Coordinates Determination of tow Level Control Point by Aerial Triangulation (사진기준점측량을 이용한 저등급 기준점의 좌표결정)

  • Nowadays the considerable improvements, not only in photogrammetric equipment but also in adjustment methods have led to a high accuracy of Aerial Triangulation and reach the step to obtain A.T. technique that uses Global Position System without ground control survery. The enterance of analytical plotter have made considerable development both in accuracy and in efficiency and improved working environment of A.T. by the combination of On-Line Analytical Plotting System. In this paper, in A.T., with using of analytical polotter, aims to improve the acccuracy in coordinates determination of low level control point. The result shows that in case of A.T. with analytical plotter AVIOLYT BC2, the accuracy of control points improves to 7% in planimetry and to 40% in height compared to A.T. with precision plotter Autograph A-8.

  • As an attempt to apply GPS technique to aerial photogrammetry, an effort is exerted to replace the ground control points that were necessary in the traditional aerial photogrammetry with the aerial control by measuring the position of the camera exposure. In this study, various situations are simulated to test the conditions that affect the positioning of the points in aerial photogrammetry for the use of GPS data. From the result of the simulations, the necessary conditions and the applicable values to produce a 1:1, 000 topographical map were suggested. In the case of a photo block consists of 104 photos, we found a minimum of six ground control points make acceptable accuracy under the condition of below $10\mu{m}$ image positional error and with the ground observations.

  • A diagram has been annexed to the spot inspection record of the traffic accident were drawn up with measuring-tape heretofor. However, conventional reduction method have been usually contained the various problems according to the social development. To solve these problems, it was performed that photogrammetric method are measured 3-D coordinate of needed points and precised plotting of traffic accident spot investigation. Also, they have produced some good effects on speedy spot investigation and settlement of traffic stagnation. Because semi-metric camera and MR2 system are utilize for low cost, simple operation and almost unnecessary for control point surveying, these fittings being at the close-range photogrammetry will be extremely powerful over versatile fields like traffic accident in police.

  • This study proposed digital close-range photogrammetric technique to measure deformation of I-plate-girder bridge. To compare deformation-measurement using the proposed method, a loading tester is used in the same time. As results, deviations of measuring values between the two methods range from 1mm to 2mm, and we could find-out simultaneously deflection and torsion of I-plate girder by repeated load of train. Then this study verified a measuring feasibility of I-plate-girder deformation by the proposed method. This may be alternative method of precise-stability inspection and manpower inspection.

A Study on the Efficiency of Cadastral Survey in Forest Areas Based on UAV LiDAR (UAV LiDAR 기반의 임야지역 지적측량 효율성 제고 방안)

  • In this study, we examined the applicability of UAV LiDAR for cadastral surveying and proposed the results. For this purpose, an experimental area was selected and point cloud data was created by scanning the terrain using UAV LiDAR. Since there is no comparative verification target in the forest area, the coordinates of the verification points were obtained by directly surveying the ridge and valley lines prescribed by the current law. Based on these points, the point cloud density within a 7cm radius was analyzed. As a result, an average of 46 point clouds were generated within a circle with a radius of 7 centimeters, which can build a more precise topography of the forest area, proving that precise cadastral surveying is possible. In the case of UAV LiDAR, it is expected that the boundaries of forest areas can be extracted more accurately and efficiently without the influence of trees compared to the existing cadastral survey method. This is expected to have many advantages in various fields that want to use it in the future, such as the creation of stereoscopic maps of forest areas and terrain modeling for disaster safety in the forest areas.

  • 본 연구는 건설 구조물의 정밀한 미세 변위 모니터링 관리시스템 개발을 위한 공간적으로 참조 가능한 모든 형태의 측위정보를 효과적으로 수집, 저장, 갱신, 조정, 분석, 표현할 수 있도록 새로운 GNSS과 원격탐사측량 등의 신기술을 적용하여 건설 구조물의 주요부 위에 대한 mm급의 다양한 측위분석이 가능한 사용자 요구에 즉시 부응할 수 있는 검색 시스템을 개발하기 위한 신기술을 연구하였다. 이를 통하여 건설구조물의 설계 및 시공 도면과 정밀한 공간정보를 유기적으로 결합할 수 있도록 하여 반영구적인 주요 시설물의 정밀한 미세변위의 변형을 추적하여 방재관리에 효율적으로 신기술이 체계적으로 사용되도록 할 것이다. 특히, 최근에 많은 관심을 가지고 있는 USN/UAV의 환경센서기반의 무인의 간이사진측량시스템을 활용하여 건설구조물를 대상으로 하는 실제 측정을 통하여 지형공간정보와 시설물의 위치정보를 지도로 제작하고 이를 기반으로 하는 다양한 방재의 신기술을 비교분석하여 최적의 건설방재기술을 검토하였다.

  • The goal of this study is to propose a precision improvement scheme for long baseline determination based on the use of IGS ephemeris and different cutoff angles. It is also to present the adjustment results of ’96 Korea GPS fiducial network. In order to obtain more accurate coordinates in precise geodetic surveying, the revision of specification is necessary for the field operation and procedure of baseline processing.

  • In order to provide the new official coordinates set of Korean Geodetic Primary Framework, the data of Precise Primary Geodetic Network (PPGN) were reviewed and validated in the project and block adjustment stage. Moreover PPGN data set was constructed for various computer processings. The simultaneous least squares adjustment was carried out to assess the net strength, local weakness and accuracy of PPGN and to evaluate the horizontal displacements of the resin of Korean peninsula. Finally, the precise horizontal coordinates set of 1st and 2nd order triangulation points of Korea was computed and presented.

  • The objective of the present study is to establish the precision geodetic network in south Korea. The precision geodetic datum was determined based on the analysis and evaluation of the astronomic observation data observed by the National Geography Institute during the period of 1981∼1985. A proposal directions for the establishment of precision geodetic networks as well as review or analysis of current geodetic networks including the method of geodetic surveying in our country was completed.

  • Geodetic surveying using precise GPS equipment are used without analysis with a statistical verification of GPS observed value and it was preformed by necessity to integration projection of digital topographic map and nautical Chart for integration geographic information system construction. The purpose of this study proposes method that improve accuracy of GPS observed value and direction that integrally manage digital topographic map and electronic nautical chart in analyzing the boundary line error between digital topographic map and nautical Chart. For improvement of the precision of GPS observed value, the author studied precision-analysis of GPS observed value by geometric strength and variance factor in 3 control points used in GPS network adjustment. This study compare the whole boundary point error When producing EDM measurement using this GPS observation results and setting digital topographic map and nautical chart by these boundary.
