전통적인 빈도해석은 정상성 가정을 기초로 단일 확률분포를 강우 및 홍수량 자료에 적용하는 과정을 통해 확률수문량을 추정하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 그러나 전지구적인 기상학적 변동성 및 기후변화로 기인하는 극치수문량의 발생 빈도 및 양적 크기의 변화는 확률통계학적 관점에서 서로 다른 분포특성을 가지게 된다. 대표적인 기상변동성인 엘니뇨가 발생하는 경우 지역에 따라 홍수 및 가뭄이 발생 발생하게 되며, 이러한 극치수문량은 일반적으로 나타나는 홍수 및 가뭄의 분포특성과는 상이한 경우가 많다. 즉, 2개 이상의 확률분포 특성이 혼재된 혼합분포의 특성을 가지는 경우가 나타내게 되며 이를 고려한 빈도해석 기법의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다. 혼합분포를 활용한 빈도해석에서 가장 중요한 사항 중에 하나는 개별 분포에 적용되는 가중치를 추정하는 것으로서 통계학적 관점에서 자료의 특성에 근거하여 내재되어 있는 은닉상태(latent process)를 추정하는 과정과 유사하다. 이와 더불어 앞서 언급된 기상학적 변동성을 빈도해석에 반영하기 위한 비정상성 해석기법의 개발 및 적용도 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 혼합분포를 활용한 비정상성빈도해석모형을 개발하는데 목적이 있으며 개별매개변수의 동적거동 뿐만 아니라 가중치에 대한 시간적인 종속성도 고려할 수 있는 모형으로 동적모형으로 다양한 실험적 해석이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 개발된 모형을 기반으로 엘니뇨와 같은 기상변동성에 따른 강우 및 홍수빈도해석 측면에서 은닉상태에 변화, 이로 인한 확률분포의 특성 및 설계수문량의 동적변동성을 평가하고자 한다.

This study determined the communicative characteristics of public libraries through locality, communality, interactivity, and organism and sought to measure the validity of their components to define the role of libraries based on the analysis. According to the analysis results, there are four communicative characteristics of public libraries: locality, communality, interactivity, and organism. This study defined the role of public libraries according to communicative characteristics. First, libraries should encourage the formation of a healthy society by providing a space for diverse community activities, contributing to the building and strengthening of their local communities, and offering the necessary information to do so. Second, libraries should contribute to the formation of local cultural communities and strengthen interpersonal relations among community members to reinforce a sense of community, while also supporting the heightening of social adaptability to foster a sense of belonging and community activity participation among members. Third, libraries act as a space for sharing ideas between generations, provide a space to carry out leisure activities, and enable the cultural prosperity of local communities. Lastly, as a representative space of local communities, libraries raise the value of the residential environment and contribute to their communities and members.

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in men's thinking and attitude on prostitution and gender based on the previous experience of buying sex. It was an exploratory survey for planning future studies and movements for changing a way of thinking in relation to prostitution. A total of 1328 male adults(above 19 years) completed a questionnaire consisting of general thinking of buying sex, tolerance limit of sexual behavior, and sex role egalitarianism. The respondents answered differently in the probability of paying for sex in future and the way how to get a sex information according to the previous experience of buying sex. Those respondents who had paid for sex, had higher scores on three types of sex attitude measures than those who did not. The previous experience of buying sex was significantly correlated with sub-factors of buying sex, tolerance limit of sexual behavior, and sex role egalitarianism except for the sub-factor on recognizing a sex worker as a victim (factor 4 of buying sex). These results suggest that men who had paid for sex had more traditional gender-stereotypes and attitudes. Implications and limitations of this study were discussed in a feminist perspective.

The characteristics of Hyeonmoyangcheo-ism (wise mother, good wife) in the 1950s, which were observed through the girls' school curriculums and homekeeping textbooks, were arranged as follows. Firstly, Hyeonmoyangcheo-ism in homekeeping textbooks in the 1950s stressed the modern housewife. The Confucianwomen's virtues, such as submissiveness, faithfulness and samjongjido (obedience to father, husband and son), that were in girls' moral training and home management textbooks during the Japanese imperialism. This was a part of girls' education built on democracy and equality asserted by a new Korea, the 'modern nation'. Secondly, with the increasing demands for women's labor after the Korean War, women's occupations were reinforced and incorporated in homekeeping textbooks in the 1950s. Even though having a job was a secondary task to the role of a homemaker, the details of women's occupation illustrates the characteristics of Hyeonmoyangcheo-ism in this period of time. Thirdly, The resident practice program emphasized the tradition women's behavior along with the modern homemaker, the rational designer of homekeeping. This seems to have been reinforced from the criticism towards women based on Westernization after the Korean War.

This article intends to locate the logical basis to apply bibliotherapy as a library service in Korean libraries. To the end, investigated and discussed are the historical relationship between bibliotherapy and RAS(readers' advisory service), and the theoretical base and practical experiences that enabled bibliotherapy to be practical in the U.S. library community. This article introduces a concept of 'therapeutic' RAS as a similar concept to 'developmental' bibliotherapy, and suggests the roles of a librarian as a therapist, based on the "Zones of Intervention" by Carol Kuhlthau.

한반도의 서ㆍ남해안 일대는 방어 상의 이유와 넓은 해안 충적평야, 해안 저지대의 농경제적 가치 때문에 다른 지역에 비해 우선적으로 읍성 축조가 이루어졌다. 내포지역은 그러한 대표적인 공간이다. 내포지역의 읍치 경관 원형은 타지역과 마찬가지로 네개의 성문을 가지면서 배후의 객사군과 전면의 아사군 경관으로 이루어지는 것이 원칙이었다. 이러한 원칙은 방위와 길흉의 연관성에 대한 전통적 관념이나 권력의 자연화 전략을 반영하는 것이었다. (중략)

The history of design has been closely related with the development of technology. The digital revolution requires design to be as innovative and inventive as the Industrial Revolution had been. In the current society demanding innovation and a new role for design, a successful result can be obtained in the interrelationship between digital and physical environments. In this point of view, exhibition design as a part of space design has had the method of analogue virtual reality, which induces spectators' experiences by creating a virtual environment, as its main expression means before digital technology was introduced. This method was developed from plane images or models to picture techniques according to the development of media technology. Nowadays, the exhibition method introducing multimedia, which enables interactions, is being developed. The main purpose of this study is to identify the meaning and role of virtual space in the view of space design and to analyze its functional interaction. Through this, it attempts to actively promote organic integration and development of widely used cyber space and traditional space design.

그리드 컴퓨팅은 지리적으로 분산되어 있고 보안상으로 분리되어 있는 기관들 사이의 자원들을 공유하여 협동 작업을 가능하게 하는 대규모 가상 컴퓨팅 환경이다. 다양한 모바일 기기들의 출현으로 인하여 전통적인 그리드 컴퓨팅 환경에 모바일 개념이 도입되어 모바일 그리드 환경이 나타나게 되었다. 모바일 그리드 환경에서 우선 고려해야 할 것은 모바일 기기의 고유한 특성으로 인해 발생하는 제약사항들이다. 본 논문에서 고려하는 환경에서는 이런 제약사항들은 다소 해결이 가능하다. 본 논문에서 제안한 적응적 작업처리 기법은 모바일 그리드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 모바일 기기가 자원 이용자 역할 뿐만 아니라 자원 제공자 역할도 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 결함 포용적인 프록시 서버 역할을 하는 모바일 라우터를 두어서 전체적인 작업 수행에 있어 안정성과 신뢰성을 제공한다.

본 연구는 과학기술 대중화가 왜 중요한지에 대한 문제인식에서 시작되었다. 즉 과학기술이 발전하기 위해서는 일반국민의 이해와 참여가 있어야 가능하다. 또한 과학기술에 대한 대중적 이해가 없이는 과학기술 자체에 대한 대중적 지지를 획득하기 어렵다는 점이다. 이에따라 과학기술에 대한 일반국민의 이해를 제고시킬 수 있는 방안들을 모색해 보았다. 먼저 과학기술 선진국인 미국의 경우, 과학기술 대중화를 위한 과학언론 전문가 집단의 역할과 과학언론매체의 영향이 매우 지대하였음을 살펴보았다. 그러나 미국의 20세기 과학기술 대중화운동은 이들의 역할에 주로 의존한 나머지 본래의 과학적 사실이 담고 있는 상황을 일반대중에게 제대로 전달하지 못하는 역기능이 발생한 점도 간과할 수 없다. 아무튼 미국은 전통적으로 과학기술을 국가발전의 근간으로 여겨 과학언론매체의 개발과 함께 과학언론 전문가를 양성하여 일반대중이 과학기술이 무엇인지 이해하는데 크게 기여하였다. 이에반해 우리나라는 전문인력부족, 언론매체의 인식미흡, 대중화사업의 중복 및 유사성 등 과학기술에 대한 일반대중의 이해와 참여를 이끌어 내기에는 한계를 지니고 있다. 따라서 한국의 과학기술 대중화를 위해서는 홍보전문인 육성, 정보전달매체의 다양화, 과학대중화 사업 등이 상호 유기적이며 보완적인 관계로 발전해 나가야 할 것이다.

21C를 맞이하여 도서관의 환경은 점점 더 변화되어가고 있고, 기존의 자료의 보존이나 처리기능에서 이용자중심으로의 역할변화가 뚜렷해지고 있다. 이용자중심의 도서관이 되기 위해서는 전통적인 조직구조보다는 보다 유연하고 개방적인 조직구조로의 전환이 필요하며, 이러한 상황에 효율적으로 대처하기 위한 조직유형의 한 방법으로 팀조직의 도입을 제안하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 팀조직의 개념과 유형 및 특성, 그리고 최근에 외국도서관에서 실제로 적용되고 있는 팀조직의 유형에 대하여 고찰해보고, 이와 함께 도서관조직에 팀조직의 효율적인 활용가능성과 응용성에 대하여 분석하고자 한다.
