The objective of this study is to analyze control factors in protecting activities of business information that affects the effects of protecting leaks of industrial secretes during business security works in the ranks of staffs. A regression analysis was implemented by 36 items of protecting activities of information and 10 items of preventing industrial secretes for a total of 354 users and managers who use internal information systems in governments, public organizations, and civilian enterprises. In the recognition of protecting activities of business information that affects the prevention of controlling industrial secretes, clerks showed recognitions in physical control, environmental control, and human resource control, and software control and assistant chiefs showed recognitions in hardware control and environmental control. Also, ranks of department managers and higher levels represented recognitions in security control activities. It showed that clerks, assistant chiefs, and above department managers show effects of technical control factors on protecting activities of industrial secretes but section chiefs represent system control factors in preventing industrial secretes.

최근 IT기술과 인터넷의 발전으로 시간과 공간에 제한을 두지 않고 업무를 처리해야 하는 상황으로 업무환경이 급격히 변화되고 있다. 특히 기업에서는 외부 네트워크와 정보교환의 필요성이 증가되었고, 구성원들의 잦은 외근, 출장 등 사무실 밖에서 업무를 처리하는 비중이 높아져, 내부뿐만 아니라 외부와의 정보공유를 하는데 있어 안전한 네트워크 구조를 요구하고 있다. 외부에서 효율적이고 안전하게 내부시스템에 접속할 수 있게 사용되는 것이 VPN(가상사설망: Virtual Private Network)으로, 기관 및 기업에서 VPN을 지속적으로 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 하지만 VPN에 인증이 성공되면 다양한 업무시스템에 접근이 용이하기 때문에, 악의적인 사용자로부터 정보유출이 손쉽게 이루어질 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사용되고 있는 VPN에 대해 관리가 잘 이루어지는지 확인하는 실태점검 리스트를 제시하고, VPN에 대한 정보유출방지 모니터링을 위해 VPN의 접속로그를 분석하여 정보유출 보안위협행위를 탐지할 수 있는 시나리오를 도출하고자 한다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅은 IT자원을 소유하지 않고 대여하여 사용하는 컴퓨팅 환경으로써 가상화, 정보 위탁, 자원 공유, 단말의 다양성이라는 특징을 가지고 있다. 이러한 특징 때문에 다양한 보안위협들이 존재하며, 최근에는 아이클라우드 정보유출 사건과 같은 데이터 유출 사고도 일어나고 있다. 때문에 클라우드는 기존의 IT 환경과 마찬가지로 데이터 유출 및 손상을 방지하기 위해 노력하여야 된다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 서비스에 중요 데이터를 다량 보관 활용하면서 발생할 수 있는 보안 위험과 클라우드 서비스 환경에서 제공될 수 있는 데이터 보안 기술들을 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 데이터 보호와 관련된 정보보호 고려사항을 제안하고자 한다.

본 논문은 개인정보를 취급하는 민간기업들이 개인정보유출을 사전에 방지하기 위한 일환으로 예방의 원칙에 기초를 두고 있는 개인정보영향평가를 수행할 수 있으며 이러한 일련의 프로세스를 이용한 개인정보 유출에 대한 차별화된 위험 분석과 심각도 분석을 통해 민간기업에 실질적으로 영향을 줄 수 있는 위험과 위험평가 결과를 토대로 위험에 효율적으로 대응할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

At present, the cadastral field, with the conversion into digital cadastral map management system, not the existing cadastral map management system, has gone through a lot of changes, such as the market opening of cadastral surveying and overseas launching of a cadastral field. Such an environmental change has brought on a lot of advantages, such as improvement in accuracy of surveying, efficient management system, and reinforcement of competitive power in cadastral surveying. However, the conversion into the advanced cadastral management system serves to relatively heightening the possibility of outflow of cadastral information and its technology in comparison with in the past. This research, with the aim to cope with indiscriminate outflow of cadastral technology, is aimed at suggesting the plan for the prevention of outflow of cadastral technique and its protection after examining and considering the contents of environmental changes in the currently going cadastral field.

Important evidence or clue in general crime as well as crime relevant to computer has been discovered in digital devices including computer with advance of information technology and turning into a information-oriented society. A leakage of industrial technology and confidential business information is related to digital devices such as computer, smart phone, USB, etc. This paper deal with a current state and comparison analysis of digital forensic technology for developing way of forensic field, so we seek for method of preventing information leakage.

최근 다양한 기능을 수행할 수 있는 모바일 단말 개발이 확산됨과 함께 모바일 단말기를 이용해 회사 업무를 처리 할 수 있는 모바일 오피스를 구축하는 기업이 빠르게 증가 하고 있다. 모바일 오피스에 사용되는 단말기에는 회사 업무 처리가 가능한 업무 시스템 및 업무 기능을 포함하는 앱스(Apps)가 설치 되어있으며, 이를 통해 외부에서 네트워크를 통해 업무를 수행하게 된다. 다양한 단말을 통한 내부 시스템의 접속 및 외부에서부터 기업 내부 망으로 접속하는 것을 허용하게 됨에 따라 내부정보유출 시스템의 적용 범위를 모바일 단말 사용자에게 확대할 필요가 생겼다. 효율적인 업무 운영이 가능하면서, 안전하게 수행 가능한 모바일 오피스 운영을 위해 직원의 프라이버시 보호가 가능하면서 내부 정보 유출을 방지할 수 있는 방안에 대해 연구 해 보고자 한다.

최근 사이버 테러의 급증으로 인해 보안장치만으로는 방지의 한계를 나타내면서 사이버 공간에서의 네트워크 역할이 중요해지고 있다. 이에 따라 최근 세계 각국은 사이버 공격, 정보 유출 등에 의한 국가적 차원의 사이버 안보 위협을 미연에 방지하기 위해 적대국과 경쟁국이 생산한 네트워크 장비의 구매를 꺼리는 경향을 나타내고 있다. 이러한 사이버 공격, 정보 유출 등에 의한 국가적 차원의 사이버 안보 위협에 적극적으로 대처하고자 고신뢰 네트워킹 기술개발을 추진 중이다. 본고에서는 고신뢰 네트워킹 핵심기술에 해당되는 단말 관리 및 보안기술, WiFi 및 AP 기술, 네트워크 기술 및 네트워크 제어관리 기술에 대한 국내외 기술동향을 알아본다.
