RFID 시스템은 물품 등 관리할 사물에 태그를 부착하고 전파를 이용하여 사물의 정보(Identification) 및 주변 환경정보를 인식하여 각 사물의 정보를 수집, 저장, 가공 및 추적함으로써 사물에 대한 측위, 원격처리$\cdot$관리 및 사물간 정보교환 등 다양한 서비스를 제공하며, 칩, 태그, 리더, 미들웨어 및 응용서비스 플랫폼으로 구성된다. 이러한 RFID 기술은 반도체 기술의 지속적인 발전에 의한 컴퓨팅 능력의 급성장과 통신망 인프라의 융합화를 기반으로 이제까지의 사람 중심(anyone) 정보화에서 사물을 중심(anything)으로 정보화의 지평을 확대시킬 수 있는 핵심기술로서 부각되고 있으며, 10m 이내의 사물 정보화를 위한 u-센서(유비쿼터스 센서) 네트워크로 발전될 전망이다. 또한 현재 완료단계인 ISO/IEC 국제 표준제정이 완성되면 초기의 물류$\cdot$유통 분야에서 전 산업분야로 확대되어 사용될 것이다.

현대 사회는 지식ㆍ정보화를 추구하며 변화하고 있다. 지식ㆍ정보화사회는 개인, 기업 및 사회 모든 주체에 대하여 영상, 음성, 데이터 등의 다양한 정보의 교환을 극대화할 수 있는 인프라를 제공하게 될 것이며 이는 인간생활의 새로운 혁신을 예고하고 있다. 한편 이러한 지식 정보화는 고도의 정보 저장 및 통신기술이 필수적으로 요구되며 현재보다도 더욱 고속, 대용량의 정보처리가 가능한 소자로의 발전을 요구하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현재의 반도체 기술은 90nm 이하의 나노기술에 이미 진입하여 물리적인 한계(현재 70nm로 추정)에 근접하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 소자기술의 고도화를 위해서 기존 소자의 지속적인 축소화 이외의 대안으로 Bottom-Up 나노소자 기술이 90년대 이후 새로운 패러다임으로써 활발히 연구되고 있다. This study examines the relationships between the adoption intention and ill results/"digital divide" of informatization. It is very important to enhance the ability to use the information around the country today. Government invested large sums in informatization. As a result, we became a leading country in the information and communication technologies (ICTs). But the speedy growth in information society enlarges the gab between 'information haves'and 'information have-nots', which results in decreasing the efficiency of informatization. Now, we have to consider the idea of "information welfare policy" to approach the problems of "information poor"which refers to those deprived of opportunities to access ICTS and use of the Internet. This paper shows that we can not reach the information welfare society without the solution of these problems, and which are obstacles to progress in informatization. It is hoped that the results from this study bridge and close so called "Digital Divide" within society and create the impartial information welfare society.e impartial information welfare society.

It has lately been recognized that the national informatization is one of the most important ways to reinforce a nation's global competitiveness because the promotion of knowledge creation, utilization and dissemination in a national level play a role of key factor in national technology innovation. The importance of science and technology informatization is constantly increased since it cope with new R&D communication environment that is rapidly changed and support efficient means to the entire process of knowledge creation, accumulation/management and dissemination. This paper overview the present status and result of science and technology informatization of Korea and propose several policy issues and recommendations for improving the efficiency of informatization.

전자정부의 고도화 등 정보화 사업의 규모가 확대되면서 성공적인 정보화 사업의 추진을 위한 표준 및 지칭의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 이러한 정보화 표준 밀 지칭은 조직의 지식, 인력, 정보기술, 업무, 시스템 등의 정보자원과 정보화 추진 절차 및 사용자/개발자 관점에 따라 체계적으로 개발되고 개선되는 것이 필요하다. 이 논문은 정보화 추진을 위해 필요한 표준 일 지침을 분류하는 다양한 과정을 통합하여 효율적이고 체계적으로 지침 및 표준을 관리, 개발할 수 있는 분류체계를 제시한다. 또한 이를 토대로 향후 정보화 표준/지침의 개발을 위한 방향을 모색한다.
