디젤 엔진용 일체형 스틸 단조피스톤 공정 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Process Development of Mono Steel Forged Piston for Diesel Engine)

  • The mono steel forged piston was improved a mechanical strength of an aluminum piston and reduced the weight of a articulated piston. The mono steel forged piston was composed of forged crown part and forged skirt part and was completed by friction welding process of two forged parts. Forging process analysis and friction welding analysis was done by finite element simulation using numerical package DEFORM. The preform shape and the initial billet dimension were decided by maximum stress of the die, amount of the flash and filling of die. The upset length of friction welding variable was decided by the shape of the flash that was created by friction welding analysis. Through this research, we developed a forging process of the mono steel forged piston, and decided the design variables of friction welding.

사판식 유압 피스톤 펌프의 응력해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Stress Analysis of Oil Hydraulic Piston Pump with a Swash Plate Type)

  • 유압 피스톤 펌프에서, 고속 상대운동을 하는 실린더 블록과 밸브 플레이트는 누설 및 마찰 손실의 최적화를 위해 극단적으로 제어되어야 하는 특성을 가지고 있으며, 내압 특성 설계는 고압 성능에 매우 중요하지만 이에 대한 응력 해석에 관한 연구가 활발하게 수행되지는 않았다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 CATIA V5를 사용한 정적 응력 해석을 통하여 사판식 유압 피스톤 펌프의 실린더 블록과 밸브 플레이트의 응력과 변위를 해석하고자 하였으며, 실린더 블록의 최대응력은 실린더 뒷부분 동 재질의 접합 소재에 발생하며, 축방향에 비해 반경방향 작용압력이 응력과 변위에 더 큰 영향을 주고, 응력은 약 66%, 변위는 약 30% 더 크게 나타났다. 밸브 플레이트의 경우 재질 및 형상에 대한 검토가 요구됨을 알 수 있었다.

경량 피스톤 로드를 위한 마찰용접 적용연구(SM45C/SM45C-Pipe 사용) (A Study on the Friction Welding for Light Piston-Rod(SM45C/SM45C-Pipe))

  • Various research to reduce weight of a car is achieving. This research is tendencious to manufacture solid piston rod of shock absorber as hollow piston rod using friction welding. This study deals with the friction welding of SM45C to SM45C-Pipe that is used in car shock absorber, The friction time was variable conditions under the conditions of spindle revolution of 2,000rpm, friction pressure of 55MPa, upset pressure of 75MPa, and upset time of 2.0seconds. Under these conditions, the microstructure of weld interface, tensile fracture surface and mechanical tests were studied of friction weld, and so the results were as follows. 1. In tensile strength, the hole processing is better than non-hole processing. 2. When the friction time was 1.5seconds under the conditions, the maximum tensile strength of the friction weld happened to be 869MPa, which is 103% of SM45C's tensile strength and 91% of SM45C's Pipe. 3. When the friction time was 2.0seconds under the conditions, the maximum bending strength of the friction weld happened to be 1599MPa, which is 80% of SM45C's bending strength and 118% of SM45C's Pipe.
