Today, the domestic construction area has changed from the ground development area to the underground space development area. In addition, the problems of sprawling development and environmental pollution in the process of developing underground space have become significant. In the circumstances, it is expected that the use of underground space information, which helps to understand underground space, will be on the sharp rise. However, the underground information in Korea is separately established and managed by each institution, and it is difficult to use the information in an integrated way. Therefore, at the time when the information on underground space is integrated, it is required to perform the integrated DB standardization in order to establish the integrated infrastructure of underground space information. In this work, this researcher studied a plan of using the standardization of the integrated infrastructure of underground space information. As a result, this work suggested standardization of each geologic stratum, standardization of unit systems, and standardization of the connection of underground space information regarding the standardization contents of underground space information integration. To examine its availability, this researcher conducted a questionnaire survey with experts of each institution. As a result, the suggested plan was found to be have high availability.

Recently, the mRFID which combines RFID system a mobile uses infra of mobile communication and it provides object information service with the form which is various. Currently, many object information service system exists. But such system object information is by a service box and becomes the inclusion in specific territory and connection it does from different territory, there is a difficult problem point. It secured the weak point of object information service system of existing from the dissertation which it sees and the object information service system which is suitable in application development of the mRFID it embodied.

The aim of this paper is to analyse correlation between the new library act and policy tasks of public libraries in Korea. In order to attain this objective, author set seven policy tasks, that is, amendment and complement of master plan for library development, unification of public library administrative system, institutionalization of local public library and information policy, job analysis and improvement of library personnel system, infrastructure expansion and revision of various legal standards, standardization of management evaluation and statistical system, and strong connection between public library and related cultural institutions. And author suggested the alternatives to drive and improve of these policy tasks.

본 연구에서는 u-City인력수급 전망을 토대로 국토해양부의 u-City 관련 인력양성에 대한 실천계획이 효율적으로 실행될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. u-City를 추진하는 지자체, 개발사업자마다 공통적으로 제기하는 문제점은 u-City 관련 고급 및 기능 인력의 절대적인 부족이다. 그러나 u-City 전문인력은 u-City건설의 특성상 도시계획 개발, 정보통신망, IT 등 다양한 분야에 대한 전문지식을 갖추어야하나 이러한 고급인력이 배출되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인력양성방안의 목표를 'u-City의 성공적인 추진에 부합하는 전문인력양성'으로 설정하였으며, 수요자 중심의 교육, 지역 균형적인 전문인력양성, u-City 관련 분야의 융 복합교육, u-City 관련 교육인프라 구축을 추진전략으로 수립하였다. u-City 인력양성의 추진목표 및 전략을 실행하기 위한 중점추진과제로는 'u-City건설 전문인력교육 관련 수요전망', '지역별 거점대학 선정을 통한 전문인력의 양성', 'u-City 인력양성센터 건립추진', '교육포탈을 통한 온라인 교육', '교육인프라 구축' 등 5개를 선정하였다. u-City 인력양성을 위한 추진전략의 성공적 실행을 위해서는 중점 추진과제들간의 유기적인 연계가 필수적이다.

스마트그리드는 전력시스템과 이를 제어하기 위한 통신 인프라를 중심으로 다양한 시스템이 서로 통합되는 종합적인 플랫폼으로 이해할 수 있다. 기존에 각기 독립적으로 운영되는 시스템과 통신 인프라가 통합되기 시작하면서 다양한 상호작용이 파생되고 그로 인해 잠재적인 보안 측면의 위험성도 커지게 된다. 전통적인 전력시스템은 폐쇄적인 SCADA 네트워크를 기반으로 운영되었기 때문에 최소한의 보안강도가 보장되었지만, 스마트그리드 하에서는 개방형 통신망과 연계되면서, 기존의 사이버 보안 위협들이 전력시스템으로 유입하게 된다. 기존의 IT 시스템과는 달리 전력시스템과 같은 제어시스템은 물리적 작동과 공정이 수반되기 때문에 새로운 위험이 발생하기도 하고 기존의 위험이 증폭되기도 한다. 전력시스템에서는 가용성이 그 무엇보다 중요하기 때문에, 스마트그리드 체제하에서의 다양한 위협요인을 미리 파악하고 이에 대비한 계획을 수립함으로써, 그러한 가용성의 수준을 유지할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서는 기존의 사이버 위협이 어떠한 경로를 통해 전력시스템에 영향을 미치게 되며 그로 인한 잠재적 위험이 얼마나 되는가를 평가할 필요가 있다. 그러나 스마트그리드는 아직까지 구축중인 미래형 시스템이고 누적된 과거 데이터가 없기 때문에 가상의 하드웨어 기반 테스트베드 내지 소프트웨어 기반의 시뮬레이션 모델을 통해 이를 사전적으로 테스트할 필요가 있다. 또한 스마트그리드는 서로 다른 IT 시스템과 물리적 설비들이 결합되는 복잡한 시스템이라는 측면에서, 잠재적으로 발생 가능한 다양한 위험을 분석하고 평가할 수 있는 모델의 수립이 요구된다. 본고에서는 그러한 CPS 기반 시뮬레이션 모델에 대한 현재의 연구동향을 검토하고, 향후 실질적으로 구현하기 위한 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

최근의 IT기술혁신은 단일 산업군을 넘어선 융합형 기술 혁신이 주도하고, 이동성, 내재화, 지능화가 극대화되면서 IT가 전 산업의 생산요소이자 인프라로 그 역할이 중요해지고 있다. 이에 그 동안 하나의 독립산업에 머물던 IT산업은 국가 전체의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 기반산업으로서 그 역할이 확대되고 있다. 미국, EU, 일본 등 선진국들이 IT 융합전략에 박차를 가하고 있는 것도 이 때문이다. 이러한 상황에서 우리나라도 'IT Korea 미래전략'이 발표되고, IT산업의 진흥을 총괄하는 정보통신산업진흥원(NIPA)이 출범하였다. 이는 그 동안 국가주력산업으로 기능해온 IT산업이 전 산업의 경쟁력 제고를 지원함으로써 국가경제발전에 기여할 수 있는 새로운 전기가 마련되었음을 의미한다. 이에 정보통신 산업진흥원은 2010년 IT산업의 새로운 도약을 위한 전략목표로 1) IT융합을 통한 타산업과의 동반성장, 2) 산업경쟁력 원천으로서의 소프트웨어 경쟁력 제고, 3) IT산업 성장기반 고도화를 선정하였다. 정보통신산업진흥원은 IT산업 정책의 총괄기획자 및 코디네이터로서 IT사업의 전(全)과정을 지원하는 입체적 산업지원 체계를 구축하고, IT정책 간 연계를 통해 정책시너지를 극대화함으로써 새로운 IT융합전략의 성공을 이끌어 갈 것이다.

인터넷 상의 불특정 다수의 컴퓨팅 자원을 연계하여 오버레이 네트워크를 구성하여 새로운 컴퓨팅 인프라를 구성하려는 분산 해쉬 테이블 (Distributed Hash Table)방식의 Peer-to-Peer(P2P) 네트워크 관련 연구가 진행되고 있다. DHT 방식의 P2P네트워크는 자원의 복제 및 공유하여 컴퓨팅 시스템 전반에 걸친 신뢰성과 결함 감내 능력을 향상시키는 장점이 있는 반면에 하부 네트워크 정보를 무시하기 때문에 전체 시스템 구성 및 메시지 전송에 있어 실제적인 성능상의 문제점을 드러낸다. 이 논문에서는 하부 네트워크의 구성 정보를 이용하여 DHT 기반의 P2P 네트워크의 메시지 전송 방식의 효율을 높이는 방법을 소개한다.

A result was able to find that information and communication technology goods and technology, tourism technology infrastructure technologies program, e-portal system, industrial competitiveness and technology Exhibition and Convention of Effects. Exhibition and Convention ensure the effect of the base material and environmental factors, these factors determine the product development laid the foundation. Product type defined, you can see that affecting economic ripple effects and satisfaction. Exhibition and Convention can achieve the effect of information and communication technologies to reduce your operating costs.

지식기반 경제로의 전환에 의한 마이크로프로세서 기반의 디지털 부하 증가는 전력시스템에 고품질, 고신뢰성, 안전성 및 유효성에 대한 요구를 증대시키고 있다. 또한 신재생에너지 확대에 따른 다양한 분산전원의 연계와 소비자의 선택과 역할 증대에 따른 전력공급자와 소비자간 양방향 통신 인프라의 필요는 전력 전달시스템과 정보교환네트워크의 통합을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문은 전력전달시스템과 정보교환네트워크의 통합 아키텍처 개발에 대한 연구동향과 아키텍처 개발 방법 및 네트워크 요구조건에 대하여 소개한다.

국립산림과학원 산림조사과에서는 지식정보화사업의 지원 하에 남한 전체 낱장/정사항공 사진 영상 DB툴 구축하고， 항공사진검색시스텀 (aerophoto.kfri.go. kr)을 개발하여 대국민 인터넷 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 5TB 대용량 항공사진 원본 영상과 메타자료를 웹 지리정보 서비스에 적합하도록 자료의 변환 방식，소프트웨어와 하드웨어의 최적 구성안, 그리고 응용 검색 시스템의 개발 기능을 소개 한다. 또한，항공사진 웹 검색 시스템은 벡터 지리정보와 항공사진 영상을 각각 전송하여 융합하고 분석하는 기능을 담당하는 클라이언트 모듈을 한정된 네트워크 환경에서 대용량 자료의 검색 속도 향상을 위하여 비동기식 처리 방식으로 개선하였다. 그리고 국가 지리정보 인프라인 정사항공사진 자료를 타 시스템과 연계 활용하기 위한 방안으로 ESRI ArcGIS 의 Plug-in 적용 사례를 제시한다.
