  • Elevator velocity pattern is basL'C! on combining the time-based velocity pattern according to which the car m trip from starting position to vicinity of target position, and distance-based velocity pattern for precise landing ( of car. To obtain the lide comfortability, the impact caused by velocity pattern switching should be minimizLD b by removing the discontinuity of velocity and acceleration. In this paper, new velocity pattern generation m method which ensure the continuity of velocity and acceleration during pattern switching is proposed. P ProPOSLD velocity pattern also shorten the landing time to the target position.

  • This paper presents a position control of ultra-precision machine tool post using piezoelectric material. A stack-type piezoelectric actuator Is employed in a hinge-type tool holder. An assumed linear transfer function of the practical nonlinear plant is established through the comparison of transfer functions and step responses in the experiments and the simulations. Several types of feedforward/feedback controllers are designed via computer simulations using the assumed linear transfer function. The position tracking control experiments are undertaken to show the control efficiency of each controller.

  • The position error in multi-axis machine tools are due to many elements, such as the static friction, servo lag, a nonlinear disturbance, the gain mismatch between multi-axis controllers. In the work, modeling for the plant was carried out through the velocity response by the step input signal. Digital PI controllers, LQ optimal controllers and feedforward controllers are designed for a high tracking performance based on the model. The results of experimentation showed that the controllers worked properly.

  • 현재 세계 기술은 고집적화, 소형화, 고속화, 정밀화 된 시스템을 추구하고 있으며 기계적인 요소와 전기적인 요소를 통합한 장비의 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 그 예로 일렉트로닉스, 옵토일렉드로닉스, 옵틱스, MEMS 등을 들 수 있다. 이러한 장비들은 초정밀 위치 결정을 위해 미크론 단위 또는 나노 단위의 분해능을 가진 구동기가 필요하다. 이러한 구동기에 많이 사용되는 대표적인 재료에는 자기변형 재료와 압전 재료가 있다. 압전 재료는 현재 구동기에서 가장 많이 사용되는 재료이지만 피로현상, 드리프트 및 출력 힘이 작은 문제점을 가지고 있다.(중략)

  • In recent years, precision positioning stage is demanded fur some industrial fields such as semi conductor lithography, ultra precision machining and fabricating of nano structure. In this research, precision multi-axis positioning stage, which consists of pzt actuator, flexure, and capacitance gauge, is designed and developed. The performance of it such as 3-axis positioning, characteristic of motion and resolution is verified.

  • 최근 온실에 온수 보일러를 설치하여 실내를 가온하는 시스템이 많이 도입되고 있다. 이들 장치들은 설정된 실내온도를 맞추기 위한 온도 제어장치가 부가되어 있지만, 대부분 ON-OFF제어 시스템을 구성하고 있기 때문에 온도 진폭의 현상이 발생하여 온도 제어 정밀성이 떨어지고 에너지소비도 많다. 이 문제점을 해결하기 위하여는 보일러 온수저장조와 온설 내 방열관 사이에 삼방변을 설치하고 설정온도, 실내온도 및 외기온을 비교하여 삼방변의 위치를 조절하여야 한다. (중략)

  • X-ray device used in the diagnosis has made possible to have more effective and accurate diagnosis, powered by the development of various devices. Based on this, X-ray device has become the most basic and essential diagnostic equipment in clinical medicine. At present, in the image acquisition field using X-ray, the use of Digital radiography which is useful in the acquisition time reduction and transfer of images and is possible to have the dose reduction has expanded. With the structure using one detector, this DR device has disadvantages in that it needs structural changes unlike existing X-ray and the detector should be moved to the desired position depending on the shooting location. Therefore, in this study, using BLDC(Brushless direct current) motor and PID(Proportional integral differential) control method, the automatic control system of 3-axis which is upward and downward, left and right and rotation of detector where having the most movement in DR was designed and produced and its performance was evaluated.

  • Excavator has been used in wide field since the attachment in the end effect can be changeable according to the purpose of working. However, efficiency of work using excavator mainly depends on an operator's ability. For the purpose of improving the efficiency of work and reducing the fatigue of operator, the automatic excavator system has been researched. In this paper, the tracking control system of each links of excavator is designed before developing the automatic excavator system. In order to apply the tracking control system, the pneumatic excavator system is developed and the tracking control system is applied. For designing the tracking control system, the adaptive sliding mode control algorithm is proposed. The performance of the proposed control system is evaluated through experiments using the pneumatic excavator system.

  • 수치제어(NC) 공작기계의 정도측정에 관하여, 지금 뜨거운 의논이 일본에서 일고 있다. ISO/TC39/SC2 (공작기계)를 중심으로 하여, 주로 위치결정 정도시험방법, machining center의 수취검사방법, 단운동시험방법에 관하여 의논이 진전되고 있다. 종래의 공작기계의 수취검사항목인 기하학적 정도시험이나 공작정도시험만이 아니 고, 수치제어공작기계 특유의 시험 방법에 관한 의논이다. 특히 단운동시험은 검사규격에는 없는 전혀 새로운 검 사항목으로서, 특히 전용의 측정기구를 필요로 할 것, 특정결과의 해석이 간단하지 않다는 것, 경우에 따라서는 제조회사의 설계. 제조능력을 폭로하는 일도 있어서 이미본의 기업은 이 검사규격의 제정에는 매우 민감하다. 필 자는 일본의 ISO대표 위원으로서 국제회의에 출석하여 의논에 참석함과 동시에 일본공업규격(JIS)의 공작기계에 관계한 각종위원회의 주요 menber로서 활동해 왔다. 그리고 한편, 표준화에 관한 연구도 해왔다. 따라서, 금회의 강연회에서는 수치제어공작기계의 단운동시험방법과 그 결과를 이용하여 정도진단강법에 관하여 소개한다.

  • In this paper we discuss the control scheme on cooperative control of two flexible manipulators working in 3D space. We propose a control scheme which consists of hybrid position/force control and vibration suppression control. Hybrid position/force control is extended from the scheme for two cooperating rigid manipulators to that for flexible ones. in addition to the control vibration suppression control based upon a lumped-mass-spring model of the flexible manipulators is applied. To illustrate the validity of the proposed control scheme we show experimental results. in the experiment a rigid object is handled by two cooperating flexible manipulators in 3D space.
