoul Metropolitan government' tasks and data which are important in terms of information service to the citizen. In results of the analysis, we propose a strategic plan of construction of Internet CIS homepage.

Rural Industrial Complex(RIC) is considered as one of the most important sources of off-farm income in Korea. But RICs has many problems since it was beginning development. In 2008, RICs in Gyeongsangbuk-do are 56 place, and are 836 corportations in RICs. Employee is total 20,109 persons. Competitive power of RICs weak location condition, small business, lack of infrastructure, institute. The main focus of this paper is to derive policy suggestion for Gyeongsangbuk-do RICs. We investigate the operation status of Gyeongsangbuk-do RICs. It is necessary that RICs be promoted in light of revitalization program.

The signs of the information society are everywhere, as they became the essentials in ordinary citizen's everyday life. This change requires the modern man to have proper information literacy in order to maintain their lives, and the digital divide between the established and the marginalized in the society is being widened. The gap between the two classes is the single most significant factor in reproducing the socially marginalized such as the urban poor, the disabled, the aged and migrate foreign laborers, core information poor. This study attempts to scrutinize the social problem of information barriers as viewed through the everyday lives of five disabled people. Through various ethnographic positioning and research methods, information needs and information related behaviors, along with general recognitions and reality control strategies are investigated.

The cadastral administration is centered around cadastral maps. It is increasing that demand of the public for effective administration and higher quality of service through the development of application program of cadastral maps maintenance. Geo-Spatial Information System which is based on the graphic database of Yuseong-ku, Daejon City and the attribute database about cadastral information has been developed for effective maintenance and use in the part of map editing, public land price management and multi-parcel based work. In this pi-lot study, pointing out difficulties of database implementation and many experiences in the development of application program will be used effectively for further expansion of the automation of the cadastral administration.

1990년대 중반이후 정보통신의 발달에 의한 인터넷의 활용이 전세계적으로 급속히 팽창하면서 사이버마켓이라는 새로운 시장형태하에서 전자상거래가 급속히 성장하고 있다. 인터넷 전자상거래의 성장은 기존의 유통구조를 오프라인으로부터 온라인으로 전환시키고 물류체계까지 변화시키고 있다. 전자상거래의 경우 인터넷과 같은 정보시스템의 발달에 의해 독자적으로 성장할 수 있는 것은 아니며, 실제거래를 위한 물류와 연계해서만이 가능하다. 따라서 전자상거래의 급속한 성장과 더불어 문전배송서비스(door-to-door delivery service)가 가능한 택배서비스가 급속히 증가하고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 도시내에서의 전자상거래에 의한 택배서비스시장 환경변화를 고려하여 전자상거래를 촉진시키는 어떤 요인이 택배서비스에 영향을 미치고 성장에 중요한 역할을 하는지를 파악해 보는 것도 흥미있는 일이라 하겠다. 본 연구는 시계열데이터를 이용하여 전자상거래에 의한 택배서비스시장의 상관관계를 검토하고 전자에 의한 후자의 성장요인을 분석해 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 택배서비스시장의 성장요인을 시장내부의 내적요인과 외부의 외적요인으로 구분하고, 외적요인을 다시 교통요인과 사회경제적 요인으로 구분하여 전자상거래를 사회경제적 요인으로 간주하였다. 그리고 이 사회경제적 요인으로서의 전자상거래에 의한 택배서비스시장의 인과관계성을 그랜저-심즈(Granger-Sims) 인과관계검정을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 한국의 전자상거래는 EDI(전자문서교환)도입업체수, 인터넷 쇼핑몰수, 인터넷 이용자수, 전자상거래를 위한 법제도 체계 등의 증가에 의해 촉진되었으며, 이에 따라 택배서비스시장도 성장한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 정부주도에 의한 정보화추진이 전자상거래를 촉진시켜 택배서비스시장에 영향을 미친 것으로 분석되었다.

우리나라에서는 1995년부터 국가지리정보체계(NGIS)구축 기본계획을 수립하여 건설교통부, 정보통신부, 과학기술부 및 행정자치부 등 범국가적으로 2000년까지 제 1단계 사업을 마쳤으며, 2001년부터 제 2단계 사업을 추진 중에 있다. 하지만 국가지형 및 시설물 등이 하루가 다르게 변화하는 정보화 사회에서 다양한 객체에 대한 위치 및 속성정보의 획득, 저장, 관리, 활용을 위한 신속한 수치지도 수정갱신이 요구된다. 또한 도로시설물을 비롯한 다양한 지형지물정보는 공간정보를 다루는 도시, 교통, 물류, 환경 및 군사 분야 등 다양한 분야에서 의사결정 및 계획에 필수적으로 요구되는 정보이고 이와 같은 정보는 신속하고 정확하게 취득되어야 하며, 경제적이며, 효율적으로 정보를 획득하는 신기술을 적용한 작업방법론이 필요하다. 현재 국내에서도 신기술인 "차량탑재 모바일매핑 시스템(Mobile Mapping System : GPS-Van) 개발이 완료되었고, 이를 활용한 각종 지형공간정보의 수정 갱신 작업이 이루어지고 있기 때문에 이를 활용한 수치지도 수정갱신의 가능성에 대한 검토와 방법론에 대한 정립이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내에서 개발된 신기술인 GPS-Van을 이용한 수치지도 수정갱신을 위한 정확도 분석 및 오차의 영향 분석을 통하여 보다 높은 정밀도의 도로기반 수치지도 수정 갱신의 가능성 및 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

도시 속 상업 공간에서는 공간적 위치에 따른 지리적 이점이나 판매하는 상품뿐만 아니라, 해당 공간 속에서 소비자가 느낄 수 있는 문화와 감성이 소비자가 소비를 유하게 하는 중요한 요소가 되기도 한다. ICT 서비스 환경이 자리를 잡아 감과 동시에 제4차 산업 혁명이 도래하고 있는 현대 정보화 환경 속에서 소비자들은 자신의 심리나 감성, 정서에 들어맞는 공간에 방문하며 소비하고 SNS를 통해 공유한다. SNS는 Social Network Service의 줄임말로 너무나 일반적으로 우리 일상에 들어와 있는 개념이다. SNS의 시작은 마케팅의 한 분야로 시작된 것으로 판단된다. SNS를 이용한 홍보마케팅은 21세기에 접어들면서 고객들의 주관적인 개개인의 욕구 충족과 감성을 중시하게 됨으로써 예전보다 더 복합적이며 정교해졌다. 본 연구는 SNS 데이터를 블로그, 카페, 페이스북, 인스타그램에서 지역 명칭을 키워드로 1년간 콘텐츠를 크롤링하며, 형태소 분석기를 통해 학습할 수 있도록 데이터 전처리 작업을 한다. 마지막으로 딥러닝 알고리즘인 RNN 중 LSTM을 사용하여 감성 분석 학습 모델을 만들어서 지역별 콘텐츠의 주요분야, 긍/부정을 판별한다. 이렇게 분석한 데이터를 이용해 각 지역만의 특색과 인기 분야, 비인기 분야, 더 나아가 유망한 분야를 알아본다.

The objective of the study was to examine and compare health behavior between rural area and urban area in Soonchun city. Data were collected through personal interviews from 25, April to 30, May in 1998. Questions were asked to the rural area residents(n=399) and urban area residents(n=149) about their health behaviors, including such as self-recognition of health status, health related behaviors(smoking, drinking, eating habit, and exercising), status of disease and prevention, and utilization of hospital. As we examine the demographic characteristics, rural area residents were more aged(p<0.001) than urban area residents. And the urban residents had higher education(p<0.01), higher income(p<0.01) and higher health care cost(p<0.01) than rural residents. There were difference in health status existed between rural and urban residents. Rural residents had poorer health status(p<0.01) than urban residents, and however urban residents had more anxiety about their health(p<0.01) than rural residents. Comparison of the health related behavior between rural and urban area residents, rural residents were more likely to smoke(p<0.05), less intake of milk(p<0.01), do not exercise(p<0.01), and less try to lose their weight(p<0.01) than urban residents. Rural resident used to suffer from chronic diseases than urban residents(p<0.01). Consideration of health care need for rural residents are required due to the results shown as above. Therefore, the health care center, where most of the rural residents depend on for their treatment and prevention of disease, should make inquiries about resident's health care need and evaluate the important information sources for construction of a health care information system.
