  • 본 논문에서는 CIM(Current Injection Method)을 이용한 charge-pump방식의 plasma backlight용 고압 inverter회로를 제안한다. 고압 inverter에서 에너지 회수회로의 채용은 새로운 시도로서 에너지회수 이외에도 noise에 의한 시스템의 불안정성과 방전안정화에 기여하고 있다. charge-pump방식으로 스위치류의 내압을 저감하므로 cost면에서 매우 유리한 조건을 확립하였으며 CIM(Current Injection Method)방식의 적용으로 high speed 에너지 회수를 가능하게 하였다. 그리고 제안회로의 동작을 모드별로 해석하였으며, 실제 32" 패널에 적용하여 실험함으로써 제안한 회로의 유용성을 입증하였다.

  • The equivalent circuits intended to analyze the characteristics of IPT systems can be shown in structures similar to those of existing transformers. IPT systems are composed of combinations of the primary and secondary coils based on magnetic coupling, and the performances are determined by the lengths or the degrees of magnetic coupling of current collecting conductors(secondary) and feeding rails (primary) and system performances become the maximum when they are coupled under the optimum condition. To maximize the output currents of the secondary side, the shapes of iron cores and the structures of coils etc should be considered. To this end, three types of IPT system simulation models were selected and they were analyzed using an electromagnetic field analyzing program. To compare the types with each other, the sizes of the IPT systems and the primary side voltages etc were made to be the same. The electromagnetic fields were analyzed while changing the thicknesses of the cores and the lengths of the air gap etc and the results were analyzed in order to derive the optimum specifications.

유리-유리 기판의 진공-정전 열 접합 특성 (Vacuum-Electrostatic Bonding Properties of Glass-to-Glass Substrates)

  • 유리 프릿과 유리 튜브를 사용하지 않고 FED, VFD와 PDP를 봉입할 수 있는 기반 기술로서, 진공 내에서 두 장의 sodalite유리 기판들을 정전 열 접합하는 공정을 연구하였으며, 대기 중에서 정전 열 접합한 기판 쌍들과 비교하여 접합 특성을 비교.분석하였다. 진공 분위기 내에서 비정질 실리콘 interlayer를 이용하여 접합된 유리 기판 쌍의 경우, 대기압의 경우와 비교할 때 동일한 접합 온도와 전압에서 접합 강도가 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 측정되었으며, 산소 분위기의 경우 접합 강도가 증가하였음을 확인하였다. XPS와 SIMS를 통한 비정질 실리콘 표면 및 유리기판 표면의 조성 변화 분석으로부터, 진공내에서 산소가 부족함으로써 정전 열 접합 과정에서 부가적으로 수반되는 실리콘 산화막이 불완전하게 형성된 것으로 해석 할 수 있다.

  • In this paper, a study on automation method for the circuit/EM (Electro-Magnetic) simulation is carried out to analyze effectively the SI/PI (Signal Integrity/Power Integrity) issues which occur on circuits and/or PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards). For the automation of the circuit/EM simulation, algorithms performing each process of the SI/PI analysis automatically (such as ports setup, circuit definition and SI/PI evaluation) are developed; thereby automation system for the SI/PI analysis is constructed with the algorithms. The automation of the circuit/EM simulation is accomplished in the environment of the C/S (Client/Server) architecture in order to reduce resources such as high cost computers demanded for the SI/PI analysis. The automation method for the SI/PI analyses proposed in this paper reduces effort, time, and cost spent on the environment setup for simulation and the SI/PI analysis process. In addition, the proposed method includes automation of the documenting process, which organizes, records and displays the SI/PI analysis results automatically for users.

10 MW급 초전도 풍력발전기 계자코일 전자장 해석 (Magnetic Field Analysis of the Field Coil for 10 MW Class Superconducting Wind Turbines)

  • This paper presents the magnetic field analysis of the racetrack double pancake field coil for the 10 MW class superconducting wind turbine which is considered to be the next generation of wind turbines using the 3 Dimensional FEM(Finite Elements Method). Generally, the racetrack-shaped field coil which is wound by the second generation(2G) superconducting wire in the longer axial direction is used, because the racetrack-shaped field coil generates the higher magnetic field density at the minimum size and reduces the synchronous reactance. To analysis the performance of the wind turbines, It is important to calculate the distribution of magnetic flux density at the straight parts and both end sections of the racetrack-shaped high temperature superconductivity(HTS) field coil. In addition, Lorentz force acting on the superconducting wire is calculated by the analysis of the magnetic field and it is important that through this way Lorentz force can be used as a parameter in the mechanical analysis which analyzes the mechanical stress on the racetrack-shaped field coil.

국내영역에서 셀전달지연 추정 및 peak-to-peak CDV 노드별 할당 (Estimation of CTD and Peak-to-Peak CDV Allocation to Nodes in Domestic Region)

  • CBR 소스 트래픽에 대한 ATM 교환기와 광대역 망종단장치의 셀전달지연을 측정하여 국내영역에서의 셀전달지연을 추정하였다. 추정결과 I.356의 할당원칙에 의한 국내영역의 셀전달지연 목표치를 만족하였다. Chernoff 누적방법에 기초한 peak to peak CDV 할당방법을 제안하고 국내영역의 노트들에 적용하였다. 수치해석 결과 전송경로상에 놓인 노드수와 각 노드에서의 CDV가 증가하는 경우에 제안된 할당방법이기존의 균등할당 방법에 비해 정확도가 개선되었다.

다분할 해석법에 의한 장형코일의 곡가공 연구 (A Study of Bending Using Long Type Coil by Discrete Method)

  • The induction heating is more efficient for a plate bending because of its easy operation and control of working parameters, compared with the heating by a gas torch. The existing axis symmetric analysis method could neither handle initial curved plates nor be used in the optimization of coil shapes because of its limit of an axis symmetric coil shape. But the proposed method using some discrete part models and analysis processes could overcome these difficulties and show more accurate results in temperatures and deflections of flat or curved plates with initial curvature than those in the existing axis symmetric analysis method. This method is composed of the multi-disciplinary analyses such as an electro magnetic analysis, a heat transfer analysis and a deformation analysis based on inherent strain approach per each step. Traditionally, the coil shape in the induction heating is circular shape and it needs the moving process along heating lines. To overcome this, the 'Long Type Coil' with some linear parallel coils was proposed. It did not need the moving process along heating lines and reduced the heating process time. The results of experiments were compared with those of the simulation.

1MVA 고온 초전도 변압기 개념 설계 및 3차원 전자장 해석 (Conceptual Design and 3-D Electromagnetic Analysis of 1MVA HTS Transformer)

  • This paper presents conceptual design and 3-D electromagnetic analysis of IMVA transformer with BSCCO-2223 High Tc Superconducting (HTS) tapes. The rated voltages of each sides of the transformer are 22.9 kV and 6.6 kV, and double pancake windings were adopted. High voltage and Low voltage sides were composed of several double pancake windings. Four HTS tapes were wound in parallel for the windings of low voltage side and were transposed in order to distribute the currents equally in each conductor The transformer core was designed as a shell type core made of laminated silicon steel plates and the core is separated with the windings by a cryostat with Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics(FRP). A sub-cooling system using L$N_2$ were designed to maintain the coolant temperature 65K. Finally perpendicular components of magnetic field applied to tapes were calculated 0.247 in the rated operation using 3-D analysis. A real 1MVA HTS transformer will be manufactured in near future based on the design parameters presented in this paper.

방전현상 해석을 위한 전자장 및 전하이동 방정식의 비선형 결합 알고리즘 (Electric Discharge Analysis Using Nonlinarly-Coupled Equation of Electromagnetic Field and Charge Transport)

  • A complete finite element analysis method for discharge onset process, which is governed and coupled by charge transport equation and electric field equation, was presented. The charge transport equation of first order was transformed into a second-order one by utilizing the artificial diffusion scheme. The two second-order equations were analyzed by the finite element formulation which is well-developed for second-order ones. The Fowler-Nordheim injection boundary condition was adopted for charge transport equation. After verifying the numerical results by comparing to the analytic solutions using parallel plane electrodes with one carrier system, we extended the result to blade-plane electrodes in 2D xy geometry with three carriers system. Radius of the sharp tip was taken to be 50 ${\mu}m$. When this sharp geometry was solved by utilizing the space discretizing methods, the very sharp tip was found to cause a singularity in electric field and space charge distribution around the tip. To avoid these numerical difficulties in the FEM, finer meshes, a higher order shape function, and artificial diffusion scheme were employed.

외전형 유도전동기의 불균형력 저감을 위한 회전자 슬롯형상 최적화 (The Optimization Design of Rotor Slot Shape in Outer-Rotor Type Induction Motor Reducing Unbalance Force)

  • 외전형 유도전동기는 내전형에 비해 회전자가 외부에 존재하는 특징을 가지고 있어서 제품의 소형화 및 경량화를 시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 하지만 외전형은 회전자의 직경이 내전형에 비하여 크기 때문에 조립 공정상에 존재하게 되는 회전자와 고정자간의 이심률에 따른 제품 전체의 불균형력이 상대적으로 크며, 이로 인해 모터의 정속적인 운전 방해 및 불규칙한 출력토크로 인한 제품 작동상의 오류발생이 더 크게 나타난다. 본 논문에서는 외전형 유도전동기에서 존재하는 이심률의 크기에 따른 불균형력이 최소화 될 수 있는 슬롯형태를 찾기 위해 회전자 슬롯의 형태를 전폐형, 반폐형, 개구형태의 3가지형태로 변경시킨 후, 이를 전자장 해석을 통해 불균형력을 비교하였다. 또한 이심률이 증가함에 따라 나타나는 불균형력의 증대를 슬롯 형태에 따라 비교 분석하여, 불균형력에 최적화된 외전형 모터의 슬롯형태를 알아보았다.
