최근 기존 폐쇄적 제어시스템 환경에서 네트워크를 통해 연결되는 개방형 제어시스템으로 변화하는 등 전자적 제어시스템의 정보통신기술에 대한 의존도가 더욱 심화되고 있다. 전자적 제어시스템은 효율성을 높이고 사회 전반의 편의성을 증진시켰으나, 정보통신기술의 취약성이 전이됨에 따라 안전하게 보호되어야할 제어시스템은 위협에 노출되고 있는 것이 현재 상황이다. 전자적 제어시스템 침해사고 발생 시 제어시스템의 특성 상 많은 피해 및 사회적 혼란을 초래할 수 있기 때문에, 국가 차원에서 법률적인 보호조치가 필요하다. 국내에서는 2001년 "정보통신기반 보호법"이 시행되어 국가정보통신기반시설에 대한 보호 및 사고 대응을 규정하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실제 발생한 제어시스템 침해사고를 분석을 통해 전자적 제어시스템의 위협요인 및 이에 따른 대응방안을 모색한다. 또한 제어시스템 위협에 가장 선도적으로 대응하고 있는 미국의 법제 분석을 통해 전자적 제어시스템 침해 위협에 따른 법적 대응방안에 대하여 연구하고자 한다.

인터넷의 발전이 새로운 상거래 방식을 구현하고 있다. 가상 공간을 이용한 사이버구매형태는 소비자, 판매자의 여러 측면에서 비용을 최소화하는 전기를 마련하고 있다. 이러한 형태의 상거래를 전자상거래(electronic commerce)라고 하며 여기에서 가장 중요한 구매비용 절차에 대한 시스템이 지불시스템(payment system)이다. 지불시스템은 소비자가 가장 민감하게 반응하는 부분으로 전자상거래에서 가장 중요한 발전 요인이 될 수있다. 이러한 지불시스템을 연구하기 위해 현재 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 지불방식의 사례를 살펴보고 전자지불 시스템의 한계점들을 살펴 전자상거래에서의 지불시스템의 발전 방향을 재고하고자한다.

본 논문에서는 전력전자 시스템 해석 시 PSpice와 Simulink를 이용한 Co-Simulation방법으로 회로 레벨(Circuit level)을 포함한 시스템 레벨(System level)에서의 시뮬레이션 해석 방법을 제안한다. 일반적인 전력전자 시스템의 설계 방법은 회로 레벨과 시스템 레벨에서 별도로 시뮬레이션하거나 이상적인 모델을 이용하여 시스템을 해석하여 왔으나, 이러한 시스템 설계 방법은 별도의 시제품을 제작하여 측정함으로써 시간과 금전적 손실이 있었다. 이러한 점을 보완하기 위해서 PSpice와 Simulink를 이용한 Co-Simulation방법을 제안한다.

현재 전자 상거래에서 사용되는 전자 지불 시스템에 있어서 핵심적인 기술인 전자 지불 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으며 많은 시스템이 제안 및 구현되고 있다. 초기의 전자 지불 시스템은 안전성과 편리함, 그리고 개인적인 Privacy에 초점을 맞추었지만 최근에는 여러 가지 사회, 경제적인 문제점들이 제기되어 이의 해결을 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 전자 지불시스템은 실물 경제와 달리 전자 화폐를 사용함으로서 화폐의 이중사용 또는 돈 세탁 등이 용이하다는 문제가 발생하게 된다. 이와 같은 부정사용을 사전에 차단하기 위해서는 화폐에 어떠한 조건을 부가하여 추적이 가능하도록 하는 조건부 추적 가능성이 요구되며, 이는 전자 화폐의 저변 확대를 위해서 해결해야만 할 문제로 간주되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 blind signature 기법을 이용하여 필요시에 전자 화폐와 사용자를 연결할 수 있는 조건부 추적 가능성을 갖는 새로운 전자 지불 시스템을 제안한다.

The most important technical problem in EC is about secure electronic payment systems. Electronic payment systems come three different types distinguished by the payment method: electronic cash, electronic check, and creditcard. In these types, electronic cash payment system is popular and practical as in real commerce. But electronic cash can be copied easily, then it is infeasible to prevent user from double-spending a coin. In this paper, we overview several requirements for secure electronic payment system and present other proposed additions to the results. At last we present a model system which considers requirements above examined.

These days, Electronic mail is being used in everyday's life. And on the other hand, we are facing spam mails' problems. Spam mails are widely used by means of marketing in e-Commerce. To block these spam mails, we are using filtering or pricing systems. But these solutions are raising other problems such as impediment in reception or availability caused by false positive or payment resistance. To solve these problems, we propose an Indirect Model on Electronic Mail Control System(IMEMCS) which controls an unsolicited electronic mail and prevents an useful electronic mail from discarding. We design and implement the IMEMCS to enhance the usefulness and the availability. Being tested the IMEMCS to verify the usability and the efficiency, it gave us a very successful result.

This study investigated a special class or Electronic Data Interchange(EDI) system. While it has been predicted that the use of EDI will have a significant impact on the competitive advantage of organization. very little is known about the successful construction of such system. A few studies done in this area have relied on anecdotal data on data based on a small number of case studies. The major objectives of the research are to identify the factors that facilitate the adoption and successful construction of an EDI system, and to evaluate the impact of the EDI system on competitive advantage of the organization. Based on the EDI literature. organizational performance is modeled to be affected by three independent variables: EDI system. communication. trust. The level of EDI system was used as control variable. The data used to test the model were collected in a mail survey from department store in Korea. The results indicate that organizational performance is affected by EDI system, communication. The paper concludes with a discussion of future directions for research in the area of test EDI models.

전자상거래가 새로운 상거래 시스템으로 부각되면서 전자상거래에 있어서 핵심 기술인 전자 지불 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이 중 전자화폐 시스템은 인터넷과 같은 개방된 네트워크 환경하에서 사용하기 위한 목표 시스템으로 기존의 화폐를 대신하여 사용될 것이다. 이에 본 고에서는 전자화폐의 요구 조건 및 특성에 대해 알라보고 사용자를 추적할 수 있는 샐로운 프로토콜을 제안한다. 특히, 제안된 방식은 전자화폐 사용자가 정당하게 화폐를 사용하였다 하더라도 법원의 허락에 의해 수탁기관 은행의 연합으로 사용자의 신원을 검출할 수 있응 추적 가능한 전자화폐 프로토콜이다.

본 논문에서는 향후 전자상거래 시대를 대비하여 전자화폐의 역기능을 검토하고 국제 결제은행(BIS)의 전자화폐시스템 모델과 일본 NTT의 전자화폐시스템 모델을 분석하였다. 그리고 전자화폐의 역기능에 대처할 수 있는 요구조건을 만족하는 전자화폐시스템 모델을 제안한다.

본 고에서는 도서관의 문헌제공 서비스 차원에서 연구되고 있는 프로젝트와 전자 문헌전달 시스템의 프로토타입을 조사, 분석하였다. 전자 문헌전달 시스템이란 출판사나 도서관에서 기존의 인쇄물 출판 및 배포를 낭가하는 전자적인 방법, 즉 비디오텍스, 전자우편, 온라인 네트워크 및 CD-ROM 등을 통해 이용자에게 필요한 정보를 전달하는 시스템을 뜻한다. 현재 활용가능한 전자 문헌전달 시스템을 중심으로 그 이용 및 접속방법, 제공가능한 문헌의 형태, 서비스 제공에 필요한 기술적 장비와 네트워크에 관련된 요구사항 그리고 주제분야 및 비용 등에 관한 사항들을 중점적으로 조사하였다.
