Accuracy Analysis of baseline determination using Broadcast ephemeris and Precise ephemeris in GPS surveying (방송력과 정밀력의 사용에 의한 GPS 측량의 정확도 분석)

  • The orbit ephemeris of Global Positioning System(GPS) is one element to determine the surveying accuracy and there are broadcasting ephemeris and precise ephemeris, IGS rapid orbit and IGS ultra rapid orbit in the orbit ephemeris of GPS. In this study, test area was selected in Uljin, Kyungsanbukdo and GPS surveying was accomplished at 37 points in the test area. Then baseline solution was done on 74 baseline using broadcasting ephemeris and precise ephemeris and analysis by TGO and the results were compared. Comparison results were showed that there were nearly no difference between the two results but in case of relative precision of the baseline, it was slightly better the baseline results of precise ephemeris which showed 0.706ppm than the baseline results of broadcasting ephemeris which showed 0.708ppm.

The Precision Analysis of Long Baseline Measurement by using Broadcast Ephemeris and Precise Ephemeris of GPS Satellites (GPS 위성의 방송력과 정밀력을 이용한 장기선측정 정밀도 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate the precision of GPS survey for the long baseline measurement. For this, we performed the simultaneous GPS observations at two points in Korea and nine points in Japan, and analyzed the precision of GPS survey by using broadcast ephemeris and precise ephemeris. As the results, in using precise emepheris and broadcast emepheris for the baseline less than 100km, each precisions are less than 0.1ppm. But the precision of precise emepheris is more improved than that of broadcast ephemeirs in the case of the baseline longer than 100km. That is, in comparing the results of VLBI and GPS survey, the precision is 0.13ppm for broadcast ephelneris and 0.04ppm for precise ephemeris. We expect that in the future this study will be used as the basic data for using broadcast ephemeris and precise ephemeris in GPS survey for the long baseline mearsurment.

A study on the Precision Improvement of Baseline Determination by Using the Precise Ephemeris of GPS Satellites (GPS위성의 정밀궤도력에 의한 기선결정의 정밀도 향상에 관한 연구)

  • According to the different baseline lengths, we quantitatively analyzed how much precision of the baseline de-termination is improved for GPS survey when using the precise ephemeris instead of the broadcast ephemeris of GPS satellites. For this research, we selected seven baselines ranging from 15 km to 201 km and performed GPS measurements more than six times for each baseline. The observed data for each baseline were processed two times with the same conditions alternately changing the broadcast and the precise ephemeris. The standard deviations from the repeated measurements for each baseline are compared between the results of using the broadcast ephemeris and the precise ephemeris. As the result, the precision, stability and reliability of the base-line determination using the precise ephemeris is better than those of using the broadcast ephemeris for all base-lines. When using precise ephemeris for the baselines longer than 65 km, the precision less than 0.1ppm is always obtained and the precision improvement rate by using the precise ephemeris is considerably greater than that for the shorter baselines. We expect that this result might be a quantative basis for the decision about what ephemeris is better for the baseline length and the demanded precision in GPS survey.

  • IGS provides so accute a final precise ephmerides which is offered in the 13rd, and it also offers a rapid precise ephmerides for more prompt application and an ultra-rapid precise ephmerides for real-time application. The purpose of this study is to analyze the accuracy of a rapid precise ephemerides and an ultra-rapid precise ephemerides based on a final precise ephmerides and determine the degree of the Lagrange Interpolation which needs to decide the location of a satellite. As the result of this study, the root mean square error of x,y,z coordinates of a rapid precise ephemerides was $\pm$0.0l6m or so, and the root mean square error of an observed ultra-rapid precise ephemerides was approximately $\pm$0.024m. The root mean square error of an ultra-rapid precise ephemerides predicted for 24 hours was $\pm$0.07m or so and the one of an ultra-rapid precise ephemerides predicted for 6 hours was $\pm$0.04m or so. Therefore, I could figure out that it had higher accuracy than a broadcast ephemerides. Also, in case that the location of a satellite was calculated with the method of the Lagrange Interpolation, it was confirmed that using the 9th order polynomial was efficient.

  • 본 연구에서는 광주를 고정으로 전라남도 4점과 전라북도 5점으로 삼각망을 구성하고 각 측점에서 관측한 데이터를 방송력과 정밀력을 이용하여 기선 해석을 실시하고 기선거리별 궤도력의 영향을 통계학적으로 비교 분석하여 전라남북도에 이르는 GPS관측망의 궤도력에 따른 각 기선별 오차분포를 정량화 할 수 있었고, 정밀력을 이용한 기선해석은 기준 공분산 값이 모두 1 미만으로 나타나 두 지역간의 지역적 변환계수와 지구중심절대좌표를 선정함에 있어 과대오차를 현저히 줄일 수 있었다.

  • 산업발달과 첨단 제품의 개발이 촉진되어지고 각종 기계부품의 정밀가공이 요구되어지고 있다. 따라서 정밀가공의 중요성 증대와 함께 연삭가공의 사용량이 늘어가고 있다. 이때 연사가공시 연삭기 공작기계 구조내의 진동등에 의하여 chatter가 발생되고, 이로인하여 가공물의 가공치수등에 나쁜 영향을 미친다. 본 논문에서는 연삭가공에 대해 밝혀진 이론적 해석과 연구 실험을 토대로 기본적인 연삭가공 조건변화에 따른 연삭력과, 연삭기 공작기계를 역학적으로 모델링하여 시간에 따른 동적인 연삭력의 변화를 예측해 보고자 한다. 또 공작 물이 가공되어지기 위해서 필요한 최소의 연삭력을 임계 연삭력이라 하는데, 이것은 연삭력 예측에 중요한 역활을 한다. 그러므로 임계 연삭력도 예측해 보기로 한다.

  • 새로운 공작기계나 절삭공구의 설계 및 개선을 위하여 절삭 공정 중 발생되는 절삭력 성분을 정확히 예측하는 것이 필요하다. 절삭 과정에서 절삭력 정보의 중요성은 그동안 공작기계 분야에서 익히 강조되어 왔다. 특히 주 절삭력 정보는 공구 파손을 예측하고 마모를 감지하여 그 밖의 다른 오동작을 검출해 내는 것에 있어서 매우 중요한 것으로 잘 알려져 있다. 최근 공작기계 강성 및 성능의 향상, 고속절삭용 공구의 발전, 금형 산업의 생산성과 정밀도 향상의 요구로 머시닝센터를 중심으로 고속가공에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. PRECISE ORBIT DETERMINATION OF GPS SATELLITES FOR REAL TIME APPLICATIONS (실시간 응용을 위한 GPS 정밀 궤도력 결정)

  • The accuracy of GPS applications is heavily dependent on the satellite ephemeris and earth orientation parameter. Specially applications like as the real time monitoring of troposphere and ionosphere require real time or predicted ephemeris arid earth orientation parameter with very high quality. IGS is producing IGS ultra rapid product called IGU for real time applications which includes the information of ephemeris and earth orientation. IGU is being made available twice everyday at 3:00 and 15:00 UTC arid covers 48 hours. The first 24 hours of it are based on actual GPS observations and the second 24 hours extrapolated. We will construct the processing strategy for yielding ultra rapid product and demonstrate the propriety through producing it using 48 hours data of 32 stations.

A Competitiveness Analysis on the Korean Precision Instrument Parts in the Chinese Market (한국 정밀기기부품의 중국시장 경쟁력 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze market competitiveness of Korean precision instrument parts in the chinese market. Korea-China trade has made rapid progress since establish diplomatic relations in 1992 and China become biggest trading partner of Korea in the present. For attaining the purpose of study, we collected related statistical data and used market comparative advantage index. From this analysis, following results were found. There are no items have competitiveness in the chinese market until the present time. However, item code 26041, 26034, 26022 are bound to be secure competitiveness in the chinese market in the near future and item code 26022 will emerge especially strategic item in the chinese market.
