In optical pattern recognition, incorrect discrimination may result from a relatively high cross correlation peak between similary shaped objects. In this paper, a new modified matched CGH(computer generated hologram) filter is proposed for reducing the cross-correlation without reducing the autocorrelation. Computer simulation and experimental results show that this new method can be used efficiently for optical Korean alphabets recognition. The signal to noise characteristics are analyzed on the correlation distdribution diagram.

Telecommunication system demands for increased bandwidths and operating frequencies for analog signal processing could be satisfied in the near future by the emergence of a novel technology based on magnetostatic waves propagating in low loss ferrimagnetic films. The magnetostatic wave n the only available technology for analog signal processing directly at microwave frequencies.

Thin film filter type 4-channel wavelength division multiplexing(WDM) device was designed and fabricated for the application in optical subscriber loop system. It has multi-mode fiber pigtails and four wavelength division consisting of 0.81, 0.89, 1.2 and 1.3 um. The evaluated performances are 1-2d B of insertion loss(connector loss excluded)and 30-35d B of crosstalk attenuation for all channels. The performance of the fabricated device was tested in the wideband optical transmission experiment, where the SNR degradation due to the crosstalk of the device was found to be within a measurement error.

최근 전자전 (EW : Electronic Warfare)은 현대전의 핵심으로 자리매김하고 있다. 전자전에서 재밍 (Jamming)은 적군의 통신을 교란시키는 전자공격 (EA : Electronic Attack)을 의미하는 것으로 재밍 전술은공격 대상에 따라서 여러 가지로 나눌 수 있다. 본고에서는 군통신에서 사용되는 전자방해책 (ECM : Electronic Counter Measure)인 재밍 기술을 소개하고, 재밍 신호에 대한 대책으로 재밍 신호를 효과적으로 검출하고 제거할 수 있는 전자방해방어책인 (ECCM : Electronic Counter Counter Measure) 항재밍 (Anti-Jamming) 방안도 함께 분석 소개하고자 한다.

전자투표는 현행 투표방식의 많은 문제점들을 해결할 수가 있으며, 초고속 정보 통신의 보급을 위한 가장 좋은 수단으로써 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자투표에 대한 추진과 연구 현황을 소개하고, 암호를 이용한 전자투표 방식인 다자간 프로토콜을 이용한 방식과 익명 통신로를 이용한 전자투표 방식을 주로 분석하고자 한다. 또한 전자투표에 주로 많이 사용되는 암호학적인 도구들도 간략히 검토하고 다자간 프로토콜과 익명 통신로도 간략히 소개한다.
