In this paper, we propose methods to acquire enemy object information, which is frequently required in multi-resolution model based war game and affects the simulation performance. In the information request method, a multi-resolution model selects information of a specific resolution and provides them to external objects. In the information announcement method, a multi-resolution model announces all information, and external objects select information of a specific resolution. In the information sharing method, external objects obtains information of a specific resolution by inquiring all information of a multi-resolution model which are stored in a shared space. Simulation results show that the information sharing method is more efficient than the information request method and the information announcement method because the information acquisition is fast. In addition, the proposed methods will increase the efficiency of war game operation by shortening the time for acquiring enemy forces' information.

인터넷의 발달로 신문시장이 축소하고 있는 가운데 신문용지는 2007년 이후 생산량과 소비량이 점점 줄어들고 있다. 인쇄용지는 최근 10년 동안 생산량에 큰 변화는 없었지만 지종별로 큰 차이를 보였다. 정보지는 생산량과 내수 출하량, 수입량이 모두 증가했지만, 비도공지, 미도공지, 도공지, 박엽지 등은 생산량이 매년 감소해 최근 10년간 최소 생산실적은 모두 2014년에 기록됐다. 국내 인쇄시장의 경기침체로 내수출하량이 줄어들고 있는 가운데 세계 시장을 적극 공략해 수출은 크게 증가한 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 휴면 지연에 의한 전송지연을 줄이는 효과적인 방법으로 staggered schedule 방식에 기반하여 동작하는 SPEED-MAC 프로토콜을 제안하고자 한다. SPEED-MAC은 이벤트 발생에 따른 정보를 발생사실과 세부정보로 나누어 각각 이벤트 공지 구간과 데이터 전송 구간에 싱크 노드로 전송함으로써 이벤트 발생 사실을 싱크 노드에게 최단시간에 전송할 수 있다. 또한 제어 패킷의 오버헤드를 줄이기 위해 이벤트 공지 구간에서 signal 패킷을 사용함으로써 데이터 패킷을 전송할 때 발생 가능한 충돌을 예측하였고 제어 패킷을 동적으로 사용하여 노드의 에너지 효율성을 추가로 개선할 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 SPEED-MAC을 MICA MOTE에서 구현하였으며 기존의 MAC 프로토콜에 비하여 메시지 전송 지연시간을 대폭 단축시킬 수 있었으며 또한 저 전력을 구현할 수 있는 것을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 회의공지 이메일을 대상으로 하는 개최장소 추출시스템에 대하여 소개한다. 개최장소 추출 시스템은 두 단계로 구성되는데, 첫 번째 단계는 본문에 포함된 개최장소의 추출이고, 두 번째 단계는 추출된 개최장소의 Geocoding이다. 개최장소의 추출을 위하여 문맥 패턴을 분석하여 개최장소가 포함된 문장 주변의 패턴을 반영하는 Local-Grammar Graph를 구축하며, 개최장소의 Geocoding을 위하여는 Addr2Geocode API를 사용한다. 본 논문은 일정공지메일의 개최장소를 추출하기 위한 LGG 방법론 기반의 어휘-통사적 언어 정보를 기술하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

This study analyzed 1,890 KRF journals to understand the current situation and problems related to copyright management by journal publishers. The results of the study are as follows: 32.6% of journals did not provide any copyright notice, 77.1% of 1,141 journals which gave copyright information with regulation documents did not specify the type of author's property right to be transferred and most of the journals which owned copyright transferred from the author did not specify the permission needed to use their article. This study suggested that journal publishers establish the object and method for distribution of journal articles and then develop and publish their copyright policy suited to their own objective.
