  • 2010년 농림수산식품부 축산분야 2010년 사업계획이 확정됐다. 축산분야 주요업무 추진계획으로 생산비 절감, 유통구조 개선, 품목 대표조직 육성, 2011년 하반기 항생제 사료첨가 금지, BSE 위험통제국 지위 획득, 축산물 등급제도 개선, 가축분뇨 자원화 에너지화 등으로 구체적인 계획이 나왔다. 그 가운데 한 EU FTA 대책, 낙농산업에 대한 주요 현안 과제를 발췌해 도움이 되고자 한다.

Management performance analysis using the DEA model of the food waste recycling facility (음식물류 폐기물 자원화 시설 DEA모형을 활용한 경영성과 분석)

  • As the national income level is improving, housing urbanization and economic speed are progressing rapidly, household waste and food waste are rapidly increasing. The "Waste Management Act" (founded in 1991) introduced the volume-based household waste system in 1995, and even after implementation, the odor of food waste and the prompt disposal process continue to be a social problem.For this reason, the food waste recycling business is attracting attention. In this paper, regarding the role of resource recycling such as feed, compost, and other resources of food waste, this thesis aims to reduce the inefficiency of the recycling process. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) of the relationship between inputs and outputs of 33 facilities nationwide, excluding facility data (insufficient) among 394, (238 public, and 156 private ones), as of the end of 2020, which is running a domestic resource recycling project This study was conducted to investigate the important role in the relative management performance of food waste recycling facilities.It was hypothesized that the influence of business history, facility capacity, capital, and machinery of a company running a food waste recycling business on sales was tested.

Urban Mine Resources and Metals Recycling Industries in Japan (일본(日本)의 도시광산(都市鑛山)(사용후제품) 자원(資源)과 금속(金屬) 재자원화산업(再資源化産業))

  • In order to review the recycling status of urban mine resources in Japan, metal consumption, metal recycling rate and metal recycling industry such as iron scrap, end of life vehiclcs(ELV), waste home appliances and spent IT equipments were surveyed. Japan took rank of top class in the world on the metal consumption and urban mine stock reserve. Metal recycling industries in Japan have been developed through excellent technologies for mineral processing and non-ferrous smelting. On the other hand, the technologies for recycling of rare metals are being developed now. Recycling rate of EL V, waste home appliances and personal computer are higher than the guidelines of the legislative standard.

  • 과학기술 분야 학회에서 발생되는 고급 학술정보는 산업ㆍ경제적 측면에서 그 효용 가치가 매우 크다. 따라서 국가 경쟁력 강화를 위해 전략적 차원으로 첨단과학기술정보를 디지털화하여 부존자원화 하고 효율적인 서비스체제를 구축하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이러한 일련의 과정을 수행하는 것이 학술정보관리시스템이다. 한국과학기술정보연구원에서는 학술정보관리를 위하여 관계형 DB와 KRISTAL-II 기반의 관리시스템을 개발하여 운영하고 있다. 하지만 시스템에 종속적인 메타데이터의 형식과 복잡한 관리 프로세스 그리고 다양하지 못한 검색 서비스 제공과 같은 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터의 저장관리와 빠른 검색을 제공하는 KISTI의 최신 IRMS인 KRISTAL-2002만을 사용하여 새로운 학술정보관리시스템(ACMS)를 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한 ACMS는 학술정보의 처리를 메타데이터의 표준인 XML을 사용함으로써 데이터의 유효성 검증과 타 기관의 상호대차 및 원문 교환을 손쉽게 하였다.

Evaluation of Recycling Resources in Discarded Information and Communication Technology Devices (Smartphones, Laptop computers) (폐 정보통신기기(스마트폰, 노트북 PC)의 자원화 가치 분석)

  • In this study, metal and nonmetal contents and their economic values in ICT devices such as smart phones and laptop computers were evaluated. The electronic devices made by LG and Samsung were disassembled into 5 parts, which are printed circuit board assembly, battery, display, case and other electronic components. Metal and nonmetal contents in these parts were analyzed, and their economic values were calculated via multiplying the materials' contents by metal price obtained from KOMIS or nonmetal exchange price acquired from Korean recycling markets. Finally, the materials' contents and values according to each electronic parts and electronic devices were calculated. The results showed that the value of the smartphones and laptop computers of LG are 4,449.6 KRW (28,506 KRW/kg) and 6,830.2 KRW (7,053 KRW/kg), and those of Samsung are 1,849.3 KRW (13,499 KRW/kg) and 6,667.5 KRW (4,831 KRW/kg), respectively. It was also found that most of the value was concentrated in batteries and printed circuit board assemblies. In addition, Co, Au and Cu were found to be the most valuable resources in the devices.
