The purpose of this paper examines the way the potential for increased procyclicality may arise in Korea according to the introduction of Basel II based on the empirical results of U.K. and Spain. Because of the limited retail banking data, the correlations between risk-weighted assets corresponding to the denominator of the capital ratio and procyclicality, and capital ratio and the procyclicality are analyzed in Korea. As a result, there is a high possibility that the procyclicality may occur in Korea. However, there are limitations in judging the existence of the procyclicality for the capital in Korea only based on those correlations. In the future, in case more of retail banking data are accumulated, the procyclicality in Korea should be examined based on the systematic model like the cases in England and Spain. Lastly, the policy implications are derived based on the calculation process of the regulatory capital(Pillar I), the process of the Financial Authorities(Pillar II), and the market discipline(Pillar III).

This study is to provide a method to increase the credit rating of the company by examining and managing the executive competency of the CEO of SMEs and Venture Firms. We analyzed the importance and priority of AHP by surveying bank loan staff and CEOs. According to the analysis results, ethics management, strategic thinking, and expertise level were the highest in the relative importance of bank loan staff. The relative importance of CEOs was higher in order of marketing, bank transaction reliability, and financing. Result of this study is similar to the relative importance of the previous research. This study suggests to disclosing credit rating system and reflect the opinions of the CEO in order to protect financial consumers. The significance of this study is to present the factors and the importance that can help to develop advanced models.

Recently, due to the development of ICT technology, changes to the convergence service platform of information systems are accelerating. Convergence services expanded to cyber systems with 5G communication, IoT, AI, and cloud are being reflected in the real world. However, the field of cybersecurity audit for responding to cyber attacks and security threats and strengthening security technology is insufficient. In this paper, we analyze the international standard analysis of information security management system, security audit analysis and security of related systems according to the expansion of 5G communication, IoT, AI, Cloud based information system security. In addition, we design and study cybersecurity audit checklists and contents for expanding security according to cyber attack and security threat of information system. This study will be used as the basic data for audit methods and audit contents for coping with cyber attacks and security threats by expanding convergence services of 5G, IoT, AI, and Cloud based systems.

This study examines the overall contents of robots, drones, and autonomous driving that can be applied to libraries among autonomous objects, and proposes a plan that can be introduced and applied to libraries in the future based on this. As a result of the study, in the case of the building, robots and drones can be used to apply from collection inspection, collection transport, collection arrangement, collection classification, book location guidance, book recommendation, loan/return, library general guidance, and reference information service. Outside of the building, robots, drones, and autonomous vehicles can be used for book delivery service, book return service, and unmanned mobile libraries. This study is a basic research for the introduction and application of autonomous objects in the library, and follow-up studies such as perception survey and application model development for systematic introduction should be conducted in the future.

This study examines whether there are subjects and learners to pay attention to as 'processes' that have not been dealt with in Korean vocabulary education due to prioritizing learning outcomes, educational outcomes, and objects. In addition, the purpose of this study was to examine the educational value of the neologism and to suggest data construction method for it. Proposal to create a 'single-level list' of neologisms as a preliminary work to create a dictionary as a learning material to teach new words to academic purpose learners, taking neologism as the vocabulary in the blind spot and foreign academic purpose learners as learners in the blind spot stage. did The 'single-layered list' is to divide new words by period into coined words, meanings, culture, etc. and construct them as data. Through this study, we will help systematically teach Korean vocabulary by adding vocabulary to be learned as a 'process' to the results of Korean vocabulary education so far.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of domestic single-subject research related to the participation of students with intellectual disabilities in classes. Methods : We investigated a total of five papers to determine the features and qualitative levels of the papers being analyzed. Results : A total of 12 subjects were studied, and experiments were conducted at all stages. All research used a multiple baseline design. The independent variables were the positive behavior support approach (2), the strength-oriented activities approach, the self-decision teaching and learning model approach, and the self-monitoring approach. As a dependent variables, there were four pieces set up exclusively for class participation behavior, and one that was set up mixed with class interruptions behaviors. The qualitative level of the studies to be analyzed was 100% of the high level. Conclusion : Through this study, single-subject studies that applied interventions related to participation in class for intellectual disabilities in elementary schools have confirmed that effective interventions were applied and that the quality levels were reliable.

As the aging of large domestic SOC facilities accelerates, facility maintenance is also changing from safety evaluation based on the current condition to performance-oriented preventive and preemptive maintenance based on the prediction of the level of future obsolescence. In particular, in the case of bridges, class 1 and 2 bridges are systematically managed along with many studies, but for small and medium-sized class 3 bridges there is no collection and utilization of historical data presenting performance degradation during their service life. Therefore, in this study, 3D model-based demonstration DB system was designed and developed to intuitively check the damage change rate at the damage location by registering the maintenance history by life cycle for each member's exterior damage in the 3D bridge object and to enable API-based comprehensive performance evaluation.

For this purpose, it is meaningful in analyzing the efficiency of each institution by using the DEA (data envelope analysis) method and presenting the goals and policy implications for efficient operation by comparing them by local government.

Purpose: In this study, it was proposed a plan to build the Continuous Preventive Audit System in the military Organization with the expectation that we will develop an efficient audit method under the rapidly changing audit and work environment in the future. Method: it was examined the realities and problems of the military self-audit, the cases of the Continuous Preventive Audit System currently being used by government departments and institutions and internal control inspection of the information system of the Foreign Audit Office. Result: Government departments, agencies, and foreign auditors have established a Continuous Preventive Audit System to overcome the problems and limitations of their own audits, ensuring accounting accident prevention and audit work efficiency and are focused on auditing internal controls of information systems. Conclusion: In the future, more specific studies on the design of detailed scenarios for each function of defense work and the research and analysis on the improvement of defense information system should be followed for the establishment and settlement of a more specific Continuous Preventive Audit System.

Purpose: Since the 1990s, Korea has been making various efforts to prevent serious industrial accidents, such as implementing a hazardous risk prevention plan and implementing a process safety management system, but a series of recent major industrial accidents have shown its limitations. Therefore, this study aims to present measures to improve safety management of PSM target workplaces. Method: Investigate previous studies and cases on improving safety management at workplaces subject to PSM, seek ways to improve safety management at workplaces subject to PSM based on existing safety management, and evaluate safety management system one of the causes of accidents. Therefore, a safety education program is established to increase employees' safety awareness and understanding, and to improve the safety level. Result: Measures such as establishing an organizational culture to improve safety management of PSM target workplaces, responding to disasters, systematic safety management, replacing and strengthening old facilities, and strengthening management's firm commitment to safety were presented. Conclusion: Through this study, it is meaningful to present a systematic plan to secure safety to reduce precious lives and damage, and it is expected to be useful in considering the direction of PSM improvement for each workplace.
