  • 본 논문에서는 전자식 형광등의 직류구동과 AM 변조시 빛의 주파수 특성에 관하여 다루고 있다. 전자식 형광등을 구동하는 안정기 회로는 상용전원을 직류로 정류시켜 고주파로 변환하여 형광등을 구동시킨다. 형광동의 구동에 사용되는 안정기 회로의 내부 평활 컨덴서의 유.무와 각각 공급되는 전원을 상용전원인 경우, 상용전원을 정류한 경우, 상용전원을 정류하고 정현파를 AM 변조한 경우에 대해서 측정하였으며, 변조하여 입력되어진 정현파가 빛을 통해서 송신되는 것을 확인할 수가 있었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 3상 Z-소스 PWM 정류기의 DC-link단 과도응답 특성을 개선하기 위해 PI제어기를 사용한 대신에 제어 대상에 대한 정확한 수식이 없이도 제어기 설계가 가능한 퍼지 PI제어기를 이용하였다. 제안한 퍼지 PI-제어기 기반의 PWM 정류기는 교류측 전압과 전류 센서 없이 DC-link단 전압과 전류 센서만을 이용하여 교류측 전압과 전류를 추정하였으며, 이를 PSIM 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증 하였다.

  • A method for improving current THD of Valley-fill rectifier is proposed in this paper. The proposed topology combines a boosting inductor with Valley-fill rectifier which carry out AC/DC conversion and PFC simultaneously The boosting effect by PWM switching makes low THD current and improve of Valley-fill rectifier. The operation modes and THD of input current are analyzed as applied the boosting inductor, and the optimum value of boosting inductor is determined A 100[W] single-stage converter has been designed and tested. Experimental results are resented to verify the validity of the proposed method.

  • In this paper, a new 24longleftarrowpulse diode rectifier system based upon the conventional series-connected 12-pulse rectifier is p proposed with the least number of switching devices and low VA rating of the additional passive components. The p proposed approach does not employ any active switching devices. Therefore, the system is rugged and simple to i implement. Detailed analysis with VA rating calculation of the components is presented and experimental results from a a 220V, 3kV A rectifier system verify the proposed concept.

Linear Tapered Slot Rectifying Antenna for Portable UHF-Band RFID System (휴대용 UHF대역 RFID 시스템을 위한 선형 테이퍼드 슬롯 정류 안테나)

  • In this paper, we propose a linear tapered slot rectifying antenna for a portable UHF-band RFID system. Since the proposed rectifying antenna does not use a dielectric substrate, the planar antenna is implemented with a thin metal thickness. The rectifier circuit converts input RF power into output DC voltage using a voltage doubler circuit based on two anti-parallel schottky diodes. The rectifying antenna is integrated by the voltage doubler circuit into a linear tapered slot antenna. For conjugate impedance matching of the rectifying circuit and the linear tapered slot antenna, the source-pull method was utilized by adjusting the angle of the tapered slot and the length of the antenna feed line. The proposed antenna prototype has been verified with the electrical and radiation characteristics through RF-DC conversion and far-field radiation test in open space measurement environment. Finally, the proposed antenna is realized to 0.23-wavelength (75 mm) and 0.18-wavelength (60 mm) at 915 MHz center frequency.

A Method for Locating Bus Stops Considering Traffic Safety at Signalized Intersections (교통안전을 고려한 신호교차로 버스정류장 설치방법에 관한 연구)

  • Currently, the only established criteria is on the location of bus stops on principal roads where uninterrupted flow mainly occurs. There are no clear guidelines on any method to locating bus stops considering the characteristics of bus operation and pedestrians. If the location or exterior of a bus stop is inappropriate, road users including bus drivers and pedestrians will be caused serious dangerous and inconvenience. In this study, the research below was performed in order to propose rational criteria for the location of bus stops integrated with or separated from speed-change lanes at signalized intersections considering smooth traffic flow and the characteristics of bus operation and pedestrians as well as traffic safety : First, the appropriate length of each of the near-side and far-side bus stops was calculated by categorizing bus stops to be constructed into those integrated with speed-change lanes and those separated from speed-change lanes. Secondly, the appropriate length of each of the bus stops divided into near-side bus stops and far-side bus stops and integrated with or separated from speed-change lanes was selected by considering the characteristics of pedestrians. Thirdly, whether the construction locations of bus stops were appropriate or not was determined based on the appropriate length of bus stops integrated with or separated from speed-change lanes, which was calculated and selected by considering traffic flow and the characteristics of pedestrians and considering traffic safety. The method for locating bus stops considering traffic flow, the characteristics of pedestrians, and traffic safety will be able to help suggestion criteria of bus stop and the location of safe and pleasant bus stops.

  • DC motors have widely been used in the field of variable-speed driving system since it is easy to control flux and torque of the motors precisely but it is hard to check and maintain those periodically. In addition, there are difficulties in high power and high speed running due to rectifying limit of commutator, and are a lot of restrictions in installation. Therefore, speed control in BLDC(Brushless DC) motors have seriously been studied for a long while. In this paper, a mathematical model of BLDC motor driven by PWM inverter is developed. Dynamics and steady-state characteristics of BLDC motor are simulated and analyzed with a series of experiments for the parameter estimation : torque, speed, phase voltage and current.

  • 1차원 나노 소재 중 ZnO 나노선은 우수한 전기적, 광학적 특성으로 최근 센서, 디스플레이등 다양한 정보전자 소자에 활용 가능성이 높아지고 있다. 현재 보고된 ZnO 나노선 소자는 주로 단일선이나 랜덤 네트워크 형태로 제작되어 소자의 공정성, 재현성 및 균일성 확보가 매우 중요한 이슈가 된다. 본 연구에서는 화학기상증착법으로 성장한 ZnO 나노선을 슬라이딩 트랜스퍼 공정을 통하여 원하는 기판에 정렬된 형태로 전이하여 전계방출소자 (field effect transistor) 어레이를 제작하고 그 특성을 분석하였다. 또한, p-형으로 도핑된 Si 기판을 패터닝하여 정렬된 ZnO 나노선과 pn-정션 소자를 제작하여 정류특성과 electroluminescence 특성을 분석, 설명하였다.

  • 전기철도 급전계통은 차량 또한 이동 부하이고, 비정상적인 전기적 특성이 나타날 수 있으므로, 전기적으로 정확한 해석을 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 PSCAD/EMTDC 과도해석 프로그램을 이용하여 직류 전기 철도 시스템을 모델링 함으로써 전기철도 급전계통의 정확한 특성을 연구하는 것이다. 한전 계통으로부터 전력을 급전 받아 전기철도차량 부하에 공급되는 급전계통을 실제와 가깝게 모델링 함으로써 정상상태 해석과 사고 시 과도특성 분석 및 계통에의 영향 해석을 목적으로 한다. 프로그램 특성상 각각의 소자를 모델링 한 후 4단자망 이론에 근거, 각 소자를 결합하여 전체 계통을 구성한다. 각각의 소자는 전차선로, 정류기 및 제어기를 포함한 차량부 (전동기, 제어소자), 정류 변전소 등으로 구성된다. 이 논문에서는 급전계통의 정상상태 및 고장전류를 분석함으로서 제안된 모델을 검증한다.
