최근 모바일 기기가 보급됨에 따라 모바일 기기를 활용한 상황 공유 시스템에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 상황공유를 다룬 기존 연구들은 대부분 위치를 비롯한 저수준 상황만을 공유하며 고수준 상황인 행동과 감정 공유를 효율적으로 지원하지 않고 있으며 개인정보보호 단계를 수동으로 설정해주어야하는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 기기의 센서들로부터 수집되는 저수준 상황과 행동, 감정 등의 고수준 상황을 함께 수집하였으며 베이지안 네트워크를 이용하여 설계한 소셜 네트워크를 기반으로 행동, 감정, 그리고 관계를 효과적으로 보여주도록 하였다. 또한 관계정보를 바탕으로 개인정보보호 단계를 자동으로 설정해주어 친밀한 사용자에게만 자신의 상황을 공유할 수 있는 상황 공유 시스템을 설계 구축하였다. 실험에서는 실제로 구성된 모바일 소셜 네트워크에서의 관계를 바탕으로 상황 정보를 공유하는 폰북과 맵브라우저로 구성된 컨텍스트뷰어 어플리케이션을 통해 제안하는 시스템의 유용성을 보였다.

Location-sharing based service (LSBS) refers to a service that users share their location information with other users with whom friendship. At this time, the location information is shared through service provider, and then their position information is exposed to the service provider. The exposure of this personal position information to the service provider has raised a privacy problem, and thus privacy preserving mechanisms have been proposed to protect them. In this paper, we examine the types and features of the proposed location-sharing based services so far, and survey the research trend of privacy preserving mechanisms for them. Through the analysis on existing privacy preserving mechanisms, we present design factors for a privacy preserving mechanism for the current LSBS services, and suggest future work.

최근 스마트폰 열풍과 함께 트위터, 페이스북 등으로 대표되는 SNS의 이용이 크게 확대되었다. SNS가 개인간 네트워크 유지 및 확대를 위한 소통의 도구로 자리매김함에 따라 기업들도 고객과의 관계 강화를 위한 마케팅 도구로 SNS를 활용하고 있다. 그러나 개인 프로필을 기반으로 하는 정보의 공개 및 공유가 특징인 SNS는 개인정보 노출이나 퍼블리시티권 침해, 저작권 침해 등 여러 가지 사회적 이슈를 야기하고 있다. 이에 SNS 이용자들은 정보의 공유에 대한 범위 설정 등을 통해 자신의 권리는 물론, 타인의 권리도 보호해야 할 필요가 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 SNS 상에서 발생하는 권리침해 문제들을 개괄하고, 주요 SNS의 이용약관을 살펴봄으로써 SNS 이용자의 정보공유 및 권리보호를 위한 권한과 책무를 파악하고자 한다.

공공 민간이 함께 사이버위협을 조기 탐지 전파 할 수 있는 사이버위협정보 공유체계 구축에 관한 논의가 본격적으로 진행되고 있다. 아울러 사이버위협정보의 오남용에 따른 부작용과 민감 정보유출 등 잠재적인 위협이 발생할 부작용도 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 사이버위협 정보공유 현황과 관련법규를 살펴보고, 예상되는 문제점을 규명한 뒤 이를 완화하기 위한 정책적 기술적 요구사항에 대한 우선순위를 도출한다. 연구의 결과로, 정보공유체계를 효과적으로 수립하기 위한 정책적 요구사항이 기술적 요구사항 보다 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 정책적 요구사항은 관련 법적 근거의 마련, 정보관리체계 마련 순으로 나타났으며, 기술적 요구사항은 정보 표현방식 및 전송규격 표준화, 정보 수집 방법 및 신뢰성 개선 순인 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 효과적인 정보공유체계 수립을 위해서는 국가가 주도하여 정책적 기반과 표준기술을 구축하되, 공공 민간이 적극적으로 참여하도록 유도하고 협력하여 정보공유체계를 구축해 나가는 방식이 보다 적합할 것으로 판단된다.

A social network service(SNS) is gaining popularity as a new real-time information sharing mechanism. However, the user's privacy infringement is occurred frequently because the information that is shared through a social network include the private information such as user's identity or lifestyle patterns. To resolve this problem, the research about privacy preserving data sharing in social network are being proceed actively. In this paper, we proposed the efficient scheme for privacy preserving data sharing in social network. The proposed scheme provides an efficient conjunctive keyword search functionality. And, users who granted access right to storage server can store and search data in storage server. Also,, our scheme provide join/revocation functionality suited to the characteristics of a dynamic social network.

현재 소셜 네트워크 서비스 사용자는 자신의 정보를 보호하기 위하여 정보 노출 수준의 설정을 하고 이를 통하여 프라이버시 노출을 방지한다. 하지만 소셜 네트워크가 정보의 공유를 지향함에 따라 정보 노출 수준 설정만을 통해서는 프라이버시를 보호하기 어렵다. 이러한 정보 노출 수준 설정은 자신이 보유하고 있는 정보에 관해서만 접근제어가 가능하지만, 친구에서 친구로 공유된 자신의 정보 같은 경우에는 정보 노출에 대한 제어가 불가능하거나 제한적이다. 프라이버시 보호를 위해서는 자신이 생성한 정보는 자신이 보유하고 있지 않더라도 다른 사용자들의 접근을 제어할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 공개키 인증서 시스템을 통하여 자신이 생성한 정보에 대해서는 직접적으로 보유하고 있지 않더라도 접근을 제어할 수 있는 보안 모델을 제안한다.

스마트폰은 앱을 통하여 사람들에게 다양하고 유용한 기능을 제공하며, 새로운 앱들이 계속해서 개발되어 출시되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 긍정적인 측면에서 불구하고, 사람들의 편리한 사용에 대한 욕구를 이용하여, 신종 앱 사기와 같은 범죄가 발생하고 있으며, 이를 악용하여 금전적으로 피해를 주거나 개인정보를 탈취하는 범죄로가 증가되는 추세이다. 이와 같은 앱으로 인한 범죄를 대응하기 위하여, 신종 앱 사기 범죄를 분석하고 해결하는 방안이 요구되는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 신종 앱 사기 범죄에 악용되는 가짜 앱을 탐지하고, 공식 기관에서 제공하는 정보를 기반으로 가짜 앱과 공식 앱에 대한 대량의 정보를 공유하는 프레임워크를 개발한다. 개발한 프레임워크를 통하여, 정보를 공유한 사람들에게 가짜 앱에 대한 정보를 알려주고, 공식 기관의 앱을 확인하는 안전한 모바일 환경을 제공할 것으로 사료된다.

최근 인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 인해 많은 정보가 네트워크를 통해서 전송되고 있는 가운데 보안상의 위험을 고려하여 비밀정보를 암호화하여 전송한다. 본 논문에서는 비밀정보를 안전하게 보내기 위해 ID기반 암호방식을 이용하여 암호화된 데이터의 공유와 권한관리에 대하여 검토하고자 한다.

As the 'hyper-connected society' has emerged through the 'Fourth Industrial Revolution, public interests as well as social dangers have increased. Above all, the risk of infringement of information, including confidential personal information, is dramatically increasing. As the hyper-connected society has been realized, even if only one of the internet devices is hacked, there would be a danger that the ripple effect of such a hacking spreads to the whole network. Therefore, the necessity and importance of information security, including cybersecurity, has been increasing. In other words, the stability of cyberspace and internet space is becoming more important. As a result, the Korean government is seeking to build a legal system related to information security, which would be able to cope with the information infringement problem in the hyper-connected society. However, it seems that the government is still struggling with the direction of building such a legal system. In this context, a comparative review examining the legal systems of advanced foreign countries will provide meaningful implications as to what kinds of legal policies we should devise and implement for information security. In particular, the U.S. legislative act that actively responds to the cybersecurity violations is worthy of reference. For this reason, this article systematically analyzes the current status of the U.S. cybersecurity laws. Especially, this article focuses on the "Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015"(hereinafter "CISA"), that was recently enacted by the U.S. congress. The CISA prescribes the systemic and detailed information-sharing between national and private entities. The CISA, that actively promotes information-sharing, is full of suggestions for us, in that information-sharing is an effective way to properly realize information security in today's hyper-connected society.

최근 빠르게 확산되고 있는 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service)는 사용자 간 데이터의 공유 및 전파, 그리고 가상의 공간을 이용한 지인과의 인맥 관리와 새로운 인맥 생성에 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 소셜 네트워크의 공개적인 환경에 의해 정보나 프라이버시가 쉽게 노출될 수 있다. 특정 정보를 가진 사용자들 간의 제한적 정보 공유는 소셜 네트워크의 이러한 단점을 완화시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 사용자가 원하는 정보를 가진 다른 사람들과의 정보공유를 통해 정보에 대한 신뢰도를 높이며, 새로운 인맥 형성에도 효과적 일 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 소셜 네트워크에서 동일한 관심사를 가진 사용자들 간의 폐쇄적 정보공유에서의 정보 보호와 악의적 사용자에 의한 도청을 막기 위한 데이터 암호화 메커니즘을 제안한다.
