This study mostly concentrates on the ease of access to the hospital for the physically handicapped and investigated the condition of facilities for disabled of 59 hospitals in Seoul. For investigation, this research developed tool based on Korean disability law. An improvement plan which will deal with the safety and accessibility for the physically handicapped and for patients are as follows. 1) Safe passage should be designed continuously from entrance to the parking lot. 2) Obstacles on the safe passage should be removed and widen the pathways.

현재 다양한 분야에서 XML을 이용한 웹 서비스와 애플리케이션이 활용되고 있다. XML 관련 웹 서비스를 실제 환경에서 적용하기 위해서는 XML 데이터와 관련서비스들에 대한 보안 메커니즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 XML 문서의 보안성 확보를 위한 접근제어 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 모델에서는 실시간 동시 작업이 이루어지는 서비스 환경에 적합한 모델구현을 위해서 역할기반 접근제어의 개념을 이용하여, 중요 정보에 대한 암호화 과정을 통해 XML 문서 및 데이터에 대한 안전성을 보장한다.

Recently, mobility and accessibility occurs for the elder and the handicapped in the aging problem. In this paper, we analyze the dynamics of motor-scooter lifter, which helps to move the scooter in the automobile when we enjoy trip with the families including the elder and handicapped. We check the trajectories of lifter inside car to protect its corrosion and the stress at the joints of mechanical structure. Those can be helped to keep the safety and accuracy of the multiple dynamic systems for precision quality assurance in mass production.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 많은 장점에도 불구하고 아직 기업들이 서비스의 가용성 및 데이터 보안, 자사 데이터에 대한 통제권 확보, 종속성 등의 문제로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 이용을 꺼리고 있다. 이 같은 문제들은 기술개발, 표준화, 표준약관, 서비스수준협약(SLA) 등으로 어느 정도 해결이 가능하다 그러나 데이터가 여러 국가에 복제되어 분산 저장될 경우 데이터의 국외이전 금지 문제, 데이터의 보관 및 파기 의무, IT 컴플라이언스 수탁자의 불법행위에 대한 위탁자의 책임, 자신의 데이터센터에 저장된 불법정보에 대한 클라우드 서비스제공자의 책임범위, 클라우드 서비스제공자의 책임제한 등 현행법상의 법적 규제와 충돌되는 부분에 대해서는 법. 제도적 접근과 검토가 필요하다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 산업의 촉진 및 이용 활성화를 위해서는 구체적으로 다음과 같은 사항이 법 제도적으로 검토되어야 한다. (1) 클라우드 서비스나 솔루션을 시험할 수 있는 테스트베드 구축 등 시범사업 근거 마련, (2) 분야별 특화된 클라우드 서비스 모델 개발 및 사업화를 위한정부시책 추진 및 지원 근거 마련, (3) 민 관의 포괄적 협력 기반조성 및 정부의 기술 개발연구 지원체계 마련, (4) 사전 인증 및 사후 보증체계 구축을 통한 클라우드 서비스의 신뢰성 및 안정성 제고, (5) 클라우드 서비스의 상호운용성 확보를 위한 표준화, (6) 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 정보보안, 개인정보보호 등 각종 법률 이슈와 예상되는 다양한 이해관계 충돌 문제에 대응할 수 있도록 서비스제공자와 이용자 대상의 지침 근거 마련, (7) 클라우드 속에 있는 기업의 정보지산에 대한 접근권 보장, (8) 정보자산의 실제 위치와 선택권 보장, (9) 정보자산의 부적절한 접근 방지와 오남용 방지, (10) 클라우드 서비스 제공기업 또는 서비스 자체의 영속성 보장, (11) 서비스 장애 책임범위와 분담, (12) 소프트웨어 라이선스 등에 대한 규정이 고려되어야 한다.

In order to overcome the problems of current approaches to metadata interoperability based on element mapping, this research proposed Master Element Framework that is an alternative approach to metadata interoperability. It is an approach to integrate metadata elements that have the same value, instead of direct mapping between similar elements. Master Element Framework is constructed to semantically integrate metadata elements in a hierarchical order and to interconnect between heterogeneous metadata standards. This approach is expected to be an alternative approach to metadata interoperability.

The purpose of this study is to develop and use the e-learning contents accessibility guidelines to improve contents accessibility for the non-technical developers and designers. The accessibility guidelines used for web or digital contents are usually technical, field dependent, or specific that are not friendly for many developers or designers. In this study, the e-Learning Contents Accessibility Guidelines was developed based on the principles of Universal Design for Learning. The guidelines could be used to map the necessary skills for the developers and the instructional designers. In this study, 5 users with different disabilities tested 6 e-learning contents, and surveyed e-learning experts to identify core elements for accessibility guidelines. Due to the limited accessibility of the contents, we need to offer manuals and training for developers and designers, need collaborative efforts between different stake holders, include accessibility in quality assurance guidelines, and further research to improve accessibility for many existing Flash contents.

최근 모바일 장치의 증가와 무선 네트워크 환경의 발전은 모바일 애드혹 네트워크에 대한 관심을 증가시키고 있다. 최근까지의 연구는 모바일 애드혹 네트워크에서 데이터 접근성(Accessibility) 향상을 위해 복제의 활용이 효율적임을 증명하고 있다. 복제 기법이 모바일 애드혹 네트워크에서 실제로 활용되기 위해서는 원본과 복제본 사이에 일관성(Consistency)이 확보되어야만 한다. 기존의 연구에서는 일관성 확보를 위해 원본을 가진 노드에게 확인하는 기법을 활용하고 있다. 그러나, 시간제약을 가지는 응용의 경우 원본을 가진 노드에게 확인하는 기법은 효율적이지 못하며, 때로는 심각한 문제를 일으킬 수도 있다. 본 논문에서는 시간제약응용을 위한 캐쉬 무효화 기법을 제안하고 있다. 제안하는 기법을 통해 기존의 일관성 확인 기법에서 일어나는 '롤백(Rollback)' 문제를 해결할 수 있었으며, 접근시간(Access time) 측면에서 성능향상을 얻을 수 있었다. 실험 결과는 본 논문의 접근시간 측면에서의 효율적임을 증명하여 준다.

우리나라가 관할하는 공역의 넓이는 약 40만$\textrm{km}^2$로 주한미군이 1952년부터, 국방부가 1958년부터 관리해 오다가 1995년에 건설교통부가 공역관리 업무를 인수하였다. 우리나라의 공역(대구 FIR)에는 비행금지구역, 비행제한구역, 위험구역, 경제구역, 훈련구역, 군작전구역 등 무려 114개의 특수목적 공역이 설정되어 있어 민항공기의 운항이 자유롭지 못하다. 또한 내륙을 중심으로 14개의 접근관제규역이 설정되어 있고 각기 관할구역에 대하여 배타적인 권리를 행사함으로써 신공항건설에 따라 운항이 필요한 소요공역 확보에도 애로가 많은 실정이다. 항로는 국내항로 5개, 국제항로 11개 등 모두 16개의 항로를 운영하고 있으나 대부분 한 개의 항로를 양방향으로 운영하고 있어 교통량 처리가 어려운 실정이고 항공교통량 전체의 75%가 수도권으로 집중되는 현상이 나타나 안전도 확보에도 지장을 주고 있다. 우리나라는 군사적 특수성 때문에 군의 작전비행 활동이 상당히 많으나 관제 및 비행절차에 관한 규정을 군과 민이 각각 달리 운영하고 있는 문제점들이 있다. 금번 세미나에서는 군의 작전활동을 유지하면서 민 항공의 안전성, 경제성 등을 확보하기 위하여 1)국제민간항공기가 제정한 공역등급화(ATS Air Space Spacification)방안, 2)접근관제구역의 조정개선 방안 3)특수공역의 합리적 운영방안, 4)항로의 적선화, 복수의 일방통행 항로 확보 및 국제연결 항로의 다양한 방안, 5)군민간의 관제규정의 일원화 방안 등을 제안하고자 한다.
