군사규격의 국산화와 규격완화검토를 보다 활성화하기 위해서는 '규격검토 연구팀'을 상설하고, 상용제품의 경우에도 시장성과 상용성이 뛰어난 제품을 군수품으로 폭넓게 활용할 수 있도록 군수품관리법을 개정하여야 할 것이다. 그리고 기술개발사업시 기술정보 및 기술개발 자원교류 체제의 미흠으로 발생되는 중복투자 등 자원의 낭비를 방지하기 위해서 기술정보 교류 및 안보기술개발 네트워크를 구축해야 한다

WebDAV(Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning)는 웹 기반의 분산 저작과 버전관리를 지원하는 표준 명세로서, 인터넷을 통하여 다양한 콘텐츠의 비동기적인 협업을 지원하는 표준 하부구조를 제공한다. 특히 WebDAV의 속성 관리 기능은 자원의 주요 정보를 속성으로 설정하여 관리할 수 있는 기능이다. 이러한 WebDAV의 속성 관리기능을 이용하는 경우 사용자 측에서 자유롭게 속성관리가 가능하여 웹을 기반으로 하는 협업시스템 및 자원공유 시스템을 개발하는데 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹을 통한 문서 및 데이터의 관리를 제공하는 응용시스템의 개발을 효율적으로 지원할 수 있도록 한 WebDAV 프로토콜의 확장과 이를 이용하여 기업내에서 생성되는 기술문서 및 도면 문서에 대한 협업을 지원해주는 도면공유시스템을 개발하였다. 확장된 WebDAV의 기능을 이용하는 경우 응용시스템 개발자는 사용자 속성을 정의함으로써 어플리케이션을 간편하게 설계할 수 있게 되며, 기존의 웹 서버에서는 복잡하게 구현해야했던 자원에 대한 잠금관리 및 버전관리 기능도 지원받을 수 있게 된다.

Collection Development Policy(CDP) is the master plan for managing libraries and information centers through which the features and categories of collections are defined and sorted. The National Digital Library therefore needs to determine its manifest principles based on CDP regarding the magnitude of acquisition, the acquisition priority and the magnitude of purchases. This paper pertains to the principal model for NDL Collection Development Policy as a primer for establishing NDL Collection Development Policy in order to illustrate essential elements of national collection development policy and provide general guidelines for NDL Collection Development Policy. To propose an independent Collection Development Policy appropriate for NDL by analyzing cases in digital resource development policies. To guide establishing principles for determining the types and magnitude of NDL collection acquisition, prioritizing acquisition, making decisions on purchase magnitude and licensing. To identify the essential elements in systematic development of national digital information resources; and to propose a model for NDL's CDP accordingly.

This study aims at developing a policy framework for a digital curation based on the access, co-ownership, reuse, and long-term preservation of digital information resources. To accomplish this, our study analysed a similar policy and support services of a main UK research institution and the DCC. It selected the main stages of the DCC lifecycle and developed a policy framework accordingly. Such a framework could serve as the basis for both state and individual institutions, and for developing standards and guidelines for a digital curation of digital information resources.

본 연구에서 개발한 UPC(Ubiquitous Personal Computer)는 무선 네트워크를 지원하는 모바일 폰을 이용하여 언제 어디서든 PC의 자원을 사용할 수 있는 기술로서, 모바일 폰은 WebDAV 프로토콜을 이용하여 WebDAV 서버자원(PC의 자원)을 관리하며, GUI 환경의 간편한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공한다. 사용자는 구현된 인터페이스와 WebDAV 기본 메소드를 이용하여 PC에 자원을 등록하고, PC 자원에 대하여 열람, 검색, 삭제, 업로드, 다운로드 등을 제공한다. 이와 같은 시스템은 휴대용 기기(PDA, 모바일 폰)의 저장 공간 한계를 극복하는 하나의 해결책이 될 수 있다. 개발되어진 UPC를 적용 모델은 삼성 Anycall SCH-M470을 이용하였으며 일차적으로는 에뮬레이터를 이용하여 실험을 거쳤고 이 실험을 바탕으로 솔루션을 SCH-M470모델에 배포하여 실험 및 검증을 하였다.

오늘날의 정보세계에서 정보 자원은 유형이 빠르게 다양화되고 있을 뿐만 아니라 여러 자원과 관계를 맺고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 자원을 평면적으로 보여주는 기존의 MARC 기반 검색시스템은 이용자의 요구를 충족시키기 어렵다. 이에 따라 본 연구의 목적은 서지 자원의 다양성과 관계성을 나타낼 수 있는 FRBR 모델의 저작 개념을 활용하여 새로운 검색시스템을 개발해 보는데 있다. 연구 대상은 성균관대학교 존경각의 고서서지시스템으로 해당 시스템의 서지레코드 중 청구기호는 저작 개념을 반영하고 있다는 특징을 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 점에 주목하여 청구기호를 통해 저작 식별자를 생성하고 각 서지레코드에 할당함으로써 검색결과가 저작을 중심으로 표현되는 실험 시스템을 개발하였다. 저작 단위로 검색결과를 표시하도록 시스템을 구현한 결과 이용자가 키워드 검색을 한 뒤 처음 마주하는 검색결과의 수가 눈에 띄게 감소하였다.

본 연구는 최근 사회 전반적인 체제의 정보화와 그에 수반되는 제 현상으로, 정보가 모든 생산의 근본요소로 작용하고 있는 기업체의 정보자원관리에 효율성 제고를 위한 새로운 기법 개발과 그 활용모형을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 기업활동을 유리하계 전개하여 기업이 목표로 하는 성과나 이익을 극대화시키기 위해서는 유동적인 국내외의 기업환경 변화와 그게 따른 경제동향, 기술동향 및 신기술 추세, 신제품의 출현과 시장성 등이 정확하게 파악되어야 함이 선행조건이다. 이러한 움직임은 각종 형태의 정보자원을 수집, 가공, 분석, 저장, 변형하여 생산현장에서 의사결정의 요소로 할용할 때 가능하게 된다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 주요 연구내용으로는 정보사회의 발달에 따른 기업환경 분석, 정보관리의 의의와 필요성 및 정보자원관리의 구성요소 등의 이론적 측면과. 실제 기업체의 정보자원관리 현황파악을 통한 정보자원관리 부서의 기능과 역할 방향 및 정보자원관리 기법과 교육모형을 제시함으로써 그 실제적인 적용 가능성을 연구하고 있다.

본 연구는 국가정보화의 총괄적인 정보개발계획을 수립하기 위하여 일명 정보개발지도를 이용하여 국가의 정보개발 현황을 분석하고 국가 정보화의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이는 현재 국내에 개발되어 서비스를 제공중인 정보, 사업의 지원자금으로 개발을 추진중에 있는 정보, 혹은 아직 미개발되었지만 공공정보로써 개발이 가능한 공공기관의 정보자원을 조사하고 세부분야별로 분류하여 하나의 평면에 나타냄으로써 국내 공공정보 개발의 방위를 파악하고자 한다. 또한 해외의 정보개발, 서비스들을 평면에 함께 제시함으로써 향후 공공데이터베이스의 개발 과제를 파악하기 위한 기반자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 정보개발지도에 따라 년차별 개발분야 및 개발 우선순위 등을 결정될 수 있으리라 예측된다.

In this paper. we present a web-based object model of language resources that are distributed in different places in variable forms. Language resources organized as objects distributed over web sites can be easily utilized to produce application systems of natural language processing. So. it renders effective maintenance of overall language processing environment in that upgrading language resources can lead to the mechanical upgrading of application systems. We implemented a dictionary constructing system for Korean Language (YDK2000). This system can integrate various linguistic dictionaries and also allow to construct high quality application specific dictionaries by connecting them to natural language systems on the Internet.

World leading national science technology information institutes provide scientists with R&D information for increasing national competitiveness. Collection development policy is the guidelines for the science technology information institutes that identify information resources and connect them together to build an information network for supporting R&D. In order to draw main elements of the collection development policy for national level science and technology information institutes, this paper analyzed the policies of National Library of Medicine (NLM), British Library (BL), Canada Institute for Scientific and Technological Information (CISTI), and Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information(KISTI). The results of this study can be used as the guidelines for the science and technology information institutes for establishing collection development policy.
