럭셔리와 SPA 플래그십 스토어 체험 -점포 감정 및 충성도에 미치는 효과- (Flagship Store Experience of Luxury and SPA Brands -Effect on Store Emotion and Loyalty-)

  • This study estimated a structural model for examining causal relationships among flagship store experiences, store emotion and loyalty, and to compare the structural models between luxury and fast fashion SPA brands. A total of 416 responses were collected from consumers who had experience with a variety of luxury and SPA flagship stores. Findings confirmed that flagship store experience consisted of four factors, such as sensory, affective, intellectual and behavioral experiences. Sensory and behavioral experiences had positive effects on store emotion that influenced loyalty. Affective and cognitive experiences influenced loyalty. All aspects of experiences explained store emotion or loyalty for luxury flagship stores; however, two of experiences (i.e., sensory and affective) were important to determine store emotion or loyalty for SPA flagship stores. The study discussed managerial implications for fashion brands to develop and manage flagship stores.

아웃렛의 점포선택속성이 소비감정, 관계품질, 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Store Characteristics of Outlet on Consumption Emotion, Relationship Quality, and Loyalty)

  • This study is to examine the structural relationships among store choice attributes, consumption emotion, relationship quality, and loyalty of Outlet. The data were collected from customers who have purchased clothing at the fashion outlet stores, For data analysis and structural equation model were analyzed by using LISREL. The subjects were male/female consumer experienced in purchasing clothes at fashion outlet stores. The results of this study are as follows: First, product, advertising, and instore atmostphere had significantly positive effect on consumption emotion. Second, consumption emotion had significantly positive effect on relationship quality(consumer's satisfaction and trust) and loyalty. Third, relationship quality(consumer's satisfaction and trust) had significantly positive effect on loyalty.

MBTI 성격유형에 따른 의복관여와 의복정보원 (Clothing Involvement and Clothing Information Source on Personality Types)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 MBTI 성격유형별 의복관여와 정보원 사용의 차이를 밝히는 것으로써 선호지표별 차이를 밝힐 뿐 아니라 성격지표 간 역동성을 설명하고자 하였다. 성격유형은 표준화된 MBTI 검사로 측정되었고, 의복관여와 정보원을 측정하기 위하여 질문지를 사용하였다. 연구대상은 서울과 부산에서 2001년 1월과 2월 중에 실시되었던 MBTI 교육 프로그램에 참가했던 성인 여성을 대상으로 편의 표집되었다. 최종 분석에 투입된 자료는 총 275 부이고, 자료분석은 윈도우용 SPSS 10.0K 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 분석방법으로 빈도분석, 요인분석, t-test, one-way ANOVA, 던컨 검정이 사용되었다. 첫째, 의복관여는 '상징적 표현성', '즐거움과 흥미', '유행성'의 세 가지 차원으로 구성되었다. 선호지표 중 외향형(E)이 내향형(I)보다, 감정형(F)이 사고형(T)보다 유의하게 유행관여가 높았다. 기능유형(ST, SF, NF, NT)에서 직관적 사고형(NT)이 '즐거움과 흥미', '유행성' 관여에 유의하게 관심이 낮은 집단이었고, 감각적 감정형(SF)과 직관적 감정형(NF)은 유의하게 높은 집단이었다. 둘째, 소비자가 사용하는 의복 정보원은 '인쇄매체', '전파매체', '전문적', '점포탐색' 의 네 가지 요인으로 구성되었다. MBTI 선호지표 중 외향 -내향(EI) 지표만 '인쇄매체' 사용에서 유의한 차이를 보였고, 외향형이 내향형보다 인쇄매체의 사용이 유의하게 높았다. 인쇄매체를 제외한 정보원에서 성격 유형별 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았지만 전체 평균값 경향에서 감각형(S)이 직관형(N)보다, 감정형(F)이 사고형(T), 판단형(J)이 인식형(P)보다 전체 정보원 사용이 높은 경향을 보였다.

온라인 패션점포의 품절에 대한 소비자 반응: 심리적 반발심과 감정의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Consumer Responses to Stockouts in Online Fashion Stores: Indicating Effects of Psychological Reactance and Emotion)

  • This study intended to explore fundamental causes affecting consumers' response actions from psychological factors in the situation of sellout occurring during shopping in online fashion stores. In addition, this study devised a virtual online shop in order to measure consumers' cognitive and emotional psychological responses they experienced when goods were sold out. The subjects involved women in 20s~30s, major customers of online shopping, and the subjects were randomly allocated to one of eight questionnaire forms (2(stockout size: high vs low)${\times}2$(product assortment similarity: similar vs. dissimilar)${\times}2$(restocking cue: included vs excluded)). The number of final data used for the analysis was 336 and through SPSS 21.0 program, two-way ANOVA and bootstrap were utilized. The analysis result was that consumers' psychological responses (emotions, psychological reactance) of online shops differed by means of varying stockout situations. The stockout size had positive effect on psychological reactance and negative emotions. On the other hand, there was no difference in positive emotions (arousal) according to stockout size. In stockout situation of online fashion store, the moderating effect of product assortment similarity and restocking cues were verified. According to the analysis result, interaction effects between stockout size and restocking cues, product stockout size and product assortment for psychological reactance were significant. Lastly, the mediation effect of psychological reactance and emotion between stockout size and behavioral response was tested. As a result, the moderated mediation effects of psychological reactance for substitute were significant when product assortment was dissimilar and restocking cue was exclude.

소비자 몰입을 향상시키는 백화점 점포환경요인에 관한 연구 -백화점 간 비교를 중심으로- (A Study on Department Store Environmental Factors to Improve Consumer Commitment -Focusing on a Comparison of Department Stores-)

  • This study examines the effects of store environment on consumer commitment to department stores and the differences among department stores. A self-administered questionnaire was developed based on existing scales in the literature and the result of qualitative research. The survey was conducted on 500 female consumers in their 20s to 40s in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi areas in Korea. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis via SPSS Win 16.0. The results were as follows: First, three department stores revealed statistically significant differences in the diversity of facilities, store atmosphere, locational convenience and policy. Second, affective commitment to department stores was affected by salesperson service, policy, diversity of facilities, product assortment, store atmosphere and locational convenience. Calculative commitment in department stores was affected by policy, diversity of facilities, store atmosphere and locational convenience. There were also significant differences on store environmental factors that influence affective commitment and calculative commitment among department stores.
