지하 산업시설에 u-기반 지능형 서비스를 제공하기 위해 주요습득인자인 상황정보를 목적지에 전송할 수 있는 무선 인프라 구축이 요구되며, 이제까지 유비쿼터스 분야에서 공통기술 위주로 연구 및 개발되었기 때문에 시설별 특성을 고려한 인프라 구축 및 서비스는 부족한 상황이다. 본 논문은 도시가스 지하 폐쇄환경인 가스밸브박스와 전용통신 시설이 존재하는 정압기까지 상황정보 전송을 위해 환경특성을 추출하고, 적용 가능한 무선 방식을 시험하며 환경특성과 시험결과에 따라 적절한 무선 상황정보 전송방식의 토대를 제공한다.

전체 모바일 시장에서의 스마트폰의 시장점유율이 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있는 가운데 스마트폰 보안 이슈에 대한 관심도 같이 증가되고 있으며, 스마트폰의 분실 및 도난으로 인한 피해의 대응책이 필요하다. 스마트폰의 특성상 휴대성 때문에 분실 및 도난시에 개인정보 유출 등의 2차적 피해가 커질 수 있다. 이러한 피해들을 최소화하기 위해 원격 동기화, 개인정보 접근 차단, 위치정보 송/수신, 원격 카메라 제어, 이벤트 로그 전송 등의 기능을 통해 스마트폰 내부에 저장되는 사용자의 개인정보의 유출을 방지하고 분실 및 도난된 스마트폰의 재습득 가능성을 증대시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 스마트폰의 분실 및 도난에 대비하는 보안 원격제어 관리 시스템을 제안, 설계하고 구현한다.

인공위성을 이용한 실시간 차량정보 전송장치는 정지궤도 위성을 이용하여 차량 정보 및 위치정보를 위성 영상 데이터를 이용하여 실 시간 전송 및 분석하는 시스템이다. 저궤도 관측 위성을 통하여 기 확보된 영상데이터 및 그 동안의 위성 기술 개발 과정에서 습득된 HW/SW 기술 및 GPS 처리 기술을 이용하여 개발 되었으며 향후 물류 및 관련 등 산업 전반에 많은 파급효과가 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study is about motivations of using YouTube channels related to politics and its effects on political socialization. Information acquisition from the political channels of YouTube was analyzed from the perspective of uses and gratifications theory. Then, the effects of the variable factors which can influence the perception-attitude-action of political socializations were reviewed. To understand aforesaid aspects, online survey was conducted targeting male and female adults between 20 to 50-year-old. There were four factors observed for the motivations of using YouTube channels of politics, which were 'entertainment of political satire', 'mental stability', 'convenience of the media', and 'pursuit of information'. The impacts on political socialization were verified with path analysis. Among the various motivations of using YouTube channels, 'convenience of the media' and 'pursuit of information' were the factors that positively affected the acquirement of political knowledges. Political knowledges had meaningful influences on increasing people's interest in politics, and their sense of political efficacy. Increased interest in politics led to higher level of sensing political efficacy, then higher political efficacy positively motivated people to participate in politics. The theoretical and practical implications of the study were also discussed based on the findings.

A public librarian is an occupation, which requires long-term. continuous training and difficult study to acquire and cultivate professional knowledge and skills. It is a necessity to achieve new knowledge, information and skills via appropriate retraining. A training system is the method which gives chances of retraining to public librarians. After examining some of the problems with the existing training system, it is apparent that the direction of training system needs to be decentralized. That is each local branch should be autonomous in terms of new training for librarians. For the method of training system, each autonomous unit would integrate the different theories to apply to the community-at-large and invite practical specialists from the local community to lecture. The training classes would be elective in that the each librarian could choose the classes he/she wants to take and give them credits for that, but the certificate for the class would also go towards completion for the required technical training. Finally, the utilization of cyber-education should be introduced, and the library association's role strengthened, to help public librarians cultivate their specialties.

Recently, types of mobile services are ever-growing with technological advances, such as CDMA 2000, 256 Color LCD, 16 channel sound chip set and easy internet access. However, manual system that is supposed to support users for finding features and functions doesn't help users most of the cases since users are moving. Therefore, mobile sonics needs new concept for manual system that can support users while they are in use In this research report, new concept for interactive manual system is suggested. Then a guideline for interactive manual system is developed as a result from three empirical studies. First, ten information visualization methods used for describing functions are positioned on user's perception map. Secondly, user behavior pattern of getting required information from written manual was analyzed. Finally, visual cue system was selected as one of options for developing interactive manual system and a guideline was developed based on these research results.

사회변혁 과정에서 경쟁우위 확보는 그 시대를 대표하는 기술의 습득과 활용의 정도에 따라 좌우된다. 우리나라의 경우 정보혁명 과정에서 IT기술의 습득과 활용을 위하여 적극적인 노력을 기울인 결과 IT강국이라는 현재의 위치를 확보할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나, 최근들어 IT산업이 국가의 경제발전을 지속적으로 선도하여 나가기 위해서는 IT 산업내의 구조적 취약점을 해결해야 한다는 지적과 함께 참여정부에서 시작된 IT39 중심의 산업정책에 대한 비판도 제기되고 있다. 이에 따라 사회변화의 방향을 가늠해 보고 우리 IT산업이 직면한 문제 분석과 이를 토대로 한 새로운 IT R&D 방향을 모색할 필요가 있다. 미래사회 변화의 큰 특징은 융합으로 대변된다. 정보처리 기술과 통신기술의 융합으로 시작된 이 흐름은 최근 통방융합이라는 차원을 넘어 이종기술간 및 이종산업간 융합이라는 개념으로 확장 진화되고 있다. 또한, 사회변혁의 패러다임도 지식기반사회에서 융합시대로 급격히 전환되고 있다. 융합이라는 패러다임 변혁의 물결에 편승하기 위해서는 IT기술이 융합시대에서 어떠한 역할을 하고, 어떻게 진화해 갈 것인지를 규명하는 작업이 필요하다. IT기술은 그동안의 혁신적 발전을 기반으로 여타 기술 및 산업 발전을 견인하는 원천기술로 작용할 것이 확실시 된다. 따라서, 융합시대에서 IT기술은 기존의 독자적 산업영역에 국한되지 않고 새로운 기술과 산업으로 그 응용범위가 대폭 확장됨으로써 기존에 IT가 지녔던 기술적, 산업적 중요 성과는 비교할 수 없을 정도의 의미를 지니게 될 것이다. 융합시대에 대응하여 IT R&D 방향을 검토하는 전략적 의미도 여기에서 찾을 수 있게 된다. 융합시대에서 IT R&D는 IT가 여타 기술 및 산업발전을 위한 원천기술화를 비롯하여 (1) 유비쿼터스 인프라, (2) 디지털 인텔리전스, (3) 융합부품, (4) 메가 컨버전스 등과 같은 4대 동력에 집중할 필요가 있다. IT의 원천기술화 및 4대 동력에의 집중이야말로 융합시대를 슬기롭게 열어가는 '전략적 창(strategic window)‘이 될 것이다.

This study was conducted to identify the use motivations of AI speaker and examine the characteristics of AI speaker users. Based on the uses and gratifications theory, The study results show that the user motivations of AI speaker are four dimensional, namely escaping from daily problems and maintaining social relationships, information acquisition and learning, entertainment and relaxation and pursuit of practicability. The main AI speaker users are in their 30s, and they are innovative to actively use AI speakers for entertainment purposes such as listening to music. The four sub-dimensions differed as we compared them with user characteristics. Specifically, the motivation for escaping from daily problems and maintaining social relationships varied with gender and age. Moreover, age and informativeness were identified to have an influence on the motivations of information acquisition and learning and entertainment and relaxation. In sum, this research provides practical implications into how to strategically create contents and services for AI speakers.

In this paper, we design and implement an illegal entry detection system which efficiently can detect illegal intruders applying image processing technique on the perceived value of the infrared sensor and acquired image from two-way wireless camera(DRC) for prevention of damage caused by theft and the ratio of security in the security of the square such as livestock, agricultural products, and logistics warehouse. At first, the proposed system acquires the image from wireless camera when infrared sensor detect the location of illegal intruders. and then, the system process to determine movement by applying image process technique with acquired image. Finally, we send the detected and analyzed the results and the final image to security company and mobile device of owner.
