본 연구의 목적은 기존의 미디어 패러다임을 급격히 변화시키고 있는 IPTV 서비스를 대상으로 도입 3년 시점에서의 경제적 성과를 분석하는 한편, 향후 3년간 IPTV 서비스 도입에 따른 경제적 파급효과와 비교 분석하는 것이다. 비교대상이 되는 경제적 성과는 생산유발효과, 소득유발효과, 고용 유발효과를 포함한다. 우리는 이 분석을 통하여 IPTV 서비스가 과거 3년동안 어떤 산업에 어느 정도의 영향을 미쳤으며, 향후 어떤 산업에 큰 영향을 미칠지 전망할 수 있다.

전력계통의 경제급전은 전력거래시스템 및 에너지관리시스템(EMS)에서 사용되는 중요 기능 중의 하나이다. 경제급전의 계산은 대규모 행렬로 구성된 선형방정식에 기반하고 있다. 전력계통에 IT 기술을 이용한 여러 서비스가 개발 가능해짐에 따라 처리할 데이터량도 점차적으로 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 경제급전을 병렬처리를 이용해 수행 속도를 향상시키는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to measure economic value of full-text information services in order to determine whether it is worth for libraries to invest a large amount of money in constructing database to begin with. The study applied an contingent valuation method to measure its economic value. The imaginary scenarios are designed for estimation the value of Non-market-goods, estimation in advance and experts investigation are needed for rising the confidence level, double-bounded dichotomous choice is chosen in question method. The use value, which one user is willing to pay for domestic monograph full-text information services, was 836 won per one monograph. And, the annual non-use value was 236 won. The total annual economic value of all the students was 831 billion won.

Since the beginning of 1960s, Korea has been advanced into Africa but we are much too late to extend its business in African Market due to lack of understanding about there. From being the latest Africa is understanding as 'Rising Sun & Post Brics' for Korea. As an advance strategy in Afrcan Market suggest to get international co-operation from ECA, OAU, IFC together with IMF & IBRD etc.

공간정보는 국토공간의 물리.환경적, 사회.경제적, 법.제도적 특징 등을 모두 포함한 정보라고 하겠다. 즉 공간정보는 지형.지물, 소유권을 나타낼 뿐 아니라 공간에서 일어나는 각종 활동에 대한 통계적인 내용을 포함하는 정보이므로 통합정보라고 할 수 있다. 우리나라의 경우 종래에는 통합정보의 개념에서 공간정보가 구축된 것이 아니고 지형과 지물등을 나타내는 정보는 건설교통부와 국립지리원에서, 소유권을 나타내는 정보 즉 지적과 토지소유권과 관련된 정보는 내무부에서, 공간내에서 발생하는 사회, 경제적 활동을 나타내는 정보는 통계청과 지방자체단체 및 기타 기관에서 생성하였다.

본 연구는 기업이 정보보호 투자 시 필요로 하는 경제성 평가의 접근방법을 제시한다. 기업은 윤리경영을 기초로 사업과 서비스를 통한 수익창출을 목표로 한다. 그리고 기업은 안정적인 사업, 서비스의 정보환경을 확보, 유지하기 위해 지속적인 정보보호 활동을 통하여 Risk를 줄이는 작업을 해 오고 있다. 기업의 정보보호 활동과 패턴은 초기의 정보보호 기본기능을 도입, 구축하는 단계에서 탈피하여 점진적으로 종합적인 관리체계로 발전되고 있으며 이와 병행하여 산출되는 정보와 정규화 되는 Data를 기초로 정량적인 관리가 이루어 지 는 시점에 와 있다. 기업의 정보보호 투자에 대한 경제적인 효과를 체계적으로 평가하고 관리하는 활동은 아직도 초기단계에 머무르고 있다. 그러므로 기업이 정보보호 투자 시 발생되는 피해비용의 감소와 사업 및 서비스 등에서 예측되는 경제가치 창출에 대한 기대효과의 정량적인 관리를 통해 투자의 기준을 제시하여 기업에서 효과적인 정보보호 투자가 이루어지도록 함에 있다.

지난 '95년 5월 재정경제원에서 기본계획을 확정하고 건설교통부, 재정경제원, 내무부, 농림수산부, 통산산업부, 정보통신부, 환경부, 총무처, 과학기술처, 통계청, 산림청 등 11개 관계중앙행정기관이 참여하는 범정부적인 사업으로 추진중인 국가지리정보체계(NGIS) 구축사업이 이제 첫돌을 넘기고도 4개월이 지났다.

When an institution adopts digital archiving, an economic analysis is required. Though the existing economic analysis considers only tangible benefits, a model to reflect the intangible benefits of digital archiving is needed. This study suggests a comprehensive economic analysis model by applying the value chain concept of information economics. A simulation is conducted on the digital archiving by adopting the concepts of value accelerating and value linking to the economic analysis, and economic factors are derived through sensitivity analysis. The results support the perception that digital archiving contributes to the enhancement of the institution's efficiency.

So far, the importance of informatization, as well as investment into it, has been growing steadily. Due to the uncertainties and risks in adopting information technologies, systematic decision-making is definitely needed in investing in a large scale information system. Based on the existing theories about the economic life span of information systems and in consideration of the actual cost involved in the adoption and operation of the systems by the financial institutions in Korea, this study presents the optimal economic life span for all types of information systems in terms of the economic cost and generalizes the optimal life span. The ultimate purpose of this study is to develop a model that could be used in anticipating the timing of economic replacement of the information system of the same type and making decisions on IT investment.
