  • 1935년 미국에서 레이더에 관한 연구 결과로 처음으로 등장한 전파식별(RFID : Radio Frequency IDentification) 기술은 접근하는 비행물체의 피아식별을 위하여 사용되었다. 1960대 후반에 들어와서 핵과 같은 위험 물질을 감시하기 위하여 전파식별에 대한 연구가 미국에서 이에 대한 연구가 본격적으로 시작되었다. 그로부터 얼마후인 1972년 Schlage Electronics(현재 Westinghouse)사에서 군용 섬유유리 에폭시카드에 삽입되는 전파식별 카드가 개발되었다. 군사목적 위주로 진행되던 전파식별 관련 기술개발은 1977년에 이르러 Los Alamos Scientific 연구소에 의해 공공부분으로 확대되기 시작했다.(중략)

  • 개인 휴대 단말에 전파식별(Radio Frequency Identification) 기술이 결합됨에 따라, 전파식별 기술의 활용이 기존의 유통, 물류 등 B2B의 영역에서 벗어나 B2C영역으로 확대될 것으로 예상됨에 따라, 업계에서 다양한 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에세는 인프라가 충분하지 않은 제약 조건하에서 인프라를 공급하면서 구현 가능한 비즈니스 모델로서 서비스 공간 내에서 RFID 태그가 부착된 테이블(Tag-Table)을 이용하는 B2C 비즈니스 모델과 애플리케이션을 제시하고 분석하였다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 비즈니스가 이뤄지기 위해서는 태그 테이블이 위치할 공간 제공자의 참여 여부가 중요하므로, 공간 제공자의 비용/수익 분석을 중심으로 비지니스 모델의 유효조건을 분석하였다.

  • 서비스 지향 아키텍처(Service-Oriented Architecture)의 특징은 비즈니스와 IT 간의 차이를 줄여 일관성을 유지함으로써 급변하는 비즈니스 환경하에서 기업의 IT 서비스가 민첩하게 대응할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 이러한 SOA의 특징을 만족시키기 위해서 서비스를 식별하는 시작점으로 비즈니스 프로세스가 무엇보다 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 비즈니스 프로세스를 분석하여 IT 관점의 서비스를 식별하기 위한 구체적인 절차, 활동, 산출물을 제시하는 방법에 관한 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 BPMN을 이용한 비즈니스 프로세스 모델로부터 IT 관점인 유스케이스 모델을 도출하여 서비스를 식별하기 위한 구체적인 방법을 제안한다.

  • Anomalous propagation echo is a kind of abnormal radar signal occurred by irregularly refracted radar beam caused by temperature or humidity. The echo frequently appears in ground-based weather radar. In order to improve accuracy of weather forecasting, it is important to analyze radar data precisely. Therefore, there are several ongoing researches about identifying the anomalous propagation echo all over the world. This paper conducts researches about a classification method which can distinguish anomalous propagation echo in the radar data using naive Bayes classifier and unique attributes of the echo such as reflectivity, altitude, and so on. It is confirmed that the fine classification results are derived by verifying the suggested naive Bayes classifier using actual appearance cases of the echo.

  • This article presents low altitude small drone identification trends at home and abroad. To reduce the dysfunction caused by the proliferation of drones worldwide, there is a growing interest in remote identification technologies that can identify the basic information of the drone. First, this article introduces policy trends in major countries. US, Europe, and China have recently provided recommendations regarding technologies available for the remote identification and tracking of a drone. Next, standardization activities on identification communications and identification systems are introduced. For this, standards organizations for the small drone identification, such as the International Organization for Standardization, IEEE 802, Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics, International Civil Aviation Organization, and $3^{rd}$ Generation Partnership Project, are investigated. Finally, drone identification technology trends are introduced. In the US and Europe, various drone identification technologies have been studied to identify a drone owner and drone registration information with a drone identifier. In South Korea, drone identification technology is still in its infancy, whereas drone detection and physical counterattack technologies are somewhat more developed. As such, major drone manufacturers are also currently studying and developing drone identification systems.

  • When jamming signal is received, there would be malfunctions in GPS-based precise location systems. Especially, in aviation fields, these malfunctions may lead to more serious damages. Naturally, there are some research results about the prevention or location method for one jammer, but it is hard to identify and obtain measurements when multiple and various type signals are received. Therefore, we propose a method of identification and measurements acquisition algorithm in order to localize the multiple jammers which transmit CW, DSSS and SCW type signals. Also, a computer simulation is carried out so as to validate the feasibility of the proposed method by using MATLAB. From the simulation results, it is confirmed that the proposed method successfully identified the signal type and acquired the measurements of CW, DSSS and SCW type signals.

  • RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) is used to describe a system that transmits the identity of an object or person wirelessly using radio waves. RFID is recognized as a key technology of USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network). ISO/IEC JTC1 and EPCglobal are developing RFID related standards for global supply chain management. RFID is an important solution not only for the supply chain management, but also for USN and future services. Recently, mobile RFID which provide various services using RFID reader in mobile phone, is being standardized in Korea. In this paper, we analyze trends of RFID standardization activities in ISO/IEC JTC1 and EPCglobal and mobile RFID, and propose an convergence scenario of IPv6 and RFID.

  • Anomalous propagation echo is a kind of abnormal radar signal occurred by irregularly refracted radar beam caused by temperature or humidity. The echo frequently appears in ground-based weather radar due to its observation principle and disturb weather forecasting process. In order to improve accuracy of weather forecasting, it is important to analyze radar data precisely. Therefore, there are several ongoing researches about identifying the anomalous propagation echo with data mining techniques. This paper conducts researches about implementation of classification method which can separate the anomalous propagation echo in the raw radar data using naive Bayes classifier with various kinds of observation results. Considering that collected data has a class imbalanced problem, this paper includes SMOTE method. It is confirmed that the fine classification results are derived by the suggested classifier with balanced dataset using actual appearance cases of the echo.
