By the rapid development of computer technology and the more efficient use of land-related information, Land-related Information System has been developed by the central and local government respectively. The problems of the storage, maintenance and exchange of land-related data will be anticipated. The purpose of this study is to meet the demands of governments and prevent the duplicate investment for the information system. The data sharing and standardization should be achieved for the more efficient land management. The theme of UN's sustainable land management and the future vision of cadastre according to Cadastre 2014 are thoroughly reviewed. The advanced foreign cases of LIS development are studied, too. Linkage among land-related data, the improvement of organizational institution and the training for GIS specialists are suggested as the strategies for the more efficient land-related information system development.

사회 전반의 혁신을 이끌어 온 정보통신기술은 발전에 발전을 거듭해, 최근에는 그 패러다임이 '유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경'으로 진화하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 중앙정부 및 지방자치단체들은 한층 성숙된 대민서비스 제공을 목표로 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경 구축을 위한 정보화계획 수립에 박차를 가하고 있다. 그러나 현재 지방자치단체의 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경 구현을 위한 정보화계획들은 일관되고 균형 잡힌 프레임워크 위에서 수립된 것이 아니라, 단순히 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 활용만을 강조한 수준에 머무르고 있다. 특히, 각 지방자치단체별로 운영하고 있는 기존의 정보시스템과의 연계 문제 해결 및 정보화계획을 통해 새롭게 도출된 정보시스템 사업간의 기술수준격차에 대한 연계 방안 수립을 위한 구체적인 전략은 전무하다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 선행연구들을 분석해 기술수준의 단계를 유선, 모바일, 유비쿼터스 등 3단계로 설정하고, 이러한 기술수준차이를 발생시키는 문제를 보다 구체적으로 살펴보기 위해 대민서비스 향상을 위한 정보화계획과 이에 기반이 되는 행정업무 효율성 증대를 위한 정보화계획으로 구분함으로써 분석치 효과를 높이고자 하였다. 또한, 도출된 분석모형을 바탕으로 국내 5개 지방자치단체에서 수립된 정보화계획 사례를 통해 지방자치단체의 정보화계획 현황을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다.

정보화 환경에서 개개인의 지식과 활용 역량 수준은 기업의 경쟁력 향상에 크게 영향을 끼치게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 개인의 역량 발전 단계에 관한 기존 문헌 연구를 통해 정보화 관점의 개인 역량 발전 단계를 정의하고, 각 발전 단계에 따른 개인의 정보화 학습 유형을 분석한다. 또한 개인 정보화 역량 발전 단계를 기반으로 한 동적 평가 체계 및 측정 시스템을 개발하여 실제 산업 현장에 적용해 보고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 동적 평가 시스템은 평가 영역 설정, 측정 시스템, 해석 체계가 연계되어 있으므로, 향후 기업들이 필요로 하는 효율적 변화 관리와 교육 투자를 위한 도구를 제공할 수 있다. 이러한 동적 평가 시스템은 대한민국의 자동차 제조사에 근무하는 임직원 약 18,000명을 대상으로 적용되었다.

대학 정보시스템 분류를 기존의 통합성과 커스터마이징으로 분류하는 것을 현 실정에 맞게 현재의 정보화율을 고려한 어플리케이션 분류를 시도하였다. 전국 대학을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 통해 각 시스템의 통합성과 커스터마이징을 조사하여 ‘복잡도’라는 하나의 변수로 설정하였다. 대학에서 정보화가 가능한 모든 시스템에 대해 현재의 정보화율과 복잡도를 고려하여 대학 정보시스템을 분류하였다. 이 분류를 기준으로 ASP 방식을 도입하는 방안(로드맵)을 제시하였다. 분류 모델에 정보화율을 도입함으로써 현재의 상황을 고려한 어플리케이션 분류 모델을 제시하였다. 이 분류 모델은 각 분야에 있어 정보화율에 따른 단계적 ASP 도입 방안 마련에 기초적 기준이 될 것이다.

지식정보사회 흐름에 따라 우리나라에서도 '교사 정보화 사업'을 기반으로 초 중 고 학교 현장의 정보화가 활성화되도록 다양하게 지원하고 있다. 하지만, 교사의 ICT 활용 능력 향상이나 ICT 교수.학습에의 이용, 교사의 정보화 연수 참여 등의 정보화 사업의 실효성은 크지 않은 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 교육 정보화 사업과 관련된 현장의 실질적인 효과를 살펴보기 위해서 초등 교사를 대상으로, 교사의 경력과 ICT 연수 참여 횟수가 교사의 ICT 활용 수준과 ICT 활용 빈도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 또한 교사의 ICT 활용 수준과 ICT 활용 빈도의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 교사의 ICT 활용 수준에 영향을 미치는 변인과 ICT 활용 빈도를 알아봄으로써 향후 교사 정보화 연수 프로그램 개선점을 제공해 보았다.

The land informatization methodology is the system development methodology that can be applied to the land information system to construct, manage and use the land information. Therefore, understanding of development methodology of information system and special conditions regarding the land informatization is very important. In order to enhance the understanding of land informatization, we tried various analyses on the previous land information systems developed in KOREA(PBLIS, LMIS, KLIS, KRAS) first. Then, we make a basic system development methodology to fit the land information reference model based on EA(Enterprise Architecture) and components based system. In addition, we investigate various problems or issues that occurred during the process of 30years' experience in KOREA land informatization. At last, we construct the detailed land informatization methodology which was added the method how to tasks to be carried out in each stage to solve those issues. It is the unique land informatization methodology having the most of the distinct characteristics of land information.

This study analyzed the local present status of Jechon which has growing-up potency of local information, is necessity and the characteristic of the local information for this area and the development scheme of contents is proposed for the local information based on the construction of the information infra. The development plan of contents on the local information is proposed for the field of administration, industry, life information, etc. Therefore such development plan of contents can be brought into much research to the contents development of the local information. In addition, it is expected to be lots of the public relations for the information city, sharing of information and that making more use of its applications. In addition, such plan is able to be contributed to the construction of information city for citizen's welfare and getting the competitively local power.

Korean construction firms have been continuing investment of IT for last ten years. However, manager did not support a decision-making of IT because there is no evaluation and feedback system of IT investment. This study is a preceding research of making IT evaluation model as a part of MOCT(the Ministry of Construction and Transportation)'s construction CALS/EC policy and makes a basic frame through a trend and state of IT survey. As a result of survey, To encourage them, IT development to be balanced in each members for successful stabilization of CALS/EC as well as IT evaluation will be conducted in accordance with one's environment, such as a role and level of companies.

스마트 팩토리는 시시각각 변화하는 생산현장의 생산정보 4M1E(Man, Machine, Material, Method, Energy)생산 자원을 실시간으로 통합하여 생산 관리를 무대기시간, 무재고, 무고장, 무불량일 발생할 수 있는 핵심성과지표(KPI: Key Performance Indication)를 통하여 생산현장을 연속개선을 추진하는 것이 핵심이다. 본고에서는 스마트 제조업에 필요한 IT융합 국제표준화 동향으로 사이버 보안기술, Object Process Methodology기반 생산자원 통합기술, 실시간 이벤트기반 구조화 기술, 공통 생산정보화 플랫폼 서비스기술, 생산정보화 표준기능 및 국제표준동향과 한국형 중소제조업 스마트공장 적용 참조 모델에 대하여 알아본다.

미국을 중심으로 도입되고 있는 물류보안제도는 눈에 보이지 않는 무역장벽으로 적용될 가능성이 크다. 이 연구에서는 국제적으로 시행중인 물류보안제도와 물류보안의 특징을 설명한다. 또한 화물 차량에 RFID 태그를 부착하여 물류 거점과 고속도록 톨케이트를 진출입하는 화물차량의 추적정보를 자동수집하여 RFID 기반 물류거점 정보시스템의 구축방안을 분석하였다.
