This study criticizes the wave of liberalization, privatization, thoughtless and uncontrolled over-competition in the electronic communication networks area. This criticism is based on the 'transport economics' on one side, the 'network neutrality debate' on the other side. Through these standpoints, this study insists that it needs to deal with a social agenda related to the problems such as unplanned and unbalanced development of electronic communication networks, double/tripple-investment in the communication industry, conflicts among network companies and the decline of public values. Also does this study stress on the new ideas in the electronic communication network policy and planning to manage these problems. Electronic communication networks are converging and their borders are blurred. As a result of these flows, the field of information technology, media and contents is faced with radical changes. These changes could be so critical and complicated that nobody can diagnose their multi-level implications. However, the one thing sure is that we should start from the communication networks to think and control a communication system. Therefore, we should discuss and plan the now-and-future of communication infrastructure and its management. we need not only a market mentality but also a socio-cultural mentality. In this respect, this study does insist that it requires the vision of digital democracy and democratic communication ecology to put the steps toward social communication system.

정보의 바다라고 널리 알려진 인터넷은 클라이언트-서버 커뮤니케이션 모델을 기반으로 하여 패킷의 송/수신자가 정해져 있는 단방향 통신을 사용하고 있다. 하지만, 실제사람들 사이의 맨투맨 커뮤니케이션에서는 송신과 수신이 정해져 있는 경우보다 대화에 참여하는 모든 사람들이 송/수신의 역할을 동시에 수행하는 양방향의 형태가 대부분이며, 이러한 불일치는 인터넷을 통해 제공되는 서비스의 가능성을 제한하는 요소가 되고 있다. 이에 따라, 각각의 단말이 송신과 수신의 역할을 동시에 수행할 수 있는 양방향 통신이 가능한 P2P 커뮤니케이션 방법이 고안되었고, 현재, 이러한 P2P를 이용한 다양한 서비스 모델이 제안되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 P2P 네트워크의 구현 기술 중 하나인 분산 해시 테이블을 바탕으로 한 연구의 동향과 그 응용 현황에 대해서 살펴 보고자 한다.

Social network services are developed which is based on interaction and collaboration between users. This used to teaching-learning and integrate personal experience based on constructivism and social learning has developed into. In order to use which better to support the N-Screen communication model is needed. Communication model is to support the interaction between learner-instructor- the system. However, until now, There are a lot of web-based communications research. In this study, Social Learning Services environment to extended to N-Screen. For seamless service, Location information of individuals to use to learning activities. To support this, the communication manager is to design and implement. Communications manager for the N-Screen services draw students use cases and define the required functions. Based on this, Communication function is designed. In addition, Considering the characteristics of each device, personal location information to be reflected.

홈 네트워킹 시대의 도래에 대한 낙관적인 견해 보고서가 나날이 증가하고 있다. 늦어도 3∼4년 후에는 가정내의 모든 전자제품들이 하나의 관리시스템을 통해 통제가 가능해지고, 디지털 TV를 통한 쌍방향 커뮤니케이션이 익숙해질 것이라는 내용들이다. 하지만 본격적인 홈 네트워킹 시대가 오기 위해서는 여전히 많은 선결과제들이 남아 있다. 세계적으로 많은 기업들이 표준화 작업에서 주도권을 확보하기 위해 서로간의 견해차이를 줄이지 못하고 있고, 전력선 네트워크와 무선네트워크 기술 역시 우리가 기대하는 홈 네트워킹 시대를 가져오기에는 아직 부족한 듯 하다. 최근의 홈 네트워킹 기술 현황과 향후 전개될 지역별 시장전망을 살펴본다.

고혈압과 당뇨와 같은 만성질환은 장기적인 관리가 필요하다. 최근 주목받고 있는 폐쇄형 SNS 시스템 설계를 통해서 동일한 질병을 가지고 있는 그룹간의 커뮤니케이션을 활성화하여 자유로운 게시글을 통해서 환자 맞춤형 건강정보를 발굴하고 공유하는 시스템을 안드로이드 어플리케이션을 통해서 구현하였다. 본 서비스를 통해서 건강정보 공유 서비스 연구가 활성화될 것으로 기대한다.

급격한 시대적 변화속에 각국은 전자정부 프로젝트를 적극 추진하고 있다. 전자정부의 리더십은 민간부문의 전자상거래나 e-Business 활성화를 위해서도 중요한 기반이 된다 (Jutra et al., 2002). 한국은 2002 년에 전자정부 핵심과제를 완료하여 기술기반 구축에 성공했다고 하나 전자정부 활용도는 23％로 31 개국 중 20 위이다 (TNS, 2002). 이러한 전자정부의 활용도를 높이기 위해 기술기반 확충, 고객 만족 측정, 맞춤식 설계, 리엔지니어링 등의 노력이 병행되고 있으나, 서진완(2000)에 의하면 네트워크 이용능력이 0점인 응답자가 26.9%, 정보탐색능력은 5점 척도로 3점 미만이다. 시민의 정보 리터러시(information literacy) 수준이 낮다면 의견수령에 의한 시스템 설계방식은 한계가 있을 것이다. 요컨대 의견수령 방식도 중요하지만, e-Business 의 경우와 마찬가지로 e-Government 에서도 모델에 의한 전략적 접근이 필요하다.(중략)

인터넷이 발전함에 따라 기업의 업무, 커뮤니케이션 등이 온라인으로 전환되고 있으며, 정보전달의 통로로써 전자 메일의 사용이 나날이 늘고 있다. 이에 따라 전자 메일을 통한 바이러스, 스팸 광고 등 메일의 컨텐츠를 이용한 공격에 의한 피해가 심각한 수준에 이르고 있다. 현재 방지 대책으로는 백신이나 스팸 메일 차단기 등을 통해 방지 기능을 제공하고는 있으나 이는 사용자의 의지에 의존적이며, 개개 시스템에 한정되는 한계가 있다. 따라서 사용자의 의지와 무관하게 네트워크 차원에서 내부 네트워크를 보호하기 위한 방지 대책이 필요하며 이에 본 논문에서는 기존의 침입 탐지 시스템을 확장하여 메일 컨텐츠를 탐지할 수 있는 확장된 침입탐지 시스템을 제안한다.
