Physicochemical Properties of Carrot Juice Containing Phellinus linteus Extract and Beet Extract Fermented by Leuconostoc mesenteroides SM (상황버섯 추출물과 비트 즙을 첨가한 당근주스 젖산발효 음료의 물리화학적 성질)

  • The physicochemical properties of carrot beverage fermented by Leuconstoc mesenteroides SM isolated from carrot juice were dependent upon the sucrose concentration and beet extract content. The addition of beet extract increased the consistency index and bioconversion of sucrose in the carrot juice fortified with Phellinus linteus extract, showing the highest consistency value at 2% beet extract. The polyphenol content and antioxidant effect of fermented carrot beverage were increased as the content of beet extract increased. Particularly, the consistency of fermented carrot beverage was greatly increased by the cold storage for 120 hr. After the cold storage for 2 weeks, fermented carrot beverage fortified beet extract showed the red-purple color with higher color value (a) and the viable cell counts of $10^9$ CFU/mL.

  • 비디오 스티칭은 카메라 간 변환 관계인 호모그래피를 이용하여 스티칭하는 것이 일반적이다. 본 논문은 호모그래피를 이용한 고정형 비디오 스티칭에서 조도 변화, 노이즈 등으로 일관되지 않는 특징점 추출과 유니폼한 입력 영상으로 적은 특징점이 추출되는 경우에 대하여 정확도 높은 호모그래피 추출이 가능한 특징점 누적 기반 고정형 비디오 스티칭 방법을 제안한다. 실험을 통해 단일 프레임 특징점을 이용한 결과 영상에 비해 특징점 누적을 이용하는 경우 영상 내 부정합 영역 등의 왜곡이 크게 감소하였음을 확인하였다.

Rheological Properties of Gelatinized Dilute Rice Starch Solutions (쌀전분 희석 호화액의 유동학적 특성)

  • Rheological properties of waxy and non-waxy rice starch solutions were evaluated with a narrow gap rotational and Cannon Fenske viscometers. The gelatinized rice starch solutions containing 0.2-1.0% starch displayed pseudoplastic flow behavior. At higher starch level, degree of pseudoplasticity of waxy rice starch solutions increased, while that of non-waxy rice did not changed apparently. The consistency coefficient (K) of non-waxy rice starch solutions increased with increasing gelatinization temperature, but waxy rice starch solutions remained constant, and in alkaline aqueous solutions both of them showed increasing K values. The value of K increased exponentially with an increase in concentration. The effect of the temperature on the viscosity of the solutions followed Arrhenius' type equation, and the activation energies were in the range of 3.675-3.775 kcal/g-mol that were near to that of pure water. The changes of reduced viscosity with concentration were followed Huggin's equation and the values of intrinsic viscosity and interaction coefficient were 0.78-1.59 dl/g and 0.67-2.75, respectively.

  • Rheological properties of gelatinized chestnut starch solution were investigated with a narrow gap rotational viscometer. The starch solutions at 1.2-1.8% concentration showed pseudoplastic behaviour with yield stress. At higher concentrations (1.65 and 1.8%), the starch solution showed more pseudoplastic tendency and time-dependent characteristics. Values of yield stress were small and independent of concentrations 1.2, 1.35 and 1.5%. Significant increase of yield stress was observed at 1.65% concentration. Consistency index was exponentially dependent on concentration and temperature. The activation energy for 1.65% starch solution was about 5 Kcal/g.mol.

  • 본 논문은 웹 카메라로부터 입력받은 영상을 이용하여 손 영역을 추출하여 마우스를 대체할 수 있는 핸드마우스를 구현한다. 먼저 웹 카메라를 이용하여 입력받은 영상에서 손 영역을 추출한다. 손영역을 추출하기 위해서 HSV 컬러 모델에서 조도 변화에 강인한 Hue값과 피부색 특징이 잘 나타나는 YcbCr 컬러 공간을 이용하여 손 후보 영역을 획득한다. 손 후보 영역에서 레이블링(labeling) 알고리즘을 적용하여 정확한 손 영역을 추출한다. 추출한 손 영역에서 무게 중심점을 구한 후, 무게 중심점으로부터 거리를 이용하여 손 영역을 분리한다. 분리된 손 영역에서 무게 중심점으로부터 거리 정보를 이용하여 손 영역의 최종 특징 점을 추출한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 추출한 손 모양의 손끝 정보를 이용하여 마우스 이벤트를 수행함으로써 사용자가 사용하기 편리한 핸드마우스를 구현하였다.

  • 최근 도로시설은 점차 중요성을 띠게되었다. 특히 증대하는 교통사고에 대처하기 위하여 교통안전시설의 정비가 급선무인데 도로조명은 교통안전시설중 가장 중요한 것의 하나여서 도로이용자로 하여금 안전하고 상쾌한 통행을 하게한다. 도로조명은 도로조명의 설치에 의해서 차도및 보도의 도면상황을 밝게하고 또한 교차점, 횡단보도, 도로표식등 그외의 장애물을 정확하게 식별이 되게끔되어야한다. 또한 도로조명의 기준은 주로 도면의 Brightness와 그의 균제도에 의해서 결정되어지지마는 이의 기준은 종래의 관습과 휘도측정의 복잡성으로 인하여 일응조도로 환산해서 표현하고 있으며 충분한 조도를 필요로하는 동시에 도로상호간에 있어서 일관성을 필요로 한다. 구미제국에 있어서는 1965년 C.I.E.의 권고안에 의해서 연구실시단계에 있으며 일본에서는 도로조명에 관한 Jis를 개정하였으나 아직 한국에서는 기준은 커녕, 도로조명자체가 비합리적으로 시설되어지고 있어 우선 대구시에서 주요한 도로에 개시설된 도로조명에 대한 분석과 C.I.E.의 기준에 의한 합리적인 도로조명설계및 고속도로조명에 대한 고찰을 기하고자한다.

  • In this paper, fluorescent lamp on/off control and luminous intensity used an power line communication and remotely will be able to control system design. Embodied the respectively illumination equipment and tools by the network using PLC. In order to remote control and on/off of illumination equipment, luminous intensity composed a server. Will convert a previous analog system with digital system and the possibility witch will reduce an error ratio was. Consequently will be able to simplify a circuit.

  • Functional properties of Cheonnyuncho fruit paste (CFP) were enhanced by fermentation, using Leuconostoc mesenteroides SM. The stability of CFP pigment was maintained and microorganisms in crude CFP were sterilized by heating at $80^{\circ}C$ for 30 min. The production of dextran in CFP was increased by increasing the fermentation time and sugar content, resulting in an increase of consistency. The CFP fermented with 20% sucrose contained 4.8% mucilage after fermentation for 2 days. In particular, the production of mucilage was greatly enhanced by fortification with 3% sodium citrate in CFP, resulting in mucilage production of 7%. In addition, the viscous modulus of fermented CFP showed a greater increase than that of the elastic modulus. Thus, it was concluded that CFP fermented by L. mesenteroides SM can be fortified with functional ingredients, such as mucilage and probiotics, with enhanced rheological properties. Therefore fermented CFP can be utilized as the functional ingredients for functional foods.

  • In this paper, we propose an adaptive thresholding for edge detection. first, we got histograms for background image and image with moving object, respectively. Then we make difference histogram between histograms of background and object image. A thresholding value is decided using gradient of peak to peak in the difference histogram. The experimentation is processed using a moving car in the road. The result is that edge is detected well regardless of the brightness.
