Information technologies are changing rapidly in recent years because of the latest IT development and technology convergence. Therefore, government tries to choose technologies required to achieve mid and long-term strategic technical development target and present technology road map. We established national defense scientific technology plan process for weapon systems. However, national defense IT plan process has not been established yet. Accordingly, in this paper, we suggested outlook of future national defense informationization through national defense Information Technology environment analysis, and discovered future potential Information Technology for national defense through methodology of investigation and analysis and suggested Defense IT Planning development.

본 연구의 목적은 정보산업의 발달로 급변하고 있는 교육환경하에서 인트라넷(intranet)을 활용한 경영모의게임(Business Simulation Game)의 활용방안을 제시하고, 이러한 수업이 갖는 장점 및 수업효과에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 즉, 학생들이 팀을 이루어 게임을 하는데 있어 남녀별, 직장경험별, MBTI의 특성 별, 팀 구성원의 수의 차이에 따른 게임 성과 및 수업효과와의 상호관계를 실증적으로 비교, 연구하여, 궁극적으로는 한국교육실정에 맞는 인트라넷을 이용한 경영 모의 게임의 개발을 그 목적으로 하고 있다. 근래에 정보 및 통신기술의 발전과 인터넷 사용의 보편화로 여러 가지 학문 분야에서 정보화 및 국제화가 많이 이루어져왔다. 특히 인터넷과 관련된 여러 가지 기술(technology)들을 적극적으로 통합, 활용하고자 하는 인트라넷(intranet)의 발전은 정보기술의 여러 학문 분야에서의 활용가능성을 더욱 높이고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 이러한 인터넷, 정보 및 통신기술의 교육현장에서의 활용 방안에 대한 많은 연구들은 실질적으로 그 이론적 배경 및 효과에 대한 깊은 연구없이 종래의 교육방법에 대한 대안 또는 보조 역할로서의 가능성만 제시하고 있는 형편이다. 따라서 본 연구는 첫째, 경영모의게임과 정보통신기술의 활용을 위한 학술진흥방안의 하나로서 인트라넷을 이용한 경영모의게임 과목의 구축및 수행에 관한 구체적인 절차를 제시한다. 즉 경영모의게임 구성은 어떤 모듈들이 어떻게 인터넷상에서 사용되었으며, 도한 게임의 운영은 어떻게 하는것이 바람직한가 등에 관한 연구이다. 둘째, 성별, 직장경험별, MBTI 특성별, 팀의 크기별로 게임성과 및 수업효과에 관한 실증적 연구를 함으로써, 게임 이론의 경영마인드 형성 및 정보화에서 예견 될수 있는 여러 가지 문제점 및 가능성을 지적하여, 한국문화 및 현실에 맞는 정보화를 이용한 경영모의게임 교육방안을 제시한다. 셋째, 본 연구는 의사결정지원 시스템(DSS), 전문가 시스템(ES), 전자우편(E-mail)등과 같은 정보기술의 교육현장에서의 활용방안 및 그 교육적 효과도 점검하였으며, 마지막으로 본 연구는 당면현실로 다가온 정보화 및 세계화의 기업환경에서 예견되는 몰입(committment)의 약화에 대한 치유방안으로서, 정보화된 경영모의게임의 기업 교육훈련 시스템(Business Training System)으로의 발전 가능성을 제시한다 하겠다.

새로운 기술과 문명의 출현에는 이로 인한 생활편익과 더불어 다양한 역기능이 수반된다. 이를테면 유전공학은 생명연장의 꿈을 실현시킬 수 있겠지만 인간의 존엄성을 훼손하는 부정적인 측면을 지니고 있다. 오늘날 정보통신기술에 의한 인터넷 역시 지식정보를 무한정 얻을 수 있으나 컴퓨터 바이러스, 사이버 범죄 등으로 피해를 당하기 쉽다. 공업화에 따른 환경오염의 전철을 교훈삼아 정보화 초기부터 다양한 역기능에 미리 대처해야 미래에 발생할 수 있는 사회적 비용을 크게 줄일 수 있다.

This paper deals with in-house and external information sources available for small and medium enterprises of which information needs become specialized, diversified integrated and massive under circumstance of computer and telecommunication technology. It also presents not only the ways and means of collecting analysing, utilizing various information being aquired from internal and external sources but also adequate condition and application of information, and information system for small and medium enterprises in which resources are relatively short.

The Information society is accelerating it's speed of change with the IT technology at the center of it and the society as a whole is in the process of transition. The purpose of study is to reveal the information gap among the public servants of Chungbuk Province. For that reason this study on the information gap of the officers is considering the effectiveness of IT. First, A theoretical approach has been made about Information Divide. Second, the analysis of questionaire on the information divide use frequency analysis, means analysis, factor analysis, and t-test.

By the rapid development of computer technology and the more efficient use of land-related information, Land-related Information System has been developed by the central and local government respectively. The problems of the storage, maintenance and exchange of land-related data will be anticipated. The purpose of this study is to meet the demands of governments and prevent the duplicate investment for the information system. The data sharing and standardization should be achieved for the more efficient land management. The theme of UN's sustainable land management and the future vision of cadastre according to Cadastre 2014 are thoroughly reviewed. The advanced foreign cases of LIS development are studied, too. Linkage among land-related data, the improvement of organizational institution and the training for GIS specialists are suggested as the strategies for the more efficient land-related information system development.

The purpose of this paper is to propose the vision for information policy of construction technical information in the era of Knowledge Revolution Society and to contribute global economy as well as domestic in the cooperation with the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Information and Communication. 본고에서는 최근 이슈화된 인공지능, 산업 간 경계를 허물어 새로운 산업을 유발하는 제4차 산업혁명, 모든 사물을 연결시키는 초연결 사물인터넷 등을 실현하기 위한 미래 네트워크의 연구개발 동향과 전망을 소개하였다. 모든 사물과 사람들이 디지털 정보화되고, 그 초 대규모 연결 주체간 초 연결성과 그 연결로 생성되는 무한대의 지식정보 서비스가 중심이 되는 초연결 지식정보화 사회 실현을 위한 기술적 특징을 소개하였다. 미래의 초연결 지능정보사회에서 예상되는 초 대규모의 연결성, 정보의 홍수, 초연결에 따른 상호복잡도의 증가, 초연결로 인한 정보화 역기능 문제점과 기술 방향성을 정리하였다. 이 문제점을 해결하기 위한 새로운 초연결 지능 플랫폼의 개념, 참조 모델, 그리고 세부적인 기술적 문제점과 도전방향에 대해 설명하였다.
