Recently the convergence of Bio technology(BT) and Information technology(IT) based on Nano technology has just emerged into several types of convergence technologies, therefore, this research paper examined and suggested the needs of why BT, IT and NT should be converged into new types technologies through analyzing the existing papers and documents. Among the several types of convergence technologies, this study focused on the types of BIT and BNT only through Delphi research method, and finally laid out the most important 7 specific kinds of technologies of BIT and 10 of BNT, which will give insights of cross-understanding and cross-imagination to institute side, business side, and academic side when they do research and business development of future convergence technologies together as cooperation between.

다중 시스템 정보 융합 기술은 단일 시스템으로부터 수신되는 정보들보다 좀 더 정확하고 명확한 정보를 얻기 위하여, 다양한 시스템의 정보들을 연관된 정보들과 함께 비교, 평가, 종합하여 필요한 정보를 얻는 기술을 말한다. 이러한 정보 융합에 있어 동종 시스템, 동일 주기 정보들을 수신할 수 있지만 이종 시스템, 이종 주기 정보를 수신하여 정보를 융합할 경우도 있으며 단일 시스템의 장애로 인하여 정보를 제공할 수 없는 상황이 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 이종 시스템의 장애 발생 시에 다중센서 융합 시스템에서 정보들을 융합하고 이 정보를 제공함에 있어서 정보 제공 주기나 상황 변화를 효과적으로 처리하기 위한 기술을 본 논문에서 제시하고자 하며 가장 간단한 융합 방식인 Convex combination 융합을 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 통하여 결과를 비교 하였다.

Convergence is an important concept for driving our society to be ubiquitous. The objectives of this paper are to conceptualize information convergence, and to analyze its mechanisms from the view of ubiquitous library circumstances. Further, this paper suggests mobile Web 2.0 as a library supporting technology for information convergence and some kinds of mobile based library user services using mobile Web 2.0 applications.

미래전은 센서체계에서 지휘통제체계간 실시간 전장정보를 수집, 분석 및 공유할 수 있는 네트워크 중심전으로 변화하고 있다. 지휘통제체계의 정보융합기술은 센서가 보내온 정보를 다른 기종의 센서 정보 또는 현재까지 종합된 정보와 융합하여 최신의 정확한 정보로 생산하는 기술이다. 본 논문은 지휘통제체계 정보융합기술의 동향분석에 관한 것으로 국내외 기술현황, 기술수준분석, 기술발전목표, 핵심기술 및 확보방안 등을 제시하였다.

나노기술, 정보통신기술, 바이오 기술 등을 중심으로 기술융합이 급속히 진행되는 가운데, 이러한 변화에 대응할 수 있는 인력 양성의 필요가 제기되고 있다. 이에 대하여, 본고에서는 지식형성측면을 중심으로, 이러한 융합기술의 확산에 대응한 융합인력양성의 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 융합기술에 대응한 인력양성 및 활용을 위해서는, 융합기술의 진행에서 지식의 속성이 어떠한 변화를 가지는지, 또한 특정한 속성의 변화가 존재한다면 새로운 속성을 포함한 지식의 생성과 습득은 어떠한 과정을 통해 달성될 수 있는지가 규명되어야 할 것이다. 본고는 IT기반 의공학부문과 양자암호체계에서의 융합연구 사례를 통해, 기술 성격과 지식 습득 전략을 검토하고, 이들 융합기술 수행과정상의 특징으로 부터 인력양성에 대한 함의를 얻고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 융합 기술의 발전으로 사물 인터넷을 매개체로 하여 기존의 통신망에서의 응용 기술들이 통합되어 발전되고 있다. 융합 기술로의 발전으로 인하여 기존의 통신망에서의 데이터 보호를 위한 기존의 정보보호 기술로는 사물 인터넷망의 데이터를 보호할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사물 인터넷망에서의 정보보호 기술의 동향 및 요구사항을 분석하여 융합 분야에서 필수적인 사항을 제안한다.

To improve research productivity, it is important to acquire up-to-date information quickly. To this end, researchers seek information resources through various channels and methods and utilize them in their research and development processes. The Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) has developed a platform for integrated scientific and scientific information service called ScienceOn to provide specialized information, infrastructure resources, industry and technology analysis resources in one place to support the research and information ecosystem. Through this process, accessibility and usability are enhanced through the connection and convergence of various information and services. In this study, we look at recent R&D trends in scientific technology academic information integration services and recommended packaging services that can be utilized in batches according to the purpose of use. We look forward to improving national R&D productivity by strengthening the linkage and convergence of scientific and technological information.

융합기술이 향후 미래를 이끌 핵심 기술로 떠오르고 있다. 특히 IT.BT 융합기술은 향후 새로운 기술혁명을 주도할 수 있는, 사회 전반에 파급효과가 큰, 세계경제의 신성장동력으로 주목받고 있다. IT.BT융합 기술은 바이오인포매틱스, 바이오전자, 생체정보인터페이스, 생체정보보호, 바이오컴퓨터 등으로 구분할 수 있고 그 영역이 매우 광범위하다. 여기에서는 바이오전자 가운데 융합 부품으로 구분할 수 있는 바이오칩과 바이오센서 분야의 사업동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

This paper introduces not only what the ST-IT convergent technology is, but also the present technological status of ST and IT in order that the ST-IT convergent technology may not be a simple topic of conversation but a key word of our country's new growth engine. This paper also describes a development direction for the technology convergence as some dynamic changes can be anticipated to create the new value and market because the wall between technologies and industries may be broken down due to the development of STIT convergent technology in the future.

학문 간의 전통적 경계가 허물어지고, 기술 융합이 경제체제와 사회구조를 급격히 변화시키는 4차 산업혁명시대가 다가오고 있다. 스마트제조(smart manufacturing)는 인간, 기술, 정보의 융합을 통해 제조업의 전략적 혁신을 도모하고자 하는 패러다임으로서 ICT와 제조기술을 융합하고자 하는 기술이다. 또한 스마트공장(smart factory)은 이러한 기술 융합을 통하여 공장의 설비, 장비와 공정이 지능화되어 네트워크로 연결되고, 생산데이터와 정보가 실시간으로 공유 활용되어 최적화된 생산운영이 가능한 공장으로, 공장 간의 협업적인 운영이 지속되는 지능형 ICT융합 제조시스템을 말한다. 이 글에서는 제조업 ICT융합과 스마트화, 그리고 스마트공장의 개념, 구성과 관련 동향에 대해 소개하고자 한다.
