남북한 간 ICT산업 표준화를 통한 교류협력은 상호 공동의 경제적 이익을 추구할 수 있는 실질적인 분야이다. 특히 ICT산업표준은 경제협력의 촉매제가 될 수 있으며, 체제에 대한 부담이 덜하고 양측의 협력을 통해 적은 비용으로 큰 파급효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 남북 경제통일의 기초가 될 수 있다. 아울러 정부 및 민간 차원의 실질적 교류를 여는데 용이하면서도 필수적인 사업이기도 하다. 본 연구에서는 남북한 ICT산업 교류협력을 위한 양측의 기술 및 산업현황, 실현가능성 등을 분석하여 표준화 과제를 도출하였다. 남북한 ICT산업 교류협력을 위한 우선과제는 낙후되어 있는 북한의 기술수준을 선진화하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이에 남한의 첨단 정보화 인프라를 적극 제공하여 기술격차를 줄이는 것이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 남북 ICT산업의 국가기술규격 및 표준의 통합과 기술적 제도적인 중 장기적 협력체계를 통합방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to summarize the results of a survey for physicians with specialties other than radiology about imaging studies of patients referred from other institutions. The survey was promoted through individual contacts or social network service and physicians who voluntarily responded to the survey were the subjects of the study. The questionnaire consisted of 11 questions about basic information and referrals about medical imaging. A total of 160 physicians from 30 specialties participated in the survey and 95.6% of the respondents worked in tertiary care center or general hospital. Patients were frequently referred with outside medical images. The most frequently referred imaging modalities were computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. However, radiological reports from outside institutions were rarely referred. Most physicians thought that reinterpretation for outside imaging is necessary to acquire a secondary opinion. In conclusion, considering that outside radiological reports are frequently missing and there are high demands on reinterpretation for outside imaging, guidelines for referral of radiological reports with medical imaging, basic elements of radiological reports, and reinterpretation need to be developed.

본고는 아시아방재센터의 기능과 역할에 대해 말하고 있다. 더불어 방재와 같이 범국가적인 공조체계가 필요한 경우 각국가간의 정보를 공유하여 자연재해 및 국제적인 범죄 등으로부터 각국의 피해를 최소화하는 시스템이 필요하다. 비단 자연재해 등과 같이 국경 없이 일어나는 일들에 대한 공동대처 기능뿐만 아니라 다양한 영역에서 자국의 이해 증진과 방재를 위한 국제적인 공조가 필요하다. 그러기 위해서는 공공의 이익을 위해 정보 교류가 반드시 필요하리라고 본다. 이에 아시아방재센터를 통해 국가간의 공익적 정보교류의 필요성에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

가상공간에서의 정보교류가 늘어나면서 컴퓨터 통신언어도 자연어처리의 새로운 연구 분야로 등장하였다. 가장 일상화된 컴퓨터 통신어이며 인터넷상의 실시간 대화어인 채팅언어는 신속한 정보 전달 매체의 기능과 문자언어로서 정보교류와 대화 상황을 함께 내포해야 하는 문어와 구어의 양면성을 동시에 가는 언어이다. 이러한 특수성으로 컴퓨터 통신언어의 경우 발화자의 개성에 따라한 의미의 단어도 표기법이 다양하여 어휘수가 매우 많다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 통신에서 사용되는 다양한 어휘를 컴퓨터로 처리하기 위한 어휘의 유형을 체계화하는 방안을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to present directions and programs for exchange and cooperation between libraries of South and North Korea. Specifically, it is to present the direction of exchange and cooperation programs in the library area and to present library exchange and cooperation programs that can be promoted in the [tight period], [reconciliation and cooperation period], and [South and North confederation period] through research methods of literature review, Focus Group Interviews (FGI), and expert advice. In this study, exchange and cooperation programs were divided into three projects that should be prepared by South Korean libraries, by direct exchange and cooperation between South and North Korean libraries, and by conducting with third countries or international organizations. Along with the conducting program periods, 8 major programs and 33 unit tasks were also proposed. Conclusions and suggestions suggested the need for sector-by-sector, step-by-step exchange and cooperation, establishment of systems to promote effective exchange and cooperation, establishing the formation of consensus within libraries, finding field-oriented agendas, and developing education programs of North Korea libraries for librarians.

SOC projects entail inherently large-scale works, and need much capital and time. Because of these features, the design activities in SOC projects are performed through a complicated process involving many organizations. A great deal of information is generated and vanished during the process, and the communication among the related organizations plays a very important role in successful fulfillment of SOC projects. But, because the method of information communication has not yet systematically established, there are many difficulties in sharing information. This study aims at establishing the design interface management model which enables the participants to effectively share the information during the design phase. The contents of the study include (1) Restructuring performance organization, (2) A decision making method in collaborative design through partnering with experts, (3) A method to develop Open Design Information Integrated model using Standardization(ODIIS).

미국, 유럽 등 주요 선진국들은 WTO 체제 이후 단일화 된 정보통신 시장에서 기술적 장벽 없는 국가간 무역 교류 확대를 위해 상호인정 등을 추구하고, 이를 통해 국가간에 통용될 수 있는 효율적 시험인증제도를 구축, 운영하는데 모든 역량을 결집함으로써 국가 경쟁력 제고에 박차를 가하고 있다. 그러나, 우리나라는 정보통신 권고 표준 분야에 있어서 아직까지 범 국가적 차원의 시험인증제도가 그 모습을 드러내지 못하고 있어 공식적인 시험인증 활동이 이루어지지 못하고 있는 현실에 처해 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 정보통신 표준 분야에 있어서 국가간 무역 교류상의 기술적 장벽 제거를 통한 국가 경쟁력 제고는 물론 무역 교류 확대의 발판이 될 효율적 시험인증제도를 구축 및 운영함에 있어서 고려되어야할 몇 가지 사항들을 제시하고자 한다.

The automotive society is facing many challenges in minimizing the energy loss to improve performance and fuel economy of the vehicle. This work "Implement of Power Density for AC Generator Using a Fill Factor of Slot" is a research in Electrical Generator design, to improve power density of Alternator used in conventional IC engine powered vehicles. The power density of the alternator directly influences the fuel economy and performance in the motor vehicle. The size and weight of the alternator can be reduced by suitably designing power density of alternator. The simulation model of alternator is made and tested for different stator space factor using solid and round conductor to demonstrate the improvement in the output performance and efficiency. The result shows that there is an average 10% improvement in efficiency of alternator by using the solid conductor. The energy balance of the system also increased SOC in the base model.
