  • 정보화 시대로의 진입에 따라 소프트웨어 개발 품질 프로세스와 품질 관리 기법이 발전하고 있다. 이에 따라 ISO/IEC 9126에서는 소프트웨어 품질 모델을 연구하고 ISO/IEC 14598에서는 소프트웨어 제품의 품질 평가에 대해서 연구하고 있다. 그리고 국내 국방 분야에서는 CBD에 대한 표준화가 진행됨에 따라 CBD 소프트웨어에 대한 품질 평가 방법에 대한 요구가 발생하고 있다. 그러나 기존 산출물 검토 방법은 체계적인 절차와 기준이 없으며 더 나아가 정량적인 품질 평가는 불가능한 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 CBD 기반 소프트웨어 개발 산출물에 대한 정량적 품질 평가 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국방 CBD 방법론의 단계별 활동과 활동별 산출물을 살펴보고 품질 평가 대상을 선정하며 대상별 내ㆍ외부 척도를 통해 점검표를 만든다. 그리고 점검표를 통한 점검결과를 분석함으로써 CBD 기반 개발 산출물의 품질을 정량적으로 평가하고 지속적으로 품질을 관리할 수 있다.

  • 유비쿼터스 시대의 핵심 기반기술인 RFID와 관련하여 공공기관을 중심으로 시범 사업 및 본 사업이 활발하게 추진되고 있다. 또한 RFID 기반 정보시스템에 대한 감리 수요도 계속 증가하고 있으며, 특히 개인정보보호에 대한 관심이 확산되면서 보안감리의 비중도 높아지고 있다. 이와 관련하여 RFID 기반 정보시스템의 사업특성을 적절히 반영한 보안감리 점검항목이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현행 RFID 기반 정보시스템에 대한 감리를 보다 체계적이고 효율적으로 수행하는데 활용될 수 있는 RFID 사업특성기반의 보안감리 점검항목을 제안한다.

Development of an Improved Inspection System for Slopes adjacent to Educational Facilities (개선된 교육시설 인접 사면 점검체계 구축)

  • This study presents an improved inspection system for slopes adjacent to educational facilities. For this, field investigations for 5 schools and 3 universities were performed to analyze the engineering stability of infrastructures, which ensure the safety of students and educational officers. Educational laws and the relevant enforcement are reviewed to understand the problems of current laws and enforcement. The results reveal that the engineering measures and reinforcement are required for the slopes of 36%. Also, the improvement of social awareness and regular inspection is needed to maintain the educational infrastructures. The suggested inspection system includes the fundamental and detailed checklists and guidance for non-engineering specialists.

  • As the life cycle of buildings is expected to increase, new constructions will decrease and the proportion of remodeling and repair will increase. Therefore, there is an increasing need for overall performance management of old buildings. In 2020, the proportion of buildings over 30 years old is expected to reach a half. As a result, the demand for securing and improving the performance in the stage of using the building is increasing due to the change in the demand for the building, such as the decrease in the construction permit and the increase in the use of the existing building. From this perspective, the study sought to consider institutional measures to organize the preventive and conservative maintenance of buildings. For this purpose, the conceptual goals of inspection for building maintenance were set through a literature review, and the status and problems associated with building maintenance were analyzed to suggest ways to improve the inspection system for building maintenance.

  • Compared to the U.S. Government Accountability Office(GAO) and the U.K. National Audit Office(NAO), the Board of Audit and Inspection of Korea(BAI) has not laid a rather solid system for effective assessment and judgment on the reliability of computer-processed data used as audit evidence in its public auditing activities. Accordingly, based on the experiences of GAO and NAO, this study suggests criteria and methods as the key elements of the methodological framework for assessing the reliability of information system data. Then, the usefulness and effectiveness of the criteria and techniques for assessing data reliability were tested and proved by applying to the analysis of allotment for mandatory disabled employment data that have been computer-processed and managed by the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled(KEAD).

  • NIR(New Inspection Regime, hereinafter NIR) relating to the PSC(Port State Contorl, hereinafter PSC) has implemented in Asia-Pacific region under Tokyo-MOU from last January 2014. The most noticable difference between NIR and existing TF(Target Factor, hereinafter TF) is to evaluate company performance and to conduct PSC with flexible inspection interval on the basis of Ship Risk Profile; High Risk Ship, Standard Risk Ship and Low Risk Ship.

  • The purpose of this study was to propose applicability of spatial data and quality check criteria for estimating damage from storm and flood. Using the data from the National Disaster Management System and National Spatial Data Infrastructure, spatial database for estimation of storm and flood damage has been mapped to each type of damage. This was proposed as the quality check criteria for damage analysis. Through this study, it is possible to utilize the spatial database for estimating storm and flood damage. The reliability of analysis results are ensured through the quality check criteria.

  • At the completion of the construction, various finishing processes are concentrated. This imposes a burden on the on-site manager and imposes on experience based quality control, thereby causing deviations in the quality of construction depending on supervisor or worker's individual competence. In addition, the information related to quality control is frequently scattered in various types of documents such as specifications and drawings, and checkpoints are frequently omitted. It is necessary to provide a tool that can effectively provide the practitioner before or during the inspection work by systematically storing the information related to the defect prevention and linking them in a mutually referential state. This paper proposes an quality inspection support model that can systematically store necessary information on activity or room basis for the quality check of the apartment house finishing work. Establish a defect prevention information base and a information nexus by linking specifications, design standards, checklists, regulations, defect cases, and drawings to the finishing process and the rooms. Based on this, information registration and search interface are presented. It can contribute to securing a certain level of construction quality or more by suggesting a frame that can be utilized by linking various defects prevention information with the focus on closing activity and room.

  • Bridges are an integral part of Transportation that is always open to traffic.To effectively manage bridges today, more needs to be done to assess the day-to-day condition and behavior of bridges, and the deterioration rates of their components, so that efficient and proactive measures can be taken. Conventional methods consumemore time and they lack flexibility to reach all locations in high convoluted structures which most bridges offer. Instead, this work uses a new concept of robot, termed as Bridge inspecting robot, which, as its name suggests, possesses superior ability to flex, reach, and approach all points on the bridge. This study also provides economical feasibility model for the same and a comparison with existing bridge inspection and automated inspection work. Finally, we have uncovered few issues and did not analyze some information because of limitation to data.

  • ICT산업의 발전과 전자상거래의 대중화에 따라 정보시스템에 대한 지능 고도화 된 사이버위협이 증가되고 있고, 개인 및 기업정보 유출의 피해규모가 커짐에 따라 정보보호의 중요성이 한층 더 부각되고 있다. 이미 세계 각국에서는 ISO27001, BS10012 등 정보보호 관리 제도를 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 이에 국내에서도 미래창조과학부 주관 정보보호 관리체계(ISMS:Information Security Management System) 인증제도를 비롯한 정보보호 제도를 구축하여 기업 정보자산의 안전과 신뢰성 향상 등의 목적으로 자율과 의무 대상을 구분하여 운영하고 있다. 하지만 기업의 규모와 환경, 매출 등에 따라 형평성 있게 구분하지 않은 현재의 정보보호 관리체계 인증제도에는 여러 모순이 존재한다. 통제항목을 비롯한 세부점검항목을 인증 기업을 대상으로 모두 공통으로 적용하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 정보 보호 관리체계 인증제도와 유사 인증체계를 비교하여 인증기준 항목을 기업의 규모와 특성에 따라 유형별로 구분하여 적용하는 방안을 연구하였다.
