Since SMEs have recognized needs for industrial technique leakage prevention, they tend to construct information security system causing huge consumption of budget, yet they cannot organize information security team to operate integrated information security management system with consistency and it is fact that there only occur instant introductions of certain system. In this study, we designed information security management system for SMEs' industrial technique leakage prevention which is differentiated from those of large enterprises based on current status of SMEs' industrial technique leakage. Specifically we analyzed current status and vulnerability of SMEs' industrial technique leakage and we designed industrial technique leakage prevention management system for SMEs. Then we applied Delphi method to validate appropriateness of study result. We strongly believe that SMEs may estimate a appropriate level of investment on information security and develop countermeasures for control by utilizing this study result.

Throughout the years, cybersecurity incidents related to the shipbuilding and maritime industries are occurring more frequently as the IT industry develops. Accordingly, expertise in the information protection industry is necessary, and effective education contents on information protection are needed for this purpose. Recently, there have been more and more cases of increasing user experience by applying Metaverse technology to the educational field. Therefore, this study analyzes the existing information protection education and training and the information protection education contents in the maritime industries and proposes four directions for content development (i.e., online education and seminars, cybersecurity threat learning of virtual ships, accident reproduction, and maritime cybersecurity exhibition operation).

디지털콘텐츠와 데이터베이스의 상호접근점을 찾을 수 있는 것은 디지털콘텐츠 자체가 여러 분야의 데이터의 집합임과 아울러 정보서비스를 통해 제공되는 내용물의 구성체가 바로 데이터베이스이기 때문이다. 그렇지만 이러한 보호의 기본적인 전제는 저작권법리가 구성될 수 있는 요건의 명확화라고 할 것이다. 또한 데이터베이스가 보호돼야하는 당위성에 대한 명확한 이해 없이는 데이터베이스에 대한 보호의 논의자체가 부정될 수 있을 것이다. 즉 쉽게 말해서 데이터베이스를 왜 보호하는가에 대한 논의라고 하겠다. 정보산업의 기간이 되고, 인터넷 등 네트웍을 통한 전자상거래가 활성화되면 자연 유통되는 정보자체가 디지털콘텐츠 형태의 데이터베이스가 될 것이다. 각국의 정보산업에 대한 구체적인 수치를 제시할 수는 없지만, 그 중에서 데이터베이스가 차지하는 부분은 상당할 것으로 예견되기 때문이다. 특히 디지털콘텐츠 내지 데이터베이스는 정보산업에서 문화산업으로의 범주가 확대되고 있는 상황 하에서, 문화적 종속을 제어할 수 있는 법제도적 장치로서의 역할도 기대된다고 할 것이다. 이러한 복합적인 요인이 바로 데이터베이스의 보호에 대한 문제 제기와 필요성이다. 더욱이 데이터베이스는 많은 경우 구성하는 콘텐츠의 선택과 결합하는 데 있어서 기술, 노력 및 경험 등이 요구되고, 기술 등의 발전으로 비용 등의 지불 없이 복제가 가능하기 때문에 법적인 보호 등이 요구된다.

지난 2008년 6월 13일 개정된 '정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률'은 우리나라 IT 업계의 활성화뿐만 아니라 개인의 정보를 보호하는 제도와 절차를 규정하는 매우 중요한 법이다. 이 법은 우리사회에서 정보프라이버시의 보호와 관련하여 매우 긍정적인 역할을 수행하고 있으나, 일부 규정에서는 여전히 그 영향과 효과를 종합적으로 분석하고 검토하여야 할 여지가 있다. 이 연구에서는 관련 법제도가 IT 관련 산업과 기업에 미치는 영향을 검토하고, 법 제정시 정보보호서비스 산업의 특성(예, 공공성, 가변성, 상대성, 다차원성, 불완벽성)을 보이고, 이를 반영하여야 함을 설명하였다. 또한, 정보관리자의 책임과 과실 처벌에 관한 법규의 실효성과 형평성을 분석하였다. 법의 논리 연구, 관련된 해외 법률과 사례의 분석을 통하여 세가지 정책 대안, i) 관련 법률의 개정과 새로운 정책제도 마련, ii) 선고형에서 작량감경/집행유예 등의 적극적 적용, iii) 개인정보 관련한 기술적 관리적 조치의 합리적이고 구체적인 기준 마련을 제시하였다.

This study analysis the global market trends of information security industry expanding its area through the convergence with other technologies. domestic market of information security industry is expected to show a high growth rate, given that the share of the domestic market in the world market is very low, heightened awareness caused by several information accidents, and the expansion of physical information industry's exports. The crucial point to note is the prospect that the domestic market will be led by its product market, but global market will be spearheaded by its service market. Consequently, to overcome current slump, it is need to establish market promotion strategies focused on fostering the information security service market which is higher value added than information security product market.

The Purpose of this Study is to find out the Implications of the Information Security Activities of Financial Companies on the Confidence of the Information Security Officers and to find Academic and Practical Implications to Supplement the Insufficiencies. As a Result, it was Confirmed that the Information Security Officer's Confidence in Information Security for Companies and the Level of Information Security Awareness of the Employees are Increased when Financial Companies Conduct Information Protection Activities Focusing on Information Security Education, Security Incident Responses and In/Out Security.

방산보안은 방위산업과 관련된 보안으로 방위산업의 발전에 따라 방산보안의 정의도 변화되어왔다. 우리나라 방위산업은 1970년대에 본격적으로 육성되었고 방산보안은 군사기밀을 취급하며 방산물자를 생산하는 방위산업체의 보안으로 정의되어왔다. 최근 무기체계 및 핵심기술의 국제공동연구개발에 따른 도입 기술의 보호가 필요하고, 선진국 수준에 이른 국방과학기술을 이용한 방산물자의 수출이 증가하면서 방위산업기술을 보호하기 위한 방위산업기술보호법이 제정되었다. 방산보안의 역사를 살펴볼 때 큰 전환점이 도래하는 것이며 방산보안 시대를 구분하고 각 시대의 특징을 정리해보는 것이 의미가 있다. 본 논문에서는 방위산업기술보호법 제정 이후를 방산보안 2.0 시대로 규정하고, 시대 별 주요 특징을 비교하며 향후 발전방향을 고찰하였다.
