  • Recently, The cloud computing technology is emerging as an important issue in the world, and In technology and services, has attracted much attention. However, the positive aspects of cloud computing unlike the includes several vulnerabilities. For this reason, the Hacking techniques according to the evolution of a variety of attacks and damages is expected. Therefore, this paper will be analyzed management models through case studies and experiments to the threats and vulnerabilities of the cloud computing. and In the future, this is expected to be utilized as a basis for the security design and performance improvement.

  • Robust control is needed according to the highest precision of industrial automation. However, when a control system with PID controller has an effect of load disturbance, it is difficult to guarantee the robustness of control system, as a method solving this problem, in this paper. Feedfoward supervisory control method for PID control system is presented the effectiveness of the control scheme is verified by simulation results.

  • In order to achieve purpose of Smart Grids, which is effective use of electrical energy, the safety of electrical installations must be secured. This paper presented real time monitoring and management method for electrical safety of customer electrical installations connected to Smart Grids. And the direction of electrical safety system for the introduction of real time monitoring and management method was suggested. Efficiency improvement of electrical safety management and new supplementary services related with Smart Girds will be available by introducing the presented method.

  • 전기부하설비의 전압, 전류, 전력, 고조파등의 분석을 위해서는 수학적 모델링 보다는 실제 계측을 통한 전력분석이 필요하고 이론 통해 전기설비의 효율적인 관리, 에너지 절약 및 사고 예방에 필요한 대책을 수립할 수 있다. 특히 전력 및 고조파 유입 유출 등을 분석하기 위해서는 여러 지점의 전력분석을 위한 다채널 데이터 획득시스템은 매우 필수적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전압 및 전류를 다채널로 동시에 측정할 수 있는 데이터 획득 시스템을 DSP 기반으로 개발하였다.

A Study on the Online History Information Service (온라인 역사정보서비스에 관한 연구)

  • In comparison to the services provided by the typical information systems, the historical records from the period before the modern times require additional information services to reflect the format and content oriented peculiarities of the data. The additional services also need to be considered in light of the users' information needs. For this study, a series of literature reviews was conducted to present the specific analysis criteria for the historical information services. Based on these criteria, the domestic and foreign historical information service provision and use status was investigated. In addition, users' information needs were identified and user-based historical information service improvement suggestions were generated.

Development of a Scale to Measure Self-Care for Korean Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (만성 폐쇄성 폐질환자의 자가관리측정도구 개발)

  • Purpose : The objective of this study was the development and validation of a scale to measure the self-care of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in Korea. Method: Self-care scale was developed based on the self-care activities patients had to carry out in order to manage their COPD. The original scale contained 34 items rated along a five-point Likert scale and was reviewed by 18 professional nurses and 10 Korean patients with COPD for content validity. Subsequently, patients with COPD were asked to complete this 23-item scale and further tests were done with the 125 useable responses. Result: Factor analysis identified eight factors-'maintaining a clean air way', 'taking medication', 'support from family', 'preventing infection', 'managing symptoms', 'breathing exercising', and 'taking in nutrition'. The internal consistency of the total scale was Cronbach's α=0.7226. These eight factors explained 60.8% of total variance. There was correlation among Korean Self-Care Scale score, administration level, and knowledge level but there was no correlation to patients' satisfaction with medical services. Conclusion: The 23 item questionnaire positively identified 8 areas defined important for COPD patients. Further studies are required to see how these can be integrated into patient education.

Interaction Evaluation of Maintenance Management Organization Affecting Satisfaction of Users in Helpdesk Service of Buildings (건물의 헬프데스크 서비스에서 사용자의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 유지관리조직의 상호작용 평가)

  • Maintenance services provided to users in buildings are not sufficient simply to provide them, but it is necessary to provide them with a service system that can accurately identify and respond to users' needs. This study analyzed the relationship between user satisfaction with the helpdesk service corresponding to the building claim and the quality of service of the maintenance organization to identify the interaction between the user and the maintenance organization in the building. We then examined whether there were significant differences between the buildings in terms of variables in the helpdesk service that affect the user's satisfaction. It was also presented as a measure of the quality of service of the SERVQUAL tool to assess the potential for building maintenance response strategies. Research shows that each building has a helpdesk service item that is significant in user satisfaction and empathy has emerged in a typical dimension as SERVQUAL dimension.

A Study on Improvement Methods of Cost Estimation in Order for the Proper Management of Street Trees (도시 가로수 관리 품셈 개선에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to provide basic data for high-quality street tree management by setting reasonable management items and appropriate unit prices by reviewing the adequacy of current street tree management. Currently, street tree management items, except for street tree pruning, use general landscape tree quantity per unit for the street tree management quantity per unit. KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation) applied pruning items from standard electric production infrastructure and carried out the activities at an average unit price of 51% lower for heavy pruning and 39% lower for light pruning than the standard estimate. This was judged to be a level that could not maintain or increase the quality of street tree management. It was determined that an appropriate standard unit price for street tree management was necessary. To improve the quantity per unit for the proper management of street trees, it was necessary to review costs in the field. However, due to the absence of data on actual construction costs in the domestic landscape field, detailed items of the US RSMeans Building Construction Cost Data (RSMeans) were reviewed, and the actual construction costs were calculated by applying personal domestic expenses. As a result, the standard of the estimated unit showed a good ratio of 107% for heavy pruning of street tree pruning compared to the actual construction cost, but light pruning was underestimated with a 59% ratio. Shrub pruning was 82%, weeding was 92%, tree fertilization was 87%, and windbreak wall installation was 91% under-engineered. In addition, it was also confirmed that the watering by sprinkler trucks and chemical spraying were over-designed compared to the actual construction cost at the rates of 118% and 124%, respectively. Due to the specificity of the street trees, the increase in personal expenses and the input cost of equipment, such as road safety controls, were judged to be the main cause of the underestimation of items. Therefore, it is necessary to add items related to street trees and general landscape trees to the landscape maintenance items of the standard of the estimated unit.

A Plan for Construction of the National Electrical Safety Grid to Prevent the Fires Caused by Electrical Faults (전기화재 예방을 위한 국가전기안전망 구축 방안)

  • In this paper, in order to monitor and manage an electrical risk factor like as leakage current, load current, and arc-fault, a real time monitoring and management system being operated in the ubiquitous environment was developed, and a plan of construction of an electrical safety grid using the system was proposed. For confirmation of usefulness and reliability of the proposed safety system and grid, the developed intelligent panels were applied to 28 Korean traditional houses in Jeonjoo city, and the grid including the panels was operated. If the proposed National Electrical Safety Grid is completely constructed in the houses of general electrical users, the Grid will have an effect on that a main manager on electrical safety transfers from management system by general people to real-time management system by expert. As a result, the electrical fires caused by an over-load, an arc-fault, and an earth-fault will be prevented.

Design and Analysis of Ubiquitous Customer Relationship Management System Based on Near Field Communication (근거리 무선 통신 기반 유비쿼터스 고객 관계 관리 시스템의 설계 및 분석)

  • This research aims to design and analyze a ubiquitous customer relationship management system based on near field communication which can be applied to stores in off-line environment. The existing customer relationship management system has been used mainly for stores in off-line environment to issue a royalty card, to stamp a seal on the purchase goods, and to manage the history of customers' visits and purchases. But, the existing system has two weaknesses; it makes difficult for a store manger not only to acquire a wealth of customer data but also to systematically manage the acquired data. In particular, the effectiveness and efficiency of the royalty card are questioned when a customer makes purchases in the store in that the customer frequently does not carry it or loses it. So, this research suggests a ubiquitous customer relationship management system where a tag for near field communications is attached to a store in off-line environment; a store manager can collect and manage easily customer's dada and customers can seamlessly acquire store's information. To do this, this research conducts the followings. First, we review the previous researches of customer relationship management to examine the concept of ubiquitous customer relationship management. Second, from the examination, we draw the factors to be considered in ubiquitous customer relationship management system based on near field communication. Third, we propose a scenario where the suggested system is used. Fourth, we analyze the participants' values and the process that will be used for the suggested system. Finally, we discuss the possibility of the application of this system to real business environment from various viewpoints.
