  • 국내 굴지의 금융 기관들이 해킹에 따른 전산 사고 등으로 홍역을 치르고 있다. 특히 고객 정보가 유출되거나 멸실된 경우는 상당액의 금전적 보상도 따를 것으로 보아 회사의 손해도 만만치 않을 것이다. 더 큰 문제는 고객들의 불신에 따른 기업 이미지 손상이다. 이것은 돈으로 환산할 수 없는 가치로 오랜 기간 악 영향을 끼칠 수밖에 없다. 우리 협회 회원사의 경우 개인 고객의 정보를 직접 취급하는 일이 거의 없어 걱정이 덜되지만 대부분의 기업 정보가 전산으로 처리되고 있는 만큼 그 보안 상태를 점검해 볼 필요가 있다.

  • Recently, according to the development of computer technology, a large amount of customer data have been stored in database. Using such data, decision makers extract the useful information to make a valuable plan with data mining. In this paper, we design a forecasting model that classifies the exiting customers in the telecommunication industries using the classification rule, one of the data mining technologies. In other words, this paper builds a model of customer loyalty detection and analyzes customer patterns in mobile communication service market with data mining using neural network and regression methods. This model improves the relationship of customers and enterprises. As a result, the enterprise creates the profits from many customers and the customer receives more benefits from the enterprise.

A Study on the Relationships between the Service Convenience of Restaurant Kiosk and Customer Value, Trust, and Satisfaction (외식업체 키오스크의 서비스 편의성과 고객 가치, 신뢰, 만족과의 관계 연구)

  • This study examined the relationships between the service convenience of restaurant kiosks and customer value, satisfaction, and trust. To this end, analyses were conducted with adults aged at least 18 years throughout the country who reported that they had used restaurant kiosks at least once over the last year. Information on restaurant kiosks was provided to minimize the possibility of errors in the survey. According to the results, first, the decision-making convenience and the convenience of restaurant kiosks were shown to have significant effects on the customer value. On the other hand, the place convenience and transaction convenience had no significant effect on customer value. Second, customer value was shown to have significant effects on trust and satisfaction. Third, trust was shown to have significant effects on satisfaction. If a restaurant considers kiosks in terms of customer service convenience, not labor cost reduction, they will maintain long-term relationships and enhance their differentiation by increasing satisfaction and trust. This study aims to present differentiated marketing strategies and practical implications of restaurants that have introduced kiosks.

  • Traditionally, the value of a product or service was provided to customers by the manufacturer. However, in modern society, participation of consumers in the production of goods and services is widely integrated into the general activities of corporations. Collaborative innovation refers to the company and customer working together in creating value with the customers participating in the designing, production, marketing, and sales of products. Accordingly, it would be ill-fitted to conduct collaborative innovation using previous business methods. Though collaborative innovation in the business sector is expected to increase, there are limits to its implementation at present. This study proposes framework in developing collaborative innovation-purpose business models and a conceptual platform for its execution.

  • 고객의 요구는 더욱더 개성화, 다양화되고 있고, 글로벌 시장은 다양한 가치관, 문화, 전통을 바탕으로 지역적인 개성을 추구한다. 전 세계에 그물처럼 엮어진 인터넷망은 시간과 거리의 제약을 완전히 없앴다. 기업은 국가와 대륙을 초월한 세계 무대에서 치열한 경쟁을 전개하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 고객의 요구를 파악하여 이에 부합되는 제품의 생산 및 판매가 기업 경영에 있어서 주요 이슈로 등장하고 있으며, 이러한 추세는 제품 개발 기술의 보편화로 고객에 대한 서비스의 차별화로 집중되고 있다. 이런 수요를 충족시키기 해서는 CRM(Customer Relationship Management) 개념이 도입되어야 하고, 제조공정을 개선하며 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서는 모든 기업이 고객의 가치를 최대화 할 수 있는 동기화 생산이 필수적이라고 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 CRM의 고객정보분류 방법 중 하나인 FART(F;Frequency, R;Recency, A;Amount, T;Type of merchandise/service)를 이용하여 주요고객을 분류하고, 이 정보를 Drum-Buffer-Rope 스케줄링 방법에 반영하여 기업의 생산능력과 우수고객 주문을 고려한 일정계획 방법을 제시한다. 이 결과로 우수고객에 대한 서비스 수준을 향상시키고 궁극적으로는 기업의 이윤을 최대화하는데 기여하고자 한다.

  • This study is a fusion study combining service marketing in the field of Naturopathy and business administration to examine the impact of the quality of Naturopathy services on the loyalty of customers using it, and see if the service value and customer satisfaction are mediated between the two variables. Through these efforts, the government wanted to contribute to the basic provision of research on Naturopathy services and the development of related industries. For the purpose of the study, a range commonly used as Naturopathy was presented to those in their 20s to 50s nationwide, and a survey was conducted on the relevant experience. Data analysis uses the AMOS 24.0 program to identify the causal relationship between the variables and the statistical program SPSS 24.0. The study found that the quality of the Naturopathy service had a positive effect on the loyalty of the customers who used the service, and that the value of the service and customer satisfaction were mediated between the service quality and loyalty, and had a positive effect.

  • 국내외 마케팅에 있어서 경쟁의 심화로 말미암아 새로운 고객의 획득에 따른 비용-효과보다 기존고객과의 관계유지를 위하여 고객의 평생가치를 높이도록 노력하는 것이 오히려 효과적인 경우가 많아졌다. 이러한 관계마케팅의 개념은 최근 마케팅을 포함한 기업경영 전반에 적용되는 고객관계관리(CRM)로 확장되고 있다. 또한 인터넷 기반의 e CRM이 고객행동의 분석도구를 거의 정확하고도 실시간으로 파악할 수 있게 함으로써 통합적 CRM의 아키텍쳐와 솔루션이 개발, 적용되고 있다. 통합 CRM에서의 고객은 B2B이든 B2C이든 간에 개별(개인) 고객을 가리키며, 개별 고객의 니즈와 요구를 적절하게 충족시킬 수 있도록 개인화 시스템을 구축하여 관리하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 통합 CRM의 기본 틀과 시스템을 비롯하여 개인화 설계를 어떻게 할 것인가에 관한 사례 및 실증분석에 앞서 그 배경 지식을 정리하고자 이론적 탐구를 하였다.

  • 정보통신 기술의 발달과 전자상거래의 도래로 기업가치의 중심이 점차 고객으로 이동함에 따라 고객 관련 정보의 체계적인 통합 관리를 위한 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)의 구축이 급속도로 진행되고 있다. 특히 고객과의 접점 채널을 중심으로 e-CRM(Electronic-Customer Relationship Management) m-CRM(Mobile-Customer Relationship Management)과 같은 다양한 방법론이 제기되고있지만 고객과의 접근 방식 자체를 세부적으로 분석하고 최소화할 수 있는 방법의 제안은 현실적으로 부족하다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 고객 접점 방법을 간소화시킬 수 있는 방법으로e-CARM(Electronic-Customer Approach Relationship Management)을 제안하였다. 또한 인중 메커니즘을 통한 e-CARM의 모델을 제시함으로써 제안된 방법론이 가질 수 있는 유용성을 보여 주었다.

An Exploratory Study for Analyzing the Needs of the Customers Who Use Academic Information Service (학술정보 서비스 이용고객의 니즈 분석을 위한 탐색적 연구)

  • This study performs an exploratory investigation of the needs of the customers who use academic information service from a research institute, K, that provides information services for domestic academic institutions of natural science and technology. K institute is planning customized services in order to improve customer satisfaction on the academic information service And therefore, the institute begins the research on customer needs analysis and customer segmentation. The research is regarded as well-timed, because CRM implementation in public organizations has been activated recently. Data mining and data warehousing techniques were used for pilot analyses. For the purpose of customer segmentation, a mixed segmentation model, which adds product life cycle concept to the 'balanced customer segmentation' model, which in turn considers the value of customers from the organizational viewpoint and the value of organizations from the customer's viewpoint, simultaneously, was applied. The result of investigation indicated that, in the case of K, 'balanced customer segmentation' and 'contents reach approach' which uses data warehouse/OLAP, rather than those customer segmentation techniques that are often used within the industry, are the more potent ways of approach. This exploratory case study is expected to provide a useful guideline for 'deriving an organizationally unique CRM model' that recently is one of the hot topics in the CRM area.

The Impact Structure on Co-Creation, Shared Value and Customer Satisfaction of Customer Acceptance for Servicescape: Focusing on Theme Park Service (서비스스케이프에 대한 고객수용이 공동창조 및 공유가치와 고객만족에 미치는 영향 구조: 테마파크서비스를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effect of customer acceptance of servicescape on customer satisfaction focusing in theme park service. In particular, the degree of usefulness and ease of use perceived for servicescape will ultimately have the impact on customer satisfaction through the process of service co-creation and shared values creation. In order to demonstrate this structural influence relationship, a survey of 247 undergraduate and graduate students taking service management course was conducted. The customer's acceptance of the servicescape affects the co-creation activities of the service. It creates value and contributes to the improvement of satisfaction. Looking at the results of this study in detail, it is necessary to take into consideration the usefulness of the theme park employees' clothes and symbols, etc. in servicescape, and the convenience of the facility itself is important. This servicescape reveals that customers should be comfortable with the use of real-time information on the site and that customer satisfaction can be improved by creating new shared value. This study has been limited to the theme park service which has a large-scale service field and the distribution status of many customers in real time, so it is limited to apply to the other services with detail reinterpreting.
