최근 정보시스템 감리분야에서 현안이 되고 있는 정보시스템 책임감리의 성격규정 및 책임감리 도입을 위한 요구사항에 대하여 논하였다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 서론에 이어 정보시스템 책임감리의 벤치마킹 사례로서 건설책임감리의 성과평가 결과와 시사점을 분석하였고 정보시스템 책임감리의 도입을 위한 요구사항을 논하였다. 끝으로 결론과 추후과제를 제시하였다.

The basic rights of the public for sustaining public accountability relations between public sector organizations and the citizens is the accessibility to information of public sector organizations. Public organizations in Korea get checked under multiple public accountability relations, which increases steadily the information provision requests from stakeholders. To respond these requirements effectively and efficiently, public sector organizations are required to transform their information management regime to comply with accountability-oriented settings. This study (1) suggests procedures and methods to select 'information for accountability' from the organization's whole information as an important object to be managed, (2) suggests procedures and methods to establish control criteria for the organization to manage its information for accountability in appropriate ways, and (3) gives an example of applying the procedures and methods to the specific context of universities' information disclosure. The procedures and methods suggested are described from a viewpoint of the consulting for the accountability information management regime.

The existing legal regulations that indiscriminately distributed various illegal information on the information network are discussing focused on civil liability and criminal liability. however, at this paper that approached with problem of police responsibility as a target of the exert of police authority for blocking illegal information on the information network. based on this recognition, this paper propose the problem and reformation about the present Information Communication Networks law's 7 of Article 44, Section 2 that for prompt blocking illegal information on the information network, not about direct regulatory approach to a person in charge of act but about the information network service provider which is a person in charge of condition.

On Dec 1, 2008, according to the special law for the information disclosure of education relevant institutes, the educational information of each university is opened at their homepages and at portal web sites. Every university, thus, is in the moment to set up strategies to consistently respond to following information disclosure as well as the one already disclosed. The strategy should contain the assurance of the basic accountability mechanism of the university. On the occasion of the public announcement of the university information, the present study has a purpose to examine the structure of the university accountability and to suggest a mechanism, which is necessary for effectively and efficiently executing the increasing accountability practices in disclosing and announcing the information. To meet the purpose, this study introduces how to redesign university jobs as practices focused on evidence information for the accountability and also suggests solutions how to improve the mechanism for the accountability responsibility, which include clarifying the roles and responsibilities for accountability jobs, revising the process of information disclosure and building the information systems for an accountability.

기업의 제품책임(PL)은 사전책임(PLP)과 사후책임(PLD)으로 크게 나눌 수 있다. 제품책임에 대한 선진국 기업의 조직구조를 분석해보면 안전책임, 품질보증책임, 제품정보 공개책임, 피해보상 및 A/S, 제품책임 보험, 제품책임소송 등을 담당하여 처리하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 논문은 ISO-9000에서 요구하는 사항중에서 기업의 제품책임에 관한 내용을 살펴보고, 이에 대한 기업의 대응방향을 고찰하고자 한다.

From a historical perspective of risk communication, risks can be classified by their associated level of responsibility. In the case of technical risks such as hazardous chemical accidents, people perceive that risk-related organizations have a high level of responsibility; however, they do not in traditional risks such as natural disasters. This study aims to examine risk information seeking and processing, as seen in two types of risk, based on the Risk Information Seeking and Processing(RISP) model. For this purpose, hypotheses and a research question are developed with current domestic risk issues, and the results show significant differences in risk information seeking and processing between the two types of risk. Specifically, in the case of the chemical spill accident, negative emotion against relevant institutions makes different information seeking and processing compared to the natural disaster. The low level responsibility risk such as typhoon comparatively follows the flow of the original RISP model. However, the high level responsibility risk such as the hydrofluoric acid spill did not match with the RISP model. Based on the research results, theoretical implications were discussed.

최근 기업의 사회적 책임에 대한 관심이 커져가고 있으며, 사회의 구성원으로서 사회적 책임 활동은 선택이 아닌 필수적인 요소가 되어 가고 있으며 이에 대한 연구들도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 연구들은 주로 사회적 책임활동과 기업의 이미지, 고객만족 및 재방문 등 기업의 성과와 관련한 연구가 주를 이루고 있다. 이에 기업의 사회적 책임활동이 직원들의 내부 고객인 직원들의 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 그 관계에서 조직몰입이 어떤 역할을 하는지를 규명해보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 사회적 책임활동이 직원들의 직무만족을 증진하고, 증진된 직무만족이 조직시민행동에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 또한 사회적 책임활동과 직무만족, 조직시민행동의 관계에서 조직몰입을 조절 변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

Library laws and code of ethics for librarians declared social responsibility ensuring equal access and available support of information resources through open services all being no discrimination due to rate, creed, gender, age or for any other reason. University libraries should accomplish the social responsibility ensuring equality of information access and intellectual freedom for all users that the cultural development of organization, community, and Nation are contributed. This study reviewed the criteria for social responsibility making such as legal, stakeholder, and information demanded approach based on Library laws, ISO 26000, and Access to Libraries for Persons with Disabilities: Checklist. This research established the basic concept for social responsibility and tried to provide the basic materials for the starting of social responsibility activities through providing of activity programs in social responsibility.

정보보안은 조직의 거버너스와 사회적 책임의 기본적인 구성요소의 하나다. 조직이 정보보안을 구현하고 관리하는 것은 일반적으로 기대되는 관리자의 책임이며, 많은 선진국에서는 투자자와 고객의 이익을 보호하고 안전한 거래 기반을 마련하기 위해 정보의 보안관리에 관한 다양한 법적 규제를 수립하여 강제 또는 권고하고 있다. 이러한 조직의 책임을 지원하고 최적의 실무를 제시하기 위하여 여러 국제기구에서 보안관리 표준화를 진행하고 있다. 보안관리 표준화 분야의 국제 표준화를 주도하고 있는 대표적인 표준화 기구로는 ISO와 ITU-T가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 두 기구에서 진행되고 있는 보안관리 표준화 동향에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 한다.

Statement of responsibility in bibliographical records plays a key role in clarifying intellectual responsibility of the work, and it also plays a role in making up access points. However, cataloging rules for the statement of responsibility mostly deal with the distinction between the principal role and minor roles. This becomes a problem because the responsibility type itself is more important than the order of the types. For this reason, in this paper I will explore improvements of the description methods of statement of responsibility by organizing the role indicators. Namely, using the role indicators more effectively than the current description methods do, we can collocate the dispersed statements of responsibilities. The role indicators can also be used for an author facet in information retrieval and can provide additional information for authority control.
