웹 서버 클러스터의 성능 개선을 위한 연구가 다양한 분야에서 이루어졌지만 로그 파일 분석과 같은 방식으로 접속 빈도를 통한 실시간 동적 자원 재분배에 관한 연구에만 대부분 초점을 맞추었다. 본 논문에서는 시구간별 접속 패턴 분석 결과를 기반으로 패턴을 예측하여 자원을 동적으로 재분배하는 메커니즘을 제안한다. 제안한 메커니즘은 불필요한 자원 낭비를 감소시켜 효율적인 자원 재분배를 통해 클러스터의 성능을 향상시킨다. 또한 시구간별 접속 패턴의 유사성을 증명한다.

본 논문에서는 접지계통에 사용되는 접속계수에 대한 열화특성 분석을 기술한다. 그 접지 시스템의 연결 방법은 IEC 표준에 명시되어 있습니다. 연결부의 열화 특성을 분석하기 위해 인자, 연결 인자를 소금물과 지하에 묻었을 때 열화 시험을 수행하였다. 테스트 연결 계수 C형 슬리브, 클램프 및 발열 용접이 있었습니다. 그 결과, 접속 인자의 대부분이 부식되었고, 전기적 요인이 발생하였다. 저항은 악화된 후에 감소했다. 분석 결과는 접지 시스템의 안전성을 확립하는 데 사용될 수 있다

We introduces a wireless multimedia CDMA system configuring multiple transmission links between a user and radio ports. We propose a centralized reservation access control scheme with transmission scheduling and dynamic allocation (CRMA/TSDA) to support the diverse multimedia traffic in the introduced CDMA system. We propose two types of transmission allocation algorithms: slot and link allocation algorithms with local information and global information. The transmission allocation algorithm proposed in this paper allocates a set of ports configuring multiple radio links and transmission slot/power to each of scheduled transmission requests. We perform simulations for the proposed system and algorithms. Through the simulation, we show that the performance of the algorithm with local information stands comparison with that of the quasi-optimum algorithm with global information. Also, the two algorithms in the system has shown to have better performance than the conventional CDMA system with a distributed random transmission method.

현재 전산망 조정 위원회에서 국가 기간 전산망 사업을 총괄하여 추진하고 있다. 이 사업의 한 분야로써 체신부에서는 전국 우체국을 대상으로 온라인 서비스망인 종합 정보 서비스 전산망을 구축하고자 추진하고 있다. 구축된 종합정보 서비스 전산망(CISCN(Community Information Service Computer Network))을 통해 우체국에서 제공해줄 수 있는 서비스들은 행정망과의 접속에 의한 민원처리 대행 서비스, 금융망과의 접속에 의한 다양한 체신 금융 서비스, 국내에서 구축된 부가가치 서비스 망과의 접속에 의한 정보 제공 서비스, 그리고 우체국 자체업무를 신속 정확하게 고객에게 제공하는 서비스등이다. 본고에서는 이에 대한 추진 방향 및 전략, 대상, 추진 계획들에 대하여 언급하였다.

It is important to set the new interconnection system under NGN. The traditional interconnection system is based on traffic, but this is not suitable for IP based service. Therefore, it is needed to ensure the universal access to network without trouble about the network topology. This paper prepares the evaluation criteria and evaluates the alternatives. Specifically, we deduce the alternatives and evaluates the alternatives of interconnection settlement system based on the condition of efficient interconnection, the retail price and access charging model, and the previous studies evaluating and examining the various alternatives. Finally, we evaluate each alternatives by the criteria.

DBMS access that used high speed internet web service through WAS is increasing. Need application of DB security technology for 3-Tier about DBMS by unspecified majority and access about roundabout way connection and competence control. If do roundabout way connection to DBMS through WAS, DBMS server stores WAS's information that is user who do not store roundabout way connection user's IP information, and connects to verge system. To DBMS in this investigation roundabout way connection through WAS do curie information that know chasing station security thanks recording and Forensic data study. Store session about user and query information that do login through web constructing MetaDB in communication route, and to DBMS server log storing done query information time stamp query because do comparison mapping actuality user discriminate. Apply making Rule after Pattern analysis receiving log by elevation method of security authoritativeness, and develop Module and keep in the data storing place through collection and compression of information. Kept information can minimize false positives of station chase through control of analysis and policy base administration module that utilize intelligence style DBMS security client.

최근 유/무선 통신망과 접속 기술의 발달로 사용자들은 다양한 네트워크로의 접근이 가능하게 되었다. 하지만 이러한 여러 종류의 접속 기술은 접속 기술간 서비스 이동에 따른 이동성 보장이 서로 독립적이기 때문에 핸드오버 시 부가적인 지연이 발생하는 문제가 있다. 또한 다른 접속 서비스로의 비디오 전송 시 QoS 보장이 어려운 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 IEEE 802.21 Media Independent Handover 정보 서비스를 이용하여 네트워크 접속망에서 스케일러블 비디오 코딩 전송 방법을 제안한다. 이는 MIH Function에서 각 단말기에 대한 데이터 전송률과 QoS 정보를 MIH 정보 서버로부터 얻어 비디오 스케일링 레이어를 결정한다. 이렇게 결정된 스케일링 레이어를 이용하여 스케일러블 비디오 코딩을 수행한 후, 각각의 단말기에게 비디오를 전송하게 된다. 이러한 새로운 스케일러블 비디오 전송 모델은 서로 다른 여러 종류의 해상도, 화질, 프레임 전송률을 갖는 영상을 다양한 네트워크의 다양한 디바이스로 적응적인 비디오 전송이 가능하다.

SSB, VHF 등의 장비에 의한 무선통신은 아직도 중요한 정보전달의 수단으로 사용되고 있으며, 무선국으로부터 원거리에 설치되는 장비에 대해서는 전용회선을 사용하여 원격제어로 송ㆍ수신을 행하고 있다. 그러나 무선국에서 다수의 사용자가 다수의 장비에 임으로 접속하고 운용을 해야하는 환경에서는 ICS(Intergrated Communication System:통합통신시스템)의 회선접속 제어기가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 ICS의 개발을 위하여 ASK(Amplitude Shift Keying) 변조방식에 의한 PTT(Press To Talk) 제어와 신호의 전송회로를 구성하여 실험하였고, 멀티-프로쎄싱에 의한 회선접속 제어기를 설계하여 통합 통신운용에 대한 알고리즘을 연구하였다. Keying에 의하여 m 신호를 단속하였고 지속되는 PTT 신호에 음성신호를 합성시켜 전송시키는 형태의 ASK 변조방식을 취하여 전송되도록 하였고, 회선접속 제어기는 master와 다수의 slave 프로쎄서를 멀티-프로쎄싱의 직렬데이터 전송방식으로 프로쎄서 상호간에 데이타가 전달되도록 구성하였다. 이에 따른 S/W 는 멀티-프로쎄싱의 인터럽트기법을 최대한 활용하여 원하는 회선에 정확히 접속되어 통신이 이루어지도록 설계하였다. 따라서 이 연구는 주파수 자원의 고갈과 통신량의 증가에 대한 대책의 일환으로 저비용의 시설로 재래식 장비의 운용 효율을 증대시키는 기술의 개발에 목적이 있다.

본 논문은 동아, 조선, 중앙, 한겨레 신문의 2000~2011년 신문 사설과 보도문에서서 나타나는 접속부사의 사용에 대한 분석이다. 구체적으로, 텍스트 구조를 드러내는 표지의 기능을 하는 접속부사에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 12년 동안 출현한 고빈도 접속부사 '그러나, 하지만, 그런데, 그리고, 따라서, 그래서, 그렇지만, 그러면, 그러므로, 하물며'를 대상으로 보도문에서의 빈도 변화와 신문 사설에서의 빈도 변화를 대응 분석과 군집 분석을 통해 객관적, 통계적, 통시적으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 나열의 구조에서 보도문은 '그리고'를 선호하고 신문 사설은 '하물며'를 선호하여 사용하며, 대조의 표지로서 보도문은 '하지만'을 신문 사설은 '그러나, 그렇지만'을 선호하여 사용하였다. 화제 전환을 나타낼 때 보도문은 '그러면'을 사용하는 반면 신문 사설은 '그런데'를 사용하고, 문제에 대한 결과를 제시할 때 '보도문'은 '그러므로, 그래서'를 신문 사설은 '따라서'를 더 많이 사용하는 경향이 나타났다.

This study explores reasonable alternatives to internet interconnection policy. Due to the development of information and communication technology, patterns of the Internet usage are changing rapidly, including increase of video streaming services. For this reason, there is a lively discussion of the Internet interconnection policy, which integrates various Internet service operators into one ecosystem. We conducted an Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) analysis with 16 experts in government/public, and academic sectors, and alternative selection criteria and their corresponding alternatives and detailed tasks were evaluated. According to the results, the most important alternative selection criteria was a "fair charge against foreign service operators", and the most desirable alternative was "partial revise". Moreover, the experts responded that "reassessment of the principle of the charge" is the most urgent task to improve the Internet interconnection policy.
