As the number of clinical trials conducted in Korea increases, the need of the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system for effective clinical data management is also increased. Recently, the Korea Food and Drug Association published 'Guideline for the Electronic Clinical Trial Data Management and Processing' and it would be the foundation for establishing regulation of electronic clinical data management. In this research, we conducted the survey regarding adoption rate of EDC system in clinical trials in hospitals, Contract Research Organizations (CRO), and pharmaceutical companies. And the perceived importance and the ease of application for the Guideline were investigated. The adoption rates of EDC system was 77.6% but it mostly applied to less than five trials. Also EDC system was mostly used in phase I and phase II trials and the utilization rate of CRO was the highest. The perceived importance for the Guideline was high among all three organizations but, in case of the perceived ease of its application, CRO was the highest. Also, the perceived importance of the clinical data standard was high and the standard for data collection was mostly required. However, the comprehension for the global standard of the electronic data was relatively low, so that education is required. This result would be the foundation to increase the electronic clinical trials and develop proper regulation and principles for clinical data standards in Korea.

In order to design effective electronic records management systems, it is viable to consider both traditional principles of records management, proven to be effective, and the characteristics of digital information. ISO 15489, an international standard for records management, is acknowledged as the most useful guidelines for this goal. The present study extracted basic principles of electronic records management from its provisions of 7 functional steps. It then compared the principles to system requirements of three system design criterion, developed by Department of Defense(U.S.A.) Public Records Office(Britain). and European Union respectively. Common requirements, included in all three criterion. were then searched in the Korean standard of developing automated systems for records centers. Finally, suggestions were made to develop a Korean standard for electronic records management system, elaborating from the core requirements of the system found by the present study.

본 논문에서는 eUCP에서 전자자료 제시의 기준과 심사기준을 중심으로 연구하였다. 전자자료 제시의 장소, 제시의 방법에 대한 기준과 제시시기 및 전자제시에 대한 인증에서 발생하는 문제점을 제기하고 심사기간의 기준과 하이퍼링크방식의 전자자료에 대한 심사기준, 훼손된 전자기록에 대한 심사기준을 분석하였으며, 전자가록의 거절의 방법과 그에 대한 응답에 관련된 내용을 분석하였다. 전자제시의 문제점으로서 표준양식의 문제, 전자제시자의 면책의 문제, 환어음 유통성의 문제, 서류 심사기간, 인증기관과 방법에 관한 문제에 대하여 분석하여 해결방안을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 프로덕트 라인 개념을 활용하여 전자 카달로그 운영 프로세스를 구축하고자 한다. 전자 카달로그는 reactive approach(1)방법으로 프로덕트 라인 개발에 접근하여 기본적인 핵심적이고 표준적인 프로세스만 우선적으로 정의하여 각 세부항목을 명시하고 이를 기반으로 프로세스의 기능을 확장하고자 한다 FORM 방법론에서 제안한 휘처 모델링 방법을 통해 얻어진 공통점과 차이점을 이용하여 scoping을 수행하였으며 이를 기반으로 필수 프로세스와 지원 프로세스로 분류하였다. 전자 카달로그 표준안에서 제안한 비즈니스 프로세스, 표준안 보고서, 프로세스 관리 계획 등을 기본 자료로 하여 각 애플리케이션에 적합한 product가 만들어지도록 production plan을 수립하였다.

This is a study based on the discussion of current electronic recordkeeping Metadata Standards. These standards form the basis for the International Standards. By analyzing ISO 23081, as well as the Metadata Standards used in Australia, England, and in the public records of Korea, the following were observed. This study puts forward the Metadata elements that apply to current electronic records and recognize their relevance and importance. Those elements can be used as the basis for establishing a future Korean Electronic Records Metadata Standard.

As the use of electronic information sources becomes increasingly common, the need for understanding their use becomes critical. This paper describes what usage statistics of electronic materials entail, how they can be used for a variety of library decision making, and the process in which the data can be best acquired, processed, analyzed and presented. It also offers a general introduction to on-going standardization efforts related to usage statistics of electronic resources and services. Some of the research opportunities that these newly developed data sources present to library and information science field are identified.

Standard electronic tax invoice is a document standard for electronically exchanging tax invoices, which have been used in the form of paper for proofing business transactions. This standard focuses on the aspect of exchanging electronic documents between businesses and between businesses and NTS(National Tax Service), so it is limited in expressing semantics and contexts of financial information explicitly and economically for reusing them after their exchanges. Above all, it is needed to consider that they can be employed to various applications of businesses including financial reporting and auditing because they contain basic financial information about taxes and that they are reported to NTS. In this perspective, this paper compares and analyzes how to compose standard electronic tax invoice documents in XBRL with concrete examples, focused on the expressability and applicability, and discusses the possibility of XBRL-based standard electronic tax invoices.

국내에서는 수량산출정보의 전자적인 교환, 납품 등의 활용을 위한 자료구조 및 파일포맷 등을 규격화 하여 디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준을 개발하였다. 국외에서는 IFC 국제표준을 통해 BIM 발주시 데이터 납품 포맷으로 IFC를 활용하고 있으며 건축분야를 중심으로 공사비 정보의 표준 개발이 이루어 지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준의 Type 및 Element와 IFC 국제표준의 공사비 정보 Entity를 비교분석하여 국내 토목분야 실정에 부합하는 공사비 분야 정보모델 표준개발의 기반자료로 활용하고자 한다.
