In the history, 'father' has been described as a being who not only take care of the family but also represents the family socially and supports them. Like the Western patriarchal tradition prevalent in the 19th century, fathers in Korean society also bear patriarchal paternity based on Korean traditional Confucian culture. In such a unique family culture of Korea, Korean fathers hold the patriarchal male centered idea and regard it as the roles of man and father to be responsible for the family's living and safety and to be more rational than emotional and more blunt than gentle. Social ideology for this image of father is expressed in media, and an example is the patriarchal image of father in TV dramas and movies. In order to analyze the image of Korean fathers described in films, this study selected two films and examined the semiological meanings of fathers' roles expressed in the films using Metz's syntagmatic and paradigmatic analysis method. The films chosen for case study are 'Fly Daddy', 'The Show Must Go On', and 'Speed Scandal'. These films are good examples demonstrating that Korean patriarchal paternity and its background traditional ideology are projected on media.

이 논문에서는 AD 변화기의 앞에 설치되는 샘플-앤드-홀드 회로의 비선형성을 보상하기 위해 신경 회로망 기법과 볼테라 급수 모델을 직접적으로 적용하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법들의 성능을 비교하기 위해, 볼테라 급수 모델에 기반을 둔 전통적인 p차 역산 방식의 결과와 비교 검토한다. 비교 검토를 위해서는 모노-톤과 투-톤 신호를 사용하여 출력의 고조파 및 혼변조 레벨을 살펴보았다. p차 역산 방식이 역 시스템을 구하는 것이라면 제안하는 기법들은 최적화 기법에 바탕을 두고 있다고 할 수 있다. 결과를 보면 어떤 한 방식이 다른 방식보다 성능이 월등하다고 할 수 없는데, 그 이유는 각 방식마다 나름대로의 장단점을 갖고 있기 때문이다. 보상 방식의 선택은 신호의 통계적 성질, 신호 레벨, 비선형성의 정도 등을 고려해야 한다.

The traditional markets representing the lives of ordinary people have been pivotal in retail markets for a long time, but they suffer from deterioration due to the downturns of competitiveness caused by the inactive confrontation with changes of life styles and the large retailers' marketing territories. Recently the efforts to vitalize the traditional markets are widely developed, and this research will cover the necessity of such activation through the use of market competitiveness and cultural properties which have the social and cultural functionalities. By analyzing the case of Namhang market in Busan, this study suggests the specific activation measures in the aspects of hardware, software, human ware, and a joint venture.

This paper examines the factors affecting financial exclusion, and proposes the strategies for enhancing the role of credit unions as financing source for small business startups. Credit cooperative institutions have played an important role in assisting people and communities who suffer from social and financial exclusion such as small business owners. But many of them have closed and lost their operational grounds by financial restructuring. Accordingly people with low credit scores have faced with increased financial constraints and the government has proposed various measures to assist them. Credit unions should develop strategies more actively to ease their financial constraints, expand and reinforce the operational grounds through relationship banking, enhance competitiveness by community based specialization strategies and developing models.

In performance art, actors on the stage play an important role. The purpose of performance art is not in producing expression of superficial or trite pleasure, but in presenting a source of philosophical catharsis regarding essence of a human life. It is actors' responsibility to bring such expression onto the stage. Performance art not only involves technical skills but should be a cultural expression to represent tradition, spirituality and identity of a nation. In Korea, performance art tends to follow Western methods of expression. It is desirable to set a future direction to further develop methodology of expression in performance art. As part of such effort, the research examines how the rhythm of traditional Korean dance and dimension of time and space in performance art are effectively visualized in their relation to "stage direction." The research illustrates characteristics and concepts of Korean dances in terms of inhalation in deliberate hypogastric breathing ("danjeon') and rhythms of exhalation (gutgeori, jajinmori, huimori). Also, the research aims to enhance dramatic effect on the stage, which is distinguished from presentation of ordinary actions, by emphasizing dimension of time and space in visualizing expression.

최근 은행의 소유지분한도와 설립자본금 등에 대한 정부의 금융규제 완화로 인터넷전문은행의 설립 가능성이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 전자금융환경은 전자금융거래법 제정에 따라 금융기관의 입증책임을 강화함으로써 금융기관의 전자금융리스크가 상대적으로 크게 증가하였다. 또한, 정보 공격기술 및 수법의 발달로 전자금융보안에 대한 위협이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이외 에도 신BIS 리스크 평가에 IT운영리스크가 포함되는 등 금융환경 변화 및 정보통신 기술의 발전으로 인한 전자금융리스크가 계속 확대되고 있는 추세에 있다. 이러한 금융환경 변화와 함께 서비스채널이 인터넷에 집중되는 인터넷전문은행은 기존의 전통적인 은행과 차별되는 리스크에 추가적으로 노출될 위험성이 높다. 이러한 리스크에 대한 인식 및 대비 부재는 금융소비자가 금융권 전자금융거래에 대한 불신으로 확산되거나, 금융시장의 불안정성을 야기하는 금융사고로 이어져 자칫 국내 전자금융의 발전을 저해하는 심각한 요소가 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 금융환경과는 차이가 있지만, 인터넷전문은행이 가져올 전자금융의 기술적 변화는 유사하다는 점에서 해외 주요국가의 인터넷전문은행 현황과 전자금융부문을 중심으로 인터넷전문은행 설립인가 사례를 살펴보고, 국내에서 인터넷전문은행 설립시 우리가 취해야 할 입장에 대해 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 그리고 국내 전자금융 환경에서 전통적인 일반은행과 차별되거나 인터넷전문은행 고유의 특성으로 발생되는 주요 전자금융리스크를 다섯 가지로 분석하였고, 이러한 전자금융리스크를 줄이기 위한 대응방안을 모색해 보았다. 정부의 금융규제 완화는 금융자유화를 진전시켜 금융거래가 자유경쟁원리에 입각해 이루어짐에 따라 국민경제의 발전에 있어서 바람직한 결과를 얻고자 하는 것이다. 그러나 다른 한편으로 과도한 리스크에 노출 될 경우에는 금융시장의 불안정성을 야기하고 이로 인해 역 선택과 도덕적 해이를 야기 시키는 등 여러 가지의 폐해를 줄 수도 있다 이러한 폐해를 줄이기 위해서는 인터넷전문은행의 고유한 특성으로 수반되는 리스크와 상대적으로 그 중요성이 부각되는 전자금융리스크에 대한 관리 감독을 강화해야 한다. 또한 이러한 리스크 관리강화를 위한 제도적 장치는 인터넷전문은행의 자율성과 책임성을 부여하는 방향으로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다. 인터넷전문은행이 실질적으로 다수의 금융이용자에게 다양한 혜택과 효율적인 금융서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 초기 사업계획 심사 단계에서부터 위험성이 크게 증가하는 전자금융리스크에 대해서, 적절한 관리방안 수립을 통해 예상되는 리스크를 줄이기 위한 노력이 필요하다고 생각한다. 그리고 인터넷전문은행에 대한 구체적인 인가요건이 마련되지 못한 현 상황에서, 국내 인터넷전문은행 설립이 우리나라 전자금융거래에 발전적 역할을 할 수 있도록 앞으로 더 많은 논의와 연구가 진행될 필요가 있다.

Along with its expertise and yearning for freedom, Science has been seduced from Society. Coupled with societal uncertainty and complexity, the Science has faced the difficulty of solving societal issues and recognized its limitation on the control of quality it has kept. This leads to yield its way for opening up the societal participation. With this situation in mind, this paper explores the ways of societal participation on science based on previous studies but limited to evaluation. While the classical evaluation on science is conducted by only experts and not opened to the public, both the participatory and deliberative evaluation on science are open to the public and fitted to this research subject. Both evaluations are in common to expand its involvement to the broader stakeholder than classical one, but have discrepancy in the perspective of evaluands, evaluation methology applied, scope of participants and role of mediators. Along with the main obstacles such as political acceptance, representative of participants, competency of mediators, epistemic limitation and institutional path-dependency, this paper articulates the ways to implement both evaluations. Last but not least, this paper puts an importance on various and consequent research activities on this domain, reorganizing societal system and weighting efforts.

In the print world libraries have served as the archival repository for journals that they owned. In the age of digital information, however, with the licensing of electronic journals libraries purchase access to journal contents rather than paying for ownership. Libraries note the potential benefits of electronic journals, but also quake at the thought of inaccessible electronic journal contents caused by lack of preservation, changing technology, or publisher requirements. It is real that libraries have not yet stepped in to create archives of the electronic journals they are purchasing. In the digital environments, publishers, libraries, and other information providers are not the independent units that we used to be. It will take us all working together to solve the problem of preserving access to electronic journals. Thus, it is reasonable that a national library would be charge of making a comprehensive archiving policy on electronic journals, and that cooperative agreements of local libraries can help divide responsibility for different subject areas or materials.

원자력발전소에서 비상디젤발전기는 노심의 안전성을 지키는 매우 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이를 위해 디젤발전기는 신뢰성능 높게 유지하도록 규제요건이 마련되어 있다. 디젤발전기의 엔진 상태를 주기적으로 감시하고 평가하기 위해서는 엔진 상태 신호 분석 기술이 필요하다. 엔진 상태 신호 분석에는 연소분석과 진동 및 초음파 측정 및 분석기술이 중요한 비중을 차지한다. 연소 분석은 디젤 엔진의 개별 실린더에 대한 연소 성능에 대한 정보를 제공한다. 진동 및 초음파 분석은 이벤트 타이밍과 기계적 상태에 대한 정보를 알려준다. 이들 신호는 정상적인 부하로 운전하는 디젤엔진의 가동에 영향을 미치지 않고 수집할 수 있다. 엔진 상태 신호 분석을 이용하는 주요 동기는 전통적으로 장비 제작자의 권고에 따라 수행되는 분해-검사 유지 보수 프로그램을 일부 대체하고 예측정비를 통해 신뢰도를 유지하기 위함이다. 상태 진단정비는 엔진 상태 신호분석을 주로 이용하여 엔진의 신뢰도와 이용률을 증가시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내외서 경험한 엔진상태신호 측정 및 분석 사례를 기술하였다.

현재 정보검색분야에서는 검색도구로써 시소러스가 갖는 장점에도 불구하고 기존에 개발된 시소러스의 유지관리와 활용이 극히 제한적으로 이루어지고 있기 때문이다. 왜냐하면 정보의 급격한 증가로 인하여 전통적인 시소러스의 구조와 유지관리, 활용기법으로는 현대 정보의 홍수 현상에 적극적으로 대처하는데 한계에 직면하였기 때문이다. 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해 토픽맵의 구축알고리즘이 절대적으로 필요하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 토픽맵의 기본요소인 토픽과 대상물, 연관관계, 토픽타입 등을 이용한 시소러스 구조화 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 특히 토픽맵의 기본 요소가운데 대상물(occurrence)은 시소러스의 검색효율가운데 정도율의 확보를 가능하게 하며, 시소러스의 구축에 필요한 지식베이스의 역할을 수행하는 주요한 기법임을 확인하였다.
