현재의 정보 과적재(information overload) 상황은 대량의 정보 가운데서 사용자의 관련 정보에 대한 요청을 도와 불필요한 정보로부터 막기 위한 도구가 매우 필요한 실정이다. 이러한 도구중 대표적으로 사용되는 웹 검색 엔진과 같은 정보 검색 시스템의 단점은 적합한 검색용어를 선택해야만 하는 점과, 결과에 대한 효율적인 요약이 제공되지 않는다는 점이다.따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 검색 엔진에서의 단점을 보완하여 사용자를 정보 과잉 상황에서의 불필요한 정보로부터 보호하기 위해, 사용자의 프로파일을 기반으로 하여 정보를 개인화된 요약과 함께 제공하는 정보 여과 에이전트(information filtering agent)인 '사용자 맞춤의 문서 요약을 제공하는 정보 여과 에이전트 시스템'을 제안한다.

Characteristics of attention deficit of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) were investigated by administering six computerized attention tests of Vienna Test System and four neuropsychological tests to children aged 6-12, with ADHD(n=21) and age-matched normal control children(n=22). The findings indicated that ADHD children show lower level of vigilance, more decline of performance in vigilance task on time, and impaired preparedness to response. They also have selective attention deficit on monitoring tasks, but did not have sustained attention deficit compared with normal control children. On the tasks wich overload their information processing capacity, ADHD children show more impulsive response pattern than normal control children. The performance of ADHD was worse than control on the neuropsychological tests sensitive to frontal lobe dysfunction. The presense 'These' attention deficits supports the theory that the defect of ADHD is due to the dysfunction of more than one brain region, including brain stem reticular formation and frontal lobe.

This study uses the youth panel survey (YP2007 2th ~ 9th) data of the Korea Employment Information Service to examine the phenomenon of subjective mismatch arising from the youth labor market and analyzed the determinants and wage effects of subjective mismatch. Overall, the analysis showed that the over-education and over-technology of both educational background and technical skill level in the Miss Match significantly decreased, while the lack of education and technology increased rather gradually. Next, the analysis of the determinants of downward employment(Excess of education and technology) showed that males were less likely to be downwardly employed(Excess of education and technology) than females, and in the status of workers, the probability of downward employment of regular and non-wage workers was lower than that of temporary/daily workers. Finally, as a result of estimating the wage effect of the mismatch based on the pooled OLS model and the Panel Fixed Effect model, the mismatch which has the greatest effect on the wage was found to be excessive education, and it has been estimated that youth employees who are over-educated have an average 6.7% lower wages than those who are not. After controlling for the unobserved individual characteristics, they were found to receive a lower wage of 3.2%, and it is estimated that 2.9% for the technical excess mismatch and 2.3% for the major mismatch receive lower wages than the reference group.

닷컴기업들의 몰락, 이동 통신 분야의 투자지연,경기 하락 등에서 촉발된 통신기기 산업의 침체는 3세대 서비스 상용화에 의한 신규 투자수요 발생과 통신기기 회사들의 강도 높은 구조 조정에 의한 공급 과잉 문제가 해소된 이우에야 회복이 가능할 것으로 보인다.

Some clauses of the prior review rules for broadcasting commercials, which are enforced by the Broadcasting Act violate the right to free speech guaranteed by the Constitution. The range of prohibited expression under the clauses are too vague and overbroad to distinguish between permissible and impermissible broadcasting commercials. The clauses also fail to pass the constitutional principle that restrict government from excessive regulation on constitutional rights. The principle has a four-pronged test on the government action; 1) the validity of its goal; 2) availability of appropriate means; 3) necessity of infringement; 4) and balancing test of interests. Some clauses of the prior review rules that forbid expressions on sensitive political and cultural issues fail to pass none of the four-pronged standards.

ADHD is a neuro-developmental disorder that begins in childhood, yet may continue into adulthood. Although 3 to 4 percent of adults are affected by ADHD, but only a small proportion of adults ever receive a formal diagnosis and treatment. The core symptoms of ADHD frequently lead to significant academic difficulties that often result in the students' teacher being the first to suspect the disorder. In order for school teachers to effectively deal with ADHD students in school classrooms, they need to have positive attitude toward ADHD students. This study presents a list of ADHD-related web sites which provide educational contents and support for school teachers, and provides the discussions about the current status and the roles of those web sites.

최근 WWW 환경에서 콘텐츠들이 대량으로 제공되는데 이용자들은 이러한 정보과잉으로 인해 정보를 제대로 소화하지 못하고 있는 형편이다. 따라서 본고에서는 가상 공간에서 개인별 맞춤 정보서비스를 제공하는 전문도서관 MyLibrary(MrCyberLibrary)의 모델을 제시하고자 한다. MrCyberLibrary는 각 연구원의 프로젝트들을 지원하는 My Project, 관심있는 전자저널을 선택하여 링크시키고 최신호가 나오면 New 표시가 나타나는 My Favorite Journal 등을 포함하여 각종 도서관 정보(대출 이력, 예약, 연체) 확인과 희망도서/원문복사 신청 조회를 할 수 있는 모듈들로 구성된다.

This study is a case study in which collection performance evaluation was attempted using key performance indicators presented by EBSM or collectionHQ, taking three public libraries located in Geumjeong-gu, Busan as examples. Focusing on the collection performance evaluation, which evaluates the performance of the collection, not only the evaluation of individual libraries, but also the differences in the evaluation results of libraries were reviewed. The key performance indicators used are grubby items, dead items, popular author provision, popular subject provision, overstocked subject areas and understocked subject areas. The main analysis results are as follows. First, in the evaluation of the grubby items, the ratio of grubby items out of all items in all three libraries was low. Second, in the case of all dead items, the ratio was high in all three libraries, It exceeded the base value suggested by collectionHQ. Third, the Top 10 popular authors were identified, and there were differences among libraries. Fourth, in the evaluation of provision of popular subject areas, all three libraries had almost no popular subject areas. Fifth, in the evaluation of overstocked subject areas, there was no overstock at Geumsaem Library, but many at Geumjeong Library and Seodong Library. Sixth, in the subject area evaluation of understocked inventory, only Geumsaem Library showed a lack of inventory.
