This study empirically examined the structural relationships among components of interactivity, affective commitment, and components of brand equity in on-line brand community. Interactivity was conceptualized as 4 components such as mapping, personalization, responsiveness and connectedness. Components of brand equity include brand associations, brand awareness, and brand loyalty. Using a sample of 127 university students of on-line brand community members in Busan, we empirically examined the study model. The results of this study showed that components of interactivity except connectedness had a significant effect on affective commitment, which in turn, had a significant positive effect on brand associations, brand awareness and brand loyalty.

본 논문은 다양한 분야에서 생산/유통되는 대용량 멀티미디어 데이터들을 보다 사용자가 보다 편한 방법으로 본인이 원하는 콘텐츠를 쉽게 찾게 도와주고, 소비할수 있도록 도움을 주는 효율적인 멀티미디어 검색 기술에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위해서 먼저 다양한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 유통과 소비 활성화를 위해 미디어 서비스의 목적/범위/특징에 대한 기술정보를 기반으로 서비스 대상 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 수집, 특성정보 추출/분석 및 부가정보 확장을 통해 자산화하고, 소비자의 상황정보를 분석 및 질의 의도를 추론하여 소비자가 원하는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 보다 정확하고 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 스마트 미디어 자산 관리 시스템에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구를 통하여 사용자가 원하는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 정확히 찾아주어 스마트 홈 서비스 공익 서비스 질 향상, 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 활용도가 증대를 통해 멀티미디어 콘텐츠가 빠르게 순환할 수 있는 유통 활로 생성이 가능할 것이라 기대되며, 향후 개방된 공공 데이터, 사용자들이 생산한 UCC 등 멀티미디어 데이터의 내재된 가치를 분석 후 이를 스마트미디어 자산으로 관리하여 서비스 개발자에게 제공된다면 다양한 분야 형태의 스마트 서비스로 확장이 가능해지리라 기대된다.

Digital assets denote multimedia information that exists in the form of digitized materials such as images, audio, and video. The management of digital assets demands much effort because of a huge amount of storage space requirement and multidimensional characteristics of the information needed to describe their contents. In this paper, we design and implement a Digital Asset Manager that stores and manages digital assets efficiently. Among the various types of digital assets, we focus on the video asset which has the highest complexity. Our Digital Asset Manager provides various facilities for digital contents authoring applications. In the Digital Asset Manager, video assets are managed by using a hierarchical model in order to ensure efficient accesses to any part of a video asset. Our system also guarantees the independence from the storage platform, and provides a fast content-based similarity search method on the digital assets.

Efficiency and efficient management on maintenance/repair/operation (MRO) phase is getting important with advance in technologies and complex functionalities of building and facility. Using software systems as well as advanced hardware systems in MRO area is spreading along with this trend to take advantage of information technology. Information of building and facility for MRO phase is derived from engineering/procurement/construction (EPC) phase. But most current commercial software systems in EPC and MRO are focusing on their own phase, which arise lack of consistency of information from EPC to MRO phase. But, the information system now used at the MRO phase stop flowing the building and the facilities information and then newly create. Moreover, from all asset management point of view, asset particulars such as the structures and equipments are different the value fluctuation. In order to reflect these information rationally, the construction costs are correctly distributed and the initial price of the asset particulars have to be estimated. In this study, develop the information model which can apply the cost information at the EPC phase to the MRO phase.

소프트웨어 개발 조직은 구성원들로 하여금 자발적이고 지속적인 개발방법론 활용 및 개선을 유도하기 위하여 효율적인 개발방법론 정의, 조정, 참조에 대한 지원뿐 만 아니라 보다 적극적인 개발방법론의 프로젝트 적용, 프로젝트 수행 경험(수행사례)의 지식화로 전사적인 지식 자산을 공유할 수 있는 환경을 지원해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 프로젝트 경험의 지식화를 위해 종료된 프로젝트에 적용되었던 방법론 내역과 프로젝트 산출물에 대한 재사용을 위한 자산화가 가능하도록 지원하는 Eclipse 기반의 플러그인을 설계하고자 한다.

본 연구는 재난안전법 제 69조의 재난원인조사의 자산화를 통한 재난관리 업무 연속성을 위한 방안으로 표준화 등 개선이 필요하다. 현재 「재난안전법」제69조와 동법 시행령 제75조의3 및 동법 시행규칙 제19조의5에는 재난원인조사에 대한 내용이 예비조사부터 본조사 등 구체적으로 명시하고 있다. 과학적 재난관리를 위해서는 과거의 재난관리에 대한 기록이 풍부하게 존재해야 이를 바탕으로 AI 등을 활용할 수 있다. 재난관리 기록을 통하여 과거를 거울삼아 미래를 예측하고 현재의 재난관리를 효과적이고 효율적으로 할 수 있다. 재난관리 사례를 자산화하기 위해서는 가장 먼저 현재의 법과 제도의 개선이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 법과 제도의 개선에 중점을 두어 진행 하고자 한다.

Cyber Mission Impact Assessment is one of the essential tasks which many militaries and industrial major companies should perform to effectively achieve their mission. The unexpected damage to an organization's assets results in damage to the whole system's performance of the organizations. In order to minimize the damage, it is necessary to quantify the available capacity of the mission, which can be achieved only with the remaining assets, and to immediately prepare a new second best plan in a moment. We therefore need to estimate the exact cyber attack's impact to the mission when the unwanted damage occurs by modeling the relationship between the assets and the missions. In this paper, we propose a new model which deals with the dependencies between assets and missions for obtaining the exact impact of a cyber attack. The proposed model distinguishes task management from asset management for an efficient process, and it is implemented to be optimized using a vectorized operation for parallel processing and using a buffer to reduce the computation time.

This study looked into the whole features and problems about depreciation system of government capital assets in the way of the government accrual basis accounts and bookkeeping by double entry and then, tries to find a scheme to improve depreciation system for effective and efficient treatment about assets and expenses. In government accounts, depreciation system has been carried out turning around the entire accrual basis accounts be recognized government assets and applied capital asset accounts from 2011. Therefore, if depreciation system can be facilitated in order to retrench administrative expenditure and utilize assets and resources effectively under the accrual basis accounts, it would be good use of achievement evaluation in government accounts and information providing on the ground of more effective use to government's financial information.

2020년 7월 정부는 포스트 코로나 시대를 선언하며, 한국판 뉴딜 정책을 발표하였다. 한국판 뉴딜은 디지털인프라 구축, 비대면 산업육성, SOC 디지털화를 기본방향으로 내세웠으며 빅데이터, 인공지능(AI), 사물인터넷(IoT) 등 4차산업 핵심기술의 육성방안을 제시하였다. 최근 인천공항은 한국판 뉴딜 정부정책에 부응하기 위해 인천공항 K-뉴딜 프로젝트를 추진 중이며, 세부 전략과제로 자산관리의 디지털전환을 위한 IoT기반 스마트 자산관리시스템을 구축 중이다. IoT기반 스마트자산관리시스템은 인천공항에 위치한 실내외 이동형 자산에 대해 끊김없는 위치정보를 제공하는 시스템으로 기존 시스템(RFID) 대비 약 4억 원의 인적, 물적 자원을 절감하는 효과를 나타낼 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 IoT기반 스마트 자산관리시스템의 핵심기술인 실내외 연속측위 스마트 트래커와 네트워크의 구성, 저전력 위치정보 제공방법을 제시한다.
