하루가 다르게 우리 사회의 모습은 정보화, 디지털화 되어 가고 있다. 이러한 시대적 흐름에 맞추어 정보통신기술교육에 대한 관심과 중요성이 커지고 있으며, 단순히 기능을 가르치는 교육에서 문제해결력을 기르는 방향으로 변하고 있다. 이러한 정보통신기술교육의 변화를 반영하기 위해서는 보다 다양하고 체계적인 교수 학습 모형에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 구성주의 교육방법론의 하나로 학습자에게 행함에 의한 학습(learning-by-doing)이 이루어지는 모의 상황을 통해 학습 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 하는 목표기반 시나리오학습(Goal-Based Scenario : GBS) 이론을 초등학교 정보통신기술교육에서 활용할 수 있는 교수 학습 모형을 제안하고자 한다. 즉, 교육현장에서 초등학교 학생들에게 적용할 GBS 교수 학습 모형에 대한 연구로 체계적인 정보통신기술교육의 정착에 도움이 되고자 하는데 의의를 둔다.

아동들은 학습의 유용한 도구로서 컴퓨터를 이용하기도 하지만, 그 역기능에 항상 노출되어 있다. 바이러스와 해킹의 예만 보더라도 그 피해 정도는 심각한 수준에 이르고 있는 실정이다. 현행 컴퓨터 교육만 받으면 아동들이 그러한 바이러스와 해킹의 피해로부터 자신을 보호할 수 있을까? 라는 의문에서 본 연구를 시작하게 되었다. 정보화 시대를 살아갈 아동들이 그러한 역기능으로부터 스스로를 방어할 수 있도록 하기 위한 컴퓨터 소양교육이 반드시 필요하다고 보고 기존의 컴퓨터 재량교재의 내용분석을 통해 정보윤리교육의 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

This study examines how the family background and educational aspiration of adolescents affect the usage pattern of internet among adolescents. Recently, the focus of studies on digital divides shifts from the gap in the access to the internet to the difference in usage pattern of internet. Building on these studies, this study deals with the concerns that the difference in usage pattern of internet among adolescents potentially lead to the reproduction of social inequality across the generations. The analysis of the Korean Youth Panel Study reveals that the higher educational attainment and higher income level of parents, the children tend to spend more time in searching with the internet and spend less time in doing the internet game. The level of educational aspiration exerts similar effects on internet use of adolescents. The results also show that the effects of educational apsiration is larger among older adolescents. The implications and limitations of this study are discussed.

Export system using artificial intelligence give the technology for the varied library user instruction. Expert system showing problem solving process give educational effectives. In this paper, expert system are reviewed to discuss the application possibility in education and the model of intelligent tutoring system(ITS) applying artificial intelligence is presented.

User Education is one of the main activities among the traditional library services. Nowadays information technology has brought drastic changes into in the libraries, especially in the types of information sources, information users' behavior and the user education programs. The users need to know new information skills to retrieve the adequate information they need, and consequently libraries should develop new instruction programs to meet the user needs according to the radical changes of information technology and daily increasing electronic Information sources including internet resources. In this paper it was researched how to use the library websites for information instruction at the university libraries in Korea, USA and Canada through literature and by visiting the websites of the university libraries. It was found that Korean university libraries focus on providing the physical access to information, while American and Canadian university libraries focus on providing the intellectual access to information as well as the physical access to information. Most Korean university libraries have the entries about library history, library services and collection, outside networked information sources on the menu of their homepages, while there are guides how to use information sources such as subject bibliographies, reference tools, network resource tools, and guides how to write a paper, and information for user instruction on the websites of the western university libraries. It is very promising to make full use of the library webpages for library user education, which nowadays provide very powerful communication interface and make the library users find appealing and accessible.

Programming training in informatics education have the means that algorithm design and problem solving. However, Because learning and using programming tools that should be done first, elementary school students learning the programming tools that are interested in the process has been reduced. But programming with using an Educational Programming Language(EPL) can show results directly and coding with a drag & drop method that keeps the elementary students' interests for programming. Now that, the students are possible to enhance their creativity and reasoning skills. Therefore, through the result of this study show how to apply the EPL in the elementary information classes and comparing with before this study and after the study, we analyzed to applicate prosperity of EPL.

본 논문은 동적 3-D 뉴로 시스템(A Dynamic 3-D Neuro System)모델을 이용하여 오프라인 필기체 숫자 인식 실험을 하였다. 3-D 뉴로 시스템 모델을 사용함으로써 기존에 교육된 정보를 유지하면서 새로운 정보를 추가할 수 있는 추가학습이 가능했고, 동일한 범주의 정보에 대해서는 반복교육 횟수에 따라 교육정도가 점점 누적되는 반복교육이 가능했다. 교육과정을 통해 누적된 정보로부터 일반화된 패턴(Generalized Pattern)을 도출해 인식시 사용할 수 있었다. 패턴 인식기는 피드백루틴을 통해 미지의 입력이미지를 원형이미지로 복원한 후, 그 결과 데이터를 사용하여 문자를 인식하도록 동작한다. NIST의 MNIST 데이터베이스를 사용해 실험을 하였고, 결과로 $99.0\%$의 정인식률을 얻었다.

This study has developed a medical information management educational program that can improve the management ability of medical information. The educational medical information management program was developed for 8mnths uing VB. The database utilized the ACCESS Database, which allows learners to easily understand and understand the structure of the data. The learners enter data in the discharge analysis and the cancer registration program and the incomplete program after analyze the medical records. After entering and saving data, medical information management programs can be used to understand and analyze the structure of the database to generate medical information. The educational programs can improve the ability of learners to manage medical information by extracting the necessary data from the database directly through SQL and creating various medical information. However, although the medical information management program is an educational program, there is no evaluation system for the learners program operation. Accordingly, the next studies should develop the assessment system of the medical information management program for learners evaluation.

지식정보화 사회에서는 학생들의 논리적 사고력과 탐구력, 문제해결력, 창의성을 갖춘 인재가 필수적이며 이러한 인재를 키우는 것이 한 나라와 사회의 미래를 결정 짖는 핵심적이 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 창의력과 문제해결력의 요소들을 분석하고 초중등학교에서의 로봇을 이용하여 학생들의 창의력 향상을 위한 동향을 분석한다. 그리고 대학에서 로봇 이용 교육에 대한 현황을 분석하고 로봇이용 방법론을 제안한다.

A study on the remote library users showed that remote users preferred online databases and internet as information resources because of easy access and easy of use. However, they have used books and journals, which are printed resources, as main information resources because online databases and internet cannot satisfy their information needs. Also, 86.7 percent of remote users consider library services as an important issue to choose a distance learning program, and remote users extremely motivated by their professors to use library so that there are needs to have partnership between distance learning programs and library services. Finally, remote users consider authority and accuracy and contents of obtained information as important issues for their information rather than design of the databases, so that library should secure more digitalized information for remote users needs. This study is to contribute to improve quality of information services for remote users, however, it is not thoroughgoing enough, and there should be successive researches in the future.
