이 연구의 목적은 대한지적공사에서 추진하고 있는 지적정보서비스 유통 방안을 마련하기 위해 공공과 민간부분의 지적정보서비스 현황과 수요를 파악하고 분석하는데 있다. 이 연구에서는 심층면접과 개별면접을 병행하여 지적정보의 인지도와 활용도를 포함한 지적공간정보에 대한 활용실태, 지적공간정보의 품질만족도, 향후 지적공간정보 수요 예측, 지적공간정보의 유통서비스체계에 대한 선호도, 공사의 사업 다각화, 공간정보 시장의 수요 등을 정확히 파악한 후 지적정보의 이 활용과 유통을 증진시킬 방안을 도출하였다.

본 조사는 부산지역의 전기공사와 자동화설비업 또는 전기 설계감리업과 안전관리 직종의 인력 수요와 채용 규모, 인력 채용시 기업이 요구하는 교육 내용 등의 실태를 조사하여 객관적이고 정량적인 기술인력의 수요와 공학교육의 요구 수준을 파악함으로써 향후 학생의 취업률 제고와 교육과정의 업그레이드를 위한 유용한 정보를 제공함에 그 목적을 둔다.

적절한 주택공급 및 주택정책을 위해서는 인구 및 가구 구조의 변화에 따른 주택수요의 예측의 정확성이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 주택수요 예측에 있어서의 DB의 문제점들을 살펴보고 개선방안 및 빅데이터를 활용할 수 있는 DB 구축방안을 제시하였다. 향후, 기존에 활용되지 않고 있는 주택공시가격, 건축물대장, 가계동향조사, 인구주택 총조사 등을 활용하여 주택수요를 분석할 수 있도록 파일럿시스템을 개발하여 타당성을 검토할 예정이다.

U-국토 및 U-도시의 건설 및 관리를 위해 정밀 국토공간정보의 수요가 점증하고 있고 보다 신속한 갱신이 요구되고 있는 가운데 유비쿼터스 기술들과 융복합된 u-GIS기술에 대한 요구 또한 증가하는 추세다. 특히 건설 분야에 있어서의 이러한 수요를 보다 심층적으로 파악하기 위해, 건설공사 표준품셈 등을 이용하여 건설공사 공종/공정을 분류하고 이에 대한 수요의 우선순위를 도출하는 연구를 수행하였다. 본 논문은 u-GIS 기술을 필요로 하는 건설 현장에 위치/형상 정보 수요에 대한 조사, 분석을 통해 건설 인력, 자재, 장비의 u-GIS 기술의 적용 우선순위를 도출하는 것이다.

As ICT industrial paradigm changes and wireless communication services evolve, demands on spectrum information are soaring. We conducted demand survey of experts and public in general on spectrum information and prioritized what we should disclose. And we looked into overseas cases and analyzed their policy, the current status, exceptions for opening spectrum information. In this paper, we suggested a direction on how to make spectrum information public in Korea. Also, we made a proposal to establish management system and legislation for opening spectrum information.

This paper proposes the method for the man power forecasting and performs mid-term(1994-1998) forecasting of telematics man power demands in Korea. Telematics technology has been selected as '839 New IT Growth Engine' by Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) of Korean Government to boost Korean IT industry for the next 10 years. In order to meet the man power requirement in this telematics industry, accurate forecasting of the man power demand is necessary. The procedures for the forecasting includes study of man power forecasting models, deriving market size of the telematics industry, perform labor productivity analysis, derive the man power structure by the types of the work forces by the types of telematics industry, and finally derive annual man power demands by the worker types and the telematics industry types.

최근 IT 산업전체의 고용(인력수급) 상황을 보면, 2000년 이후 2003년도까지 전세계적인 경기침체에 따라 다른 어떤 해보다도 이직률이 매우 높았다. 특히 IT 인적자원의 수요와 공급으로 그 특징을 살펴보면, 2002년초 메타그룹이 실시한 조사에서 세계의 IT 기업들이 인적자원을 확충할 것인지 줄일 것인지에 때한 조사를 실시한 결과 47.6%가 10-15%의 인원을 감축할 것이라고 응답했다. 이 결과가 주는 의미는 향후 IT 인력의 수요와 공급의 변화를 예측하게 한다.

21세기의 나노기술은 국가경쟁력을 위한 핵심 학문과 기술로 대두되었다. 우리나라는 2001년 7월에 '나노기술종합발전계획'을 수립하였고, 2002년 12월에는 '나노기술개발측진법'을 제정하여 국가의 전략기술로 범정부 차원에서 집중 투자하고 있음. 그 주요 내용으로 연구개발과 인프라 구축과 인력양성 등을 3대 핵심 과제로 추진하고 있다. 나노기술은 학문간, 기술간 및 산업 분야간 서로의 영역을 공유하는 다학제적 특성을 내포하고 있는 기술로서 미래의 기술혁신을 주도할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 또한, IT, BT, ET 등 신산업과 부품, 소재 등 기존 산업의 핵심 기술을 제공할 수 있는 기반기술로서 원천기술적 성격을 동시에 갖고 있다. 그동안 국내 나노기술 인력양성에 관한 조사 또는 연구는 매년 일부 수행되어 왔으나 나노기술 인력양성의 효과적 정책수립을 위한 보다 체계적이고 심층적인 조사와 분석에는 미흡했던 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구는 직접 설문을 통해 국내 나노기술 수요업체의 실태와 인력수요 현황을 조사, 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 나노기술의 세부 분야별 향후 인력 수요 전망을 통계적으로 예측한 후 해당 산업의 발전에 비칠 수 있는 영향을 분석하여 나노기술 인력 양성 정책 개발에 기반이 될 수 있는 정보의 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같은 내용을 포함한다. - 나노기술 수요 업체의 특징 및 현황 - 나노기술 수요 업체의 인력 상황 및 미래 계획에 대한 설문 결과 - 설문 결과의 통계적 분석 및 이를 기반으로 하는 미래 상황 예측

전력산업의 환경변화에 따라 수요자의 정보를 기반으로 한 수요관리기법의 프로그램들이 많이 개발되고 있다. 이에 따라 수요자의 부하패턴 정보 분석이 중요한 역할을 하며, 또한 분석결과를 이용한 변동 요금의 설계는 수요관리프로그램의 성패를 좌우할 만한 핵심요소로 등장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 선진국에서 실시하고 있는 수요관리 프로그램에 적용되고 있는 변동 요금제의 현황을 조사 분석하였다. 분석결과는 수요자 중심의 신 수요관리프로그램의 개발의 정책 결정 및 설계에 주요 역할을 할 것으로 판단된다.

The smart card data stores the transit usage records of individual passengers. By using this, it is possible to analyze the traffic demand by station and time. However, since the purpose of the trip is not recorded in the smart card data, the demand for each purpose such as commuting, school, and leisure is estimated based on the survey data. Since survey data includes only some samples, it is difficult to predict public transport demand for each purpose close to the complete enumeration survey. In this study, we estimates the purposes of trip for individual passengers using the smart card data corresponding to the complete enumeration survey of public transportation. We estimated trip purposes such as commute, school(university) considering frequency of O-D, duration, and departure time of a passenger. Based on this, the passengers are classified as workers and university students. In order to verify our methodology, we compared the estimation results of our study with the patterns of the survey data.
