This paper analyzed the effect of job search channels on the occupational adaptation of college graduates, with the Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS) data. The analysis results are as follows: First, when using human networks for getting jobs, not only the educational level and major adequacy, but also the workplace satisfaction and the job satisfaction were higher than when using non-human networks. Second, as in the mediating effect of the relationship between job search channels and occupational adaptation by Sobel-test, it was found that there was a partial mediating effect of educational level and major adequacy, excluding skill level adequacy. The results of this study shows that human networks, by serving as an effective information transmitter on person-job fit between job search and recruitment, contribute significantly to improve occupational adaptation of college graduates. These results imply that strategic utilization of human networks in job search activities is important, and that it is necessary that career-related programs in the universities or the employment service institutions systematically include the importance and methods of using human networks.

Entrepreneurial self-efficacy and self-efficacy on the positive effects of new firm creation are well developed in past research. However, marketing self-efficacy has not received enough attention on the prediction of entrepreneurial intention despite marketing and entrepreneurship are crucial when creating a new firm. Moreover, resilience has a central role in entrepreneurship research while present study aims to explore the impact of psychological factors on new venture creation but scholars have not begun to uncover specific mechanism through which marketing self-efficacy, resilience and entrepreneurial intention. The purpose of this study then was to examine resilience as mediator in the marketing self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention relationship. Questionnaires were employed to collect data from major universities of future entrepreneurs in Korea. A total of 315 completed questionnaires were returned. Results showed that marketing self-efficacy and resilience had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Further, resilience had a significant mediating effect on the marketing self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention relationship. These results suggest theoretical and practical implications as an important factor to stimulate entrepreneurial intention.

Information and communications technology facilitates collaboration among individuals by functioning as an open platform for open collaboration projects. In this regard, this study aims to understand the network characteristics of participants who contribute greatly to open collaboration by investigating the mutual cooperation network in an open source project, which represents a form of open collaboration based on social network theory. To achieve this objective, this study analyzes the network centrality of developers with a high number of commits, particularly 8,101 developers in 782 repositories in GitHub, a representative open source platform. This study also determines how the relationship between network centrality and number of commits depends on the size of a repository network and the presence of a hub. Consequently, the number of commits by developers with high degree, betweenness, and closeness centrality is increasing. Among which, betweenness centrality has the highest explanatory power. Furthermore, when a hub is present and as network size increases, the relationship between the betweenness centrality of a developer and his/her number of commits continues to grow. This study is expected to provide suggestions for the successful performance of open collaboration projects in the future.

The purpose of this study is to analyze empirically relationships between learners' psychological factors, knowledge sourcing behavior and knowledge utilization outcomes and to analyze the mediation effect of social learning and relationships among learners. Another purpose is to understand learners' attitude on social learning and knowledge sourcing behavior. The main results of this study are as follows: First, regression results on relationships among learners' psychological factors, knowledge sourcing behavior, knowledge utilization outcomes show that learners' self-efficacy has a positive effect on social learning activity participation, and goal orientation has a positive influence on group knowledge sourcing and social learning activity participation. Users' experiences of social media has a positive effect on group knowledge sourcing, social learning activity participation and social learning interaction. From a knowledge utilization perspective, published knowledge sourcing positively affects knowledge reuse, knowledge application and knowledge innovation. Dyadic knowledge sourcing has positive influence on knowledge reuse. Group knowledge sourcing affects positively knowledge application and knowledge innovation. Second, social learning activity participation factor has full mediation effect on relationship between learners' goal orientation and group knowledge sourcing, and the relationship between users' experiences of social media and group knowledge sourcing. A relationship among members factor has full mediation effect on the relationship between published knowledge sourcing and knowledge reuse, and relationship between published knowledge sourcing and knowledge innovation. Third, the results of in-depth interview show that learners trust and easily collect knowledge from social network services in general. Also, they get a variety of idea for solving information problem from interaction among members in social learning community.

웹이 대중화 되면서 웹 사이트 개발의 초점이 개발자가 아닌 이를 사용하고 평가하게 될 사용자에게 맞춰지게 되고, 그에 따라 사용자가 쉽게 배우고 빨리 인식 할 수 있도록 개발하는 유저빌리티의 원리가 웹의 사용성을 향상시키는 데 있어서 중요한 역할을 하게 되었다. 본 연구는 웹 유저빌리티 요인인 컨텐츠, 디자인, 네비게이션, 상호작용성이 TAM의 지각된 유용성과 지각된 이용용이성을 매개로 고객 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향력을 검증함으로써 TAM을 확장하였다. 이 모형은 인터넷 서점을 방문한 경험이 있는 180명의 설문으로 LISREL분석이 사용되었다. 결과는 디자인을 제외한 컨텐츠, 네비게이션, 상호작용은 웹유저빌리티의 중요한 변수로써 지각된 이용용이성과 기각된 유용성을 매개로 재방문 의도에 영향을 맞는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

산업이 발전함에 따라 타인의 아이디어에 대한 가치가 점점 높게 인정되고 있다. 아이디어는 지식재산권으로 보호가 될 수 있으며, 특히 발명에 대한 아이디어는 특허로 보호된다. 특허법상 요건에 맞는 발명은 특허권으로 보호될 수 있고, 특허권으로 보호되는 발명은 특허권자만이 실시할 수 있는 독점적인 지위가 인정된다. 기업들은 새롭게 개발한 기술을 특허권으로 보호하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있는데, 이러한 특허가 기업의 매출에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하기 위해 다양한 연구들이 계속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소기업이 개발한 새로운 기술에 대한 특허취득활동이 기업의 매출과 같은 경영성과와 기업이 속한 기술분야에서 시장점유율에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지를 조사하고, 시장점유율 상승이 기업의 매출증진에 매개효과를 일으킬 것인지, 기업이 속한 산업분류가 특허취득활동의 경영성과 등에 미치는 영향에 조절효과를 일으킬 것인지에 대해 분석 하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 특허취득활동이 시장점유율과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 아울러 특허취득활동이 시장점유율과 경영성과에 미치는 영향력이 산업분류에 의해 조절되는지 여부과 시장점유율이 경영성과에 미치는 매개효과를 조사하였다.

하나의 폰트를 제작하기 위해서, 로마자 폰트는 200여자만 디자인하면 되지만, 한글 폰트는 11,172자나 되는 많은 글자를 하나하나 디자인해야 하는 어려움이 있다. 하나의 한글 폰트 제작에 많은 시간과 노력이 드는 기존 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 메타폰트와 같은 프로그래머블 폰트를 이용하는 방법이 제안되었으나, 이를 실제 사용하는 것은 용이하지 않다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 한글 가변폰트 서비스를 위한 한글 매개변수 조절 서비스 "STEMFONT'를 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 STEMFONT 서비스에 대한 소개와 더불어 서비스 기능에 맞는 인터페이스 구성에 대해 설명한다. 이러한 인터페이스를 통해 사용자들이 쉽게 폰트를 제작할 수 있다.

현재 대부분의 관리 시스템들은 관리의 특정 목적을 위해 특정 벤더나 프로토콜, 플랫폼에 의존적이므로 관리자는 비일치적인 하부 구조에 대한 충분한 이해와 네트워크 운영의 상세함을 파악해야 한다. 이는 분산 관리되는 네트워크 정보의 복잡성과 불확실성에 의해 관리자는 정보 관리의 신뢰성을 보장할 수 없으며 큰 유지보수 비용을 가진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 CORBA를 이종 네트워크 자원의 추상적인 결합 매개체로, 웹 브라우저를 불일치 요소들의 통합된 엑세스 인터페이스로, Java를 서비스 관리 솔루션 개발 도구로 이용함으로써 이들 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 그러므로 Java-CORBA 연동 기술을 통해 이종의 네트워크 시스템 환경들이 통합된 인터네트워킹 상태에서 웹 상의 단일 인터페이스를 통해 네트워크 상태를 확인, 모니터링 할 수 있는 네트워크 관리 클라이언트 시스템을 개발하고자 한다,

본 논문은 무선 인터넷 상에서 서비스 제공자로부터 제공되는 정보나 서비스의 지불 메커니즘에 관한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 사용자로 하여금 무선 인터넷이 가능한 단말기를 사용하여 획득한 정보나 서비스를 은행과 같은 중간 매개 기관을 거치지 않고 직접 서비스 제공자에게 지불하는 효율적인 메커니즘을 제안한다. 이는 무선 인터넷 상에서의 프로토콜 참여자 사이에 신속하고 안전한 전자상거래의 실현을 가능하게 한다. 본 논문에서는 무선 단말기가 브로커로부터 지불 권한을 부여받아 직접 전자 화폐를 생성하는 PayWord[5] 기법을 도입한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 지불 프로토콜은 무선 인터넷 단말기를 소지한 사용자가 구입에 필요한 전자화폐를 인출하는 단계, 사용자가 실제 서비스 받은 항목에 대해 전자화폐를 무선 네트워크 상으로 전송하는 지불 단계, 서비스 제공업자가 자신이 받은 전자 화폐를 하기 상환하기 위한 브로커와의 결제 단계로 구성되어 있다.

This study represents construction progress management model based on quality inspection process in addition to cost-schedule integration. Quality inspection process cycle, resource estimate as progress measurement parameter, hierarchical structure of schedule, and inspection lots linking quality inspection to resource estimate are addressed as four main information areas. The authors established several process models to give a structure and correlations among information elements on each of these areas. Applying the process models proposed, an information system was implemented and utilized for nuclear power plant construction. It reveals that the system achieves accurate and objective progress information in near real time with significantly reduced time and effort as well as administrative efficiencies from making quality inspection process online.
